Great location with views of the harbour from upper floors. Easy walk to old town Relaxed rooftop drinks area. Breakfast was great spread of fresh foods. The pastry cooked on site and was delicious.

Room was a bit small for 3 adults. Windows were so dirty.. breakfast was good. So loud at night when you want to sleep cause of the restaurants
Review of a classic room; clean and spacious but note it does not have a balcony or coffee machine. Good location and very handy to get around. It was within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. During our stay, the escalators down from first floor reception to the street ( by car park and supermarket) were broken so we had to struggle up and down with our sore knees. Really typical that they were not fixed during our stay! If you don't like noise, you need to take earplugs as it's noisy, due to nearby restaurants and you can hear airplanes flying late at night. We booked the hotel but were placed in the nearby suites. Walls were thin and we could hear the neighbouring coffee machine buzzing every morning. The curtains were too short and didn't fully cover the windows, so the sun shone into the room early as it was an east facing room. Take an eye mask if you don't want the sun to wake you early. The rooftop garden and bar was only open in the evenings at 6.30pm in June. I have no idea why guests aren't allowed to sit outside in the day. I regret not booking a balcony, as there was no outside public space. We had drinks on the rooftop bar and the sunset views were good and the seating was comfortable. Breakfast was good; plenty of choice and there were always tables available. However some people are crazy and have to rush, push and lean over you and grab stuff. Luckily this only happened on one of the days out of five. Rooms were clean but our kettle was broken and the lid didn't close. Really housekeeping should have changed it but we just had to place a cup on it to close the lid each time. The lack of maintenance wasn't good. The TV is not a smart TV. They had a few English news channels but it was basic as there was no YouTube like other 4- star hotels have. We couldn't even plug in a HDMI cable to watch our phone as the sockets were inaccessible. Really disappointing! A key positive point is the fact a supermarket is next door. Open 8am-8pm every day except Sunday. It was really handy for buying water as only two 500ml complimentary bottles are provided per stay. The key thing was the cleanliness and location, so overall this hotel is better than other options but do book a room with a balcony if you're staying for a few days in the summer.
New, modern, big rooms. Very good and well sized shower. We had a little problem (our sofa was dismantled which we found actually just funny 😅) and the employee was so extremely sorry and invited us for drinks. Even if we didn't need a repair - it was done when we came back to our room. Amazing reaction and two very happy customers!
Nice large rooms, could be a bit more sound proof for creatan celebrations, and the beds are two split mattresses pushed together. Deluxe rooms have nice relatively private balconies. Breakfast has a good variety and times. Coffee machines don't make the best drinks but the staff will make you something better for a few euros. Cleaning is a bit slow/late in the day and inconsistent. Overall a good place to stay in the heart of the city.
