Dont even know where to start. The place is beautiful, clean, well kept 10/10. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the center and 10 car from the airport. There are a lot of busses very close.
The food was delicious and with a lot of variety.
The real plus is the service. Every person that works here(in line with anyone we met on this island) is simply amazing. Kind and nice, always with a smile. Everyone was so helpful with any request or info we asked. They helped us to rent a car and plan our trips. I can't wait to come back again

Our stay at the Galaxy Hotel Heraklion was simply exceptional. From the beautiful facilities and comfortable rooms to the outstanding breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly makes this hotel special is its incredible team.
A very special thank you to Irini at the pool. Her warm personality, genuine kindness, and constant attention to every guest made every day feel special. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed and valued. She is a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be.
We would also like to recognize Eleni from the breakfast team. Her professionalism, friendliness, and sincere care for every guest created the perfect start to each day. She truly understands the meaning of hospitality and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Galaxy Hotel Iraklio.
The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area is also beautiful and a perfect place to relax.
Our only small downside was that the room felt a little small for three people, but it didn't take away from our overall experience.
A very special thank you to Irini, the bartender at the pool bar. She was exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every guest feel welcome. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. And on top of that, she prepared the best Mai Tai and Piña Coladas we've ever had!

Our stay at the Galaxy Hotel Heraklion was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, welcoming, and friendly. We had to leave very early in the morning before breakfast was served, but they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast pack for us to take on our journey, which was such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.
Our room was spotless every single day. The sheets were always fresh, perfectly clean, crisp, and beautifully ironed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find face cloths provided in the bathroom something I have rarely, if ever, experienced in other hotels.
The breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. There was something for everyone, and everything was of excellent quality.
The swimming pool was peaceful, relaxing, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Every member of the team made us feel welcome, and their attention to detail was exceptional. I really really like this hotel. The pool! My sweet balcony overlooking the housing and in the distance both some volcano of some sort and the Aegean in the other direction. The air con worked like a dream. It's a businessman hotel which works well for me as a man. The shampoo and body wash are attached to the wall in the shower and smells just right. Decent sized shower. Had exactly what I was seeking. And the restaurant has a great wine by the glass selection.
