I stayed at the Elia Palatino Hotel which included breakfast at the nearby Elia Fatma. The breakfast buffet was well laid out and had a great variety of things to offer all which was made fresh from the two ladies, Elisabeth, and Sylvia. They were very nice and attentive to everyone’s needs! Efcharisto!

Hey, wanted to give you a small feedback in regards to the cleaning stuff. I just wanted to use the 60 euro shampoo that I had with me in crete which was left in the bathroom and just noticed they empty the bottle and added water. Really not professional at all. This plus the restaurant issues when they took my plate just because I was called at the reception, considering it was the first time when I came to have breakfast which was literally some watermelon and a coffee and also the rude talking when I went at 7am for a smoke and then two of them stood in front of me and being super impolite telling me I don t have accommodation there. Also the mattress has Aspergillus fungus, check the image below.
The hotel is well-located in Old Chania. This places is 5/5 in friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. However, this is not ran like a hotel. The room we were in was too noisy, pillows were very bad, fungus in the shower, and the hotel ran out of towels for a couple hours so we had to bring our room towels to the beach and then were left without towels to shower.
A had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were helpfull, caring and very polite. We had a great introduction to the hotel, it's facilities and our room. It's very clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I've been to many hotels, but this must be one of the best hotels I've meet because of It's staff and cleanness, which I think is very important to have on every hotel. The location is amazing, in the heart of chania.
We stayed here in September 2013 and it was beautiful and relaxing this sweet hotel got 6 very unique rooms. Marianna -the manager- is passionate about keeping her hotel clean, cosy and memorable. She´s always got a good advice for places to see, go and eat and puts in so much effort. - delicious breakfast - quite but central right in the heart of the old chania - clean rooms, lovely ambience - you´ll be in the shephering hands of Marianna - chania is a good place to start exploring the island - not as expensive as you might think!! :) - we would definately go there again! the only issue - if you have to mention one: you gotta walk a few minutes for there is no parking right in front ;)
