Elounda Water Park Residence Hotel

Our 3rd visit to this hotel. We stayed for a week late September and had an amazing time. New rooms are a great addition to the hotel and are very spacious and modern but the hotel still retains its traditional Greek charm. The views of Elounda and surrounding areas from the hotel are nothing short of breathtaking! The staff are what makes this hotel so special. Lots of them are still there 13 years since our first visit, which speaks for itself. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone at the hotel and they are all so polite and friendly. The food at the hotel was always excellent, lots of variety and always fresh. We are vegetarian but had lots of choices each night. The evening entertainment was also brilliant with lots of fantastic musicians which catered for everyone. The pools were fantastic and always spotlessly clean and there was never a shortage of sunloungers. All in all, a fantastic holiday made even better by the hotel and its staff! The only negative from our week was having to leave! We will be back again!!!

I rate my stay at the Elounda Water Park & Residence very highly. Fantastic food, atmosphere and the people who make this place so special. I’d particularly like to single out and thank Alesia Berdufi, who looked after our comfort from the moment of her incredibly warm welcome right through to our last day. The same goes for her brother in the restaurant and the barman in the amphitheatre. They all deserve a special bonus. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such dedicated and helpful staff. The hotel’s facilities and service deserve a 5+. They always treated guests of all ages with a smile, respect and warmth. Thank you for all the unforgettable memories. The view from the hill is breathtakingly beautiful. If you’ve never been to Greece, you’ll fall in love with the country at first sight here. Everything was top-notch from A to Z – only the perpetually dissatisfied might have found something to complain about. I highly recommend it.

What a Great 3 days of my life! The view of the bay is with no words! Fantastic!!! The staf from the recption Ms. Eleni, Mr. Nikos op.manager, and all the others from barists ect...very kind and helpful! The resort itself has everything for all inclusive, al la carte, drinks i mean all types, and good quality of food! At the and most important MR. PAVLOS, a great manager in every detailed things. Helpful in everything. From the beginining of my booking till the end He completed any of my requests and of my family. My villa was in a perfect condition twice better i thought before i go there. And thats the true!! It was best vacation ever! Thank you Pavlo and all of your resort! See you next summer :):) Regards

Just got back from a 7 day stay at Elounda residence. We arrived at 1:30am , the staff were friendly and helpful on our arrival. When we got to our room there was water and sandwiches in the fridge, we were very grateful for this . They have a main buffet restaurant,which was different every day, we really enjoyed the food . We booked into the 2 restaurants on site,I definitely recommend going to them . All the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel has a great family hotel vibe . Yes it is on a hill with lots of steps ,which might not been suitable for people with mobility problems. I didn't find it an issue . This was our 2nd time at the hotel we will definitely be returning ❤️
