Kydon, The Heart City Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Honeymoon trip around Europe. Room and bathroom was clean and a good size, staff were terrific to deal with and also very helpful. Very central location, parking onsite. Good breakfast buffet with bacon, eggs and all the pastries as well as a bar. Kiki at the front desk was super loverly and helpful.

Our stay at Kydon Hotel in Chania was excellent, starting with the people. Every single member of the staff, without exception, was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. From the reception and valet parking service, Roula and the rest of the team always welcomed us warmly and took great care of us throughout our stay. The breakfast team and the Var/Restaurant Team were simply fantastic. They created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers all the comfort and quality you would expect, and its location is excellent, making it easy to explore Chania. Thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to return in future.

We stayed here 3 nights while exploring Chania. Clean and comfortable with very good service. The breakfast was superior. The balcony view from our 4th floor room would be good if the crane is ever removed. I understand it has been there 5 yrs now.

A friendly welcome plus a complimentary cocktail was a lovely start. Our suite was spacious and well equipped with complimentary wine, cakes, water and Nespresso machine. There was also a large balcony overlooking the Chania market. Despite being so central, the room was very quiet and well soundproofed. We had a very comfortable sleep followed by an absolutely delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. If you’re looking for a very centrally located, comfortable and friendly hotel do not hesitate to book here. Our only regret was that we were only here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer…but will definitely return.
