Located right on the picturesque Venetian Harbor in Chania, the location is absolutely perfect—steps away from incredible restaurants, shops, and breathtaking views. We booked two rooms for our wedding weekend—one for our rehearsal night and another so our wedding party could get ready together on the morning of our wedding. It could not have been a better decision. The hotel itself is a stunning boutique property that perfectly blends modern luxury with warmth and comfort. Every room is beautifully designed, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. My bridal suite was simply magical. On the morning of my wedding, the natural light pouring through the windows was absolutely breathtaking. It created the most beautiful setting for getting ready and made every photo look incredible. It truly felt like something out of a dream. What made our stay even more memorable, however, was the incredible team. Every single person at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our wedding weekend as special and stress-free as possible. Their hospitality is unlike anything we've experienced before. Also thank you as well to the housekeeping team. The rooms were immaculate every day, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everyone we encountered made us feel so welcome. Our wedding weekend was one of the most important moments of our lives, and the Ambassador Residence Boutique Hotel played such a meaningful part in making it unforgettable. Wonderful rooms with all details well worked out. Plenty of space for 3 kids in one room. Location is perfect. The staff is outstanding, very personable and helpful, as good as it gets.

A unique hotel with unique rooms. The experience is simply amazing. In the heart of the old city and old port. The rooms are spacious and each is unique, with accent from the past but luxury is in all details. The products in the rooms are top quality and the staff is amazing.

Hotel's location is excellent, near the old town with many restaurants nearby. Very clean rooms and nice receptionists, especially Theodora. Rooms have interesting designs, depending on the theme. The entrance was hard to find first time, you have to go through stairs and at first it's not clear where the main entrance is. Breakfast was decent, staff very attentive, would've been nice to have more fruits at the buffet, especially since we stayed during summer. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would come here again.
