Imperium Luxury Villas

Our family holiday at the Imperium luxury villa was absolutely fabulous, offering comfort, stunning views and easy access to local beaches and amenities. . The owners had thought of everything and were so kind and helpful. Huge thank you to Eva and her cleaning team. The villa was stocked with everything you need for a self-catered holiday, and had a large outdoor dining area, BBQ, table tennis, swimming pool, children’s toys and sun loungers. There was also a jacuzzi and sauna, which we didn’t use as weather was so hot! Overall, it was a wonderful holiday and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Eva!

We stayed as a group with 3 young children and the hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Extra thought was taken into consideration with added baby gates and safety for the children. The communication up until our stay and throughout was great. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Our stay at the “Villas at Galatas” (also known as “Imperium Luxury Villas”) was so special to us. It started a year ago in May 2025 as my wife and I were looking for a place to host our small destination wedding at. We immediately fell in love with the villas with its outstanding view of the city and ocean and we knew that it would make the perfect venue/stay for us and our guests. During our stay, we were blown away with how beautiful the villas were in person. It truly felt we were staying at a 5 star resort with all the modern amenities and comfortable furniture in every room. The mattresses were the most comfortable I had ever slept on and the blackout shutters in the bedrooms made it feel like it was the middle of the night even when the sun was out! The showers and water pressure were amazing and our host Evangelia made sure we had plenty of fresh towels stocked throughout our stay. We had a total of 15 people stay at both villas for 6 days and had plenty of room between us. The villa could easily fit up to 20 people if there are 2 to a room. Throughout our stay, our group was always entertained with the amenities at the villas along with the close proximity to amazing beaches and restaurants. Whether you want to spend your time relaxing out in the sun admiring the beautiful view, or taking a day trip to Old Town Chania, this place has the versatility to make the perfect vacation for any mood. The pools at both villas were excellent, especially on a hot summer day. If you are a fan of night swims or if you decide to travel to Chania during the winter, there is even an option to heat the pools so it is not as cold (*for an extra cost). The hot tub and sauna located in the basements of each villa made for the perfect hang out spot for our friends and family members to gather around and discuss how much fun we were having during our stay. If you decide to explore outside of the villa, it is in the perfect location as it is within walking distance of so many amazing bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants! It takes roughly 30-40 minutes to travel to Old Town Chania by bus starting from when you walk out of the Villas. If you decide to rent a car, there is plenty of parking at the villas to branch out and explore the other parts of Crete. We could not have asked for a better host than Evangelia. She made our stay extremely easy and was always a quick message away from addressing any questions/concerns that came up. Evangelia is by far the best and most attentive host we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with and I am already thinking of when I can plan my next trip down to Chania! -Tess and John

My family and I rented one of the villas for a full week. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only is the villa immaculate, but the pool and lounge area in the back is pristine with a picture-perfect view. The owner, Evangelia, has an attention to detail and makes the stay easy. She stocked the kitchen and made teriffic recommendations. Thank you for the memorable stay dear Evangelia. We'll surely be back!!
