This was an amazing excursion. We absolutely loved it. The guides were fun and engaging. My granddaughter has had passed ear issues and we didnt realize how sensitive she would be to the pressure. She attempted to do the dive but she couldn't make it, they took extra care of her and allowed her to leave without her feeling bad. I highly recommend them and will do it again.

Itinerary
Sea Trek will allow you to breathe and walk underwater while wearing a comfortable dive helmet that keeps your head and shoulders dry. Feel the weightlessness! You will be surrounded by fish and corals while walking on a white sandy bottom. Your guide will point out beautiful marine life and other items of interest. After your Sea Trek experience, you can stick around and snorkel. We provide you with free snorkeling gear for you to use while you're here until 4:30 P.M. As an added benefit, you receive a 15% discount on food and beverage at Jeanie's Beach Club. GROUP SIZE: Booking are limited to eight people per group. If you have more than eight people in your group, you must purchase an additional time slot with a different time. As soon as one group surfaces, the following group may snorkel above the second group. ITINERARY TIMES: In order to avoid over-crowding, our tours start one hour later than tours purchased through CRUISE SHIP LINES. PLANNING YOUR DAY: While we try to stay on schedule there are times especially with large groups or during peak season that may slow us down a bit. We do not suggest that you schedule other time-sensitive activities after your Sea Trek.

This was a fun way to explore the undersea world. It was easy to use and we got to see many fish and other marine life. You do need to be able to equalize your ears but thst was no problem. The crew from check in to the divers and the videographer were fabulous- friendly and helpful. I would recommend fully!
This was a great experience and overall enjoyable excursion. The briefing before details all the information needed and the tour guides underwater were amazing! When you’re under the sea they communicate perfectly and they make sure to keep you calm, safe and comfortable at all times! I will definitely be back!
The experience was extremely interactive. The staff were very friendly. We had delicious drinks included after and a massage on the beach with a discount. I would recommend, it was definitely more than I expected it to be.
Probably one of the best excursions I have ever taken! The instructor explained everything thoroughly from safety to hand signals. We dove with two professionals, one for safety and one photographer!
This was amazing! Coming from someone who has never snorkeled or anything before, this was so easy! I have trouble with the pressure in my ears and everyone was so kind to get me out of the water if needed! Jose was wonderful and so kind:) Thank you so much for this AWESOME experience!
Absolutely an amazing experience!! Phenomenal divers and guides! Had so much fun!! Most definitely would recommend and 100% plan on doing it next time we’re in Cozumel!!!
Wonderful People! Kid Friendly, nothing but smiles…. Best option on the Disney Destiny by far.
This experience was one of the best experiences I've ever taken in my life. I didn't think that I would ever do something like this, and the fact that I throughly enjoyed every moment of it made me feel like I made the right choice. I felt safe and the instructors were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done in order for us to have a safe yet fun experience.
The under water ropes which we constantly hold were dirty with mold and also had for. Coral growling on them. I got a painful burn on my hand. Also the stairs leading to the ocean floor are slippery with algae. I mentioned this to the manager of the activities he told the diver helpers to clean it and they laughed at him. The helmet was ok but quite heavy on my shoulders. We loved seeing lots of different aquatic species but I feel misled. The reviews were all so good which is why I picked this activity. I also threw up a lot after the activity. The manager said it’s not unusual but we were not forewarned. The video is extra $$$ it’s 8 minutes. That was ok but the photos were not great.
Guide was extremely helpful. Showed me the fish life, let a tiny crab crawl in my hand. Also some extreme long legged twig spider thing danced on my open hand. Fed the fish and got to pet several of them! What a treat!! Can't wait to see the photos. Highly recommend them. Close to the Cruiseport <(15 mins) so can be done completely under 2 hrs Instructions/ swimsuits/ helmet trek/shower rinse off saltwater/ dry off change into dry clothes. Really good if you have limited time and you want something that's unique.
The staff was great but the experience was lackluster. The glass surface on the helmet is segmented. Unless your looking straight ahead everything is distorted (like accidentally looking through a bifocal). You can't bend over or look up so your stuck looking straight ahead and missing all the fish. If you look down it looks like your going to fall down a hill and it was difficult to grab ahold of the rope. It left people in our party nauseous. There is no refund if you cannot equalize the pressure in your ears.
This is the most fabulous excursion I’ve ever done. You have a helmet to breathe and it keeps you on the bottom. You are maybe 20-25’ downd. The fish are awesome. As you walk along the ocean floor they point out different things and let you hold the specimens. A conch shell with traveller, a rock crab and this crazy thing that was a cross between a daddy longlegs and a shrimp. Yes I bought the video!!!
The check-in process was quick and easy. All the employees were very professional and attentive. The underwater experience was great. The food and drinks were good. The employees will tell you that being underwater causes pressure in your ears, similar to being on an airplane. I felt the pressure was worse than being on an airplane and it stayed with me for the rest of the day. If this would be an issue for you, you may want to reconsider going on this excursion.
This experience was so much fun! Lockers were provided for all our gear as well as showered and changing rooms. There were four divers with our group of 7 which made us feel very safe under the surface. They were very attentive the entire time making sure everyone felt comfortable. They also had a lot of fun with us during the dive. I couldn’t stop the smiles! Their photography skills are excellent as well. Loved the video they made of us for the entire experience. So much fun!
Hi I bought this from viator r even though I was traveling from Carnival Cruise . This agency is excellent and found a very safe and entertaining underwater walking experience for my whole family . Also it is just 10 minutes away from where the ship docks , and cost $10 in cab. Also this activity into end will take maximum Off 2 hours which is still lot of time for somebody who's getting down in cozumel. I highly recommend this company
I had done this before in Virgin Islands, but my husband had not and had never seen a fish underwater!! So we had a little time in the morning in Cozumel and did this Sea Trek. I think this is a great way to be underwater if you do not snorkel or scuba. For me and some of the first timers it is a comfortable way to walk underwater. Some people have problems with the pressure in their ears, i do not. I find it easy to breathe as well. This is very close to the port. It is not colorful reef, but you will see beautiful fish, and feed them. The pictures are pricey but they get some great shots. This is a very short excursion. There really was not snorkeling afterwards, be aware. The depth is about 20 feet. Easy to maneuver in and out of the water, The staff is helpful and friendly. My kids did this when they were about 10 years old and loved it. There was a little boy who was nervous in our group and he did great!!
Great experience!! The staff are well prepared and trained they give you the confidence to do it without issues
This was a super cool experience with the family. Not too far from port maybe a 10-15 min drive. The staff was super cool and they tried to make it a good fun experience. They record and take photos the entire time underwater and provide you with them after. As far as booking, we paid wayyyyy less booking through trip advisor rather than through the cruise itself. You also get 2 free drinks per person
Great experience had a great time with my family, everything went smoothly started on time as scheduled
Fun. Can wear glasses amazing. Divers were great. Fun interactive stuff. Beach soft. Drinks strong!!!!
Brilliant and unique experience to explore beneath the waves and to experience diving without getting your head wet! Good instructions on location/direction and what to expect. Good food in Jeanie’s beach bar (the venue of the sea trek) but the attitude of the older management servers l ave a lot to be desired (not interested and ignoring orders). I excellent seatrek staff and great photos.
I would recommend this excursion. The staff were helpful knowledgeable and professional. I never felt afraid even though it was my first experience. Loved it. Afterwards we were given two free drinks. The food look delicious. Stayed on the beach while we enjoyed our drinks. You could even have a massage afterwards. Highly recommend. Thanks to Jose and his team .
My family and I had a great time! It was an incredible experience! The divers that escorted us were super chill and fun. I would definitely recommend this excursion.
It was an amazing experience and everything is very professional. Best value for money. Photos and videos package is also completely worth it.
It was an amazing experience! I didn't realize how far the destination was from the cruise port so I took a $7 taxi but after noticing how short the distance was I decided to walk back and that was like a 15 minute walk and straight forward on a public roadr. SeaTrek is located in the rear of Jeanie’s Restaurant. The staff is professional, polite and very thorough. Two drinks included after your adventure per person. Photos and/or video available for purchase. Highly recommended. They will provide a secure locker for valuables. Changing rooms are available. I wore my own water shoes but they had some there as well. Even though the cruise did offer this as an excursion I went thru Viator because it was much cheaper. I was the only person there so it was a personal experience for me. They were very thorough in going over safety. The water was so pretty. After you step a few steps down the ladder they put the helmet on. It's a bit heavy but you adjust. It works to allow the water to stay below your chin area. The only issue I had was the constant ear pressure but they went over techniques to combat that and they worked. It was just annoying. But it was mentioned before hand. It didnt affect my outcome of the experience. You have a guide that teaches you hand signals to make sure you're OK. They're very patient. Then another guide is recording videos and taking pictures. There's a rope to hold onto to as you walk around. Theres fish that they bait to come around you to take pictures. Its pretty to walk the bottom of the water. There's some cool things to see that I don't want to spoiled by telling. I think it was about 20 mins or so down there. They help you out and then you can eat and get your free drinks while you wait for your pictures and video. Thats an extra fee but worth it. I'd definitely recommend this excursion. If you're claustrophobic or have ear issues I probably wouldn't recommend. No swimming experience needed. All you have to do is walk. A few waves but you have the rope to hold onto and catch your balance.

The experience was otherworldly. As you enter the ocean anticipation runs high. Once settled on the bottom, you begin to marvel at the abundance of life not obvious from above. The staff were patient and accommodating. They took plenty of nice photos and even borrowed my go pro to video myself during a portion of the experience.
This was the most exhilarating experience ever! The weather was slightly overcast, windy and sprinkling. The water clarity was excellent and visibility was very good. Our safety was their biggest priority. Everything was explained thoroughly. They were so kind, accommodating and respectful. I would definitely do this again at this location!
A great experience! Very friendly staff who made us feel comfortable :) highly recommend. We really goofed up with our ship vs local time and they still made our experience great 😃
I was hesitant, but the staff was amazing! I needed some reassurance and they were right there to help a gal out! I loved it!!!
Our family had a great time. Guides were great. Video and photo package very affordable. Highly recommend for everyone.
So cool and memorable, can't believe how many fish we saw. We walked on the bottom of the ocean! I loved the helmets just sat on your shoulders, what magic that no water ever came in the helmet!
Best under sea experience ever. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. You don’t need to know swimming for this great under sea experience of lifetime.
It was an awesome experience! My family of 21 tried it. Some were unable to complete it for various reasons, but all of us enjoyed it.
I paid for 4 people with the understanding on the web site that it was for people from 8 - to 99. when we arrived at the location of the dive we were told one of the children would not be allowed to do the dive. The child was 8 years and 5 months old. When I asked for a refund they said it would be credited back. This has not happened. the website also said it would be 1 hour twenty minutes. It was actually between twenty and thirty minutes. The three that did go, enjoyed it.
I was apprehensive and nervous but it was amazing! We are certified divers but haven't been diving in 25 years. The guys were super nice, accommodating and safe and we had a blast. Totally worth it!!! Easy to get to and from!! Do it!!!
Very cool experience. Lots of fish and marine wildlife and a plane crash all in a walk-around situation. The underwater part lasts about 30 minutes. The two free drinks at the end are a nice treat.
All staff members were friendly and helpful. We felt very safe during the excursion and had an absolute BLAST! If you’re debating about whether or not to book it…do it!
This was a great experience for my husband and I. He can’t swim so it was the perfect way for us to enjoy a water excursion without him drowning lol. The only gripe I have is not being able to buy the photos individually it’s either an all or nothing situation with them so we have no period of our little underwater venture.
Be absolutely, 100% clear on all health matters. I have a medically controlled condition, and was denied this excursion after filling out the paperwork.
The staff was very clear in giving instructions and friendly. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life
Amazing experience and you should try this at least once!! The workers were extremely helpful and I felt safe the entire time!! The photos and videos are worth the extra cost so I do recommend buying them !!
The experience was wonderful, but it was too short for the cost and the pictures were way overpriced.
We loved this experience! It just felt different, in a good way, then other water activities we have done. Staff was amazing. Helpful and friendly. We’ve recommended this to all our friends traveling here since we got home.
Great Experience saw lots of fish and the crew was great and the pics and video was only 65$ I would definitely do it again
I paid for five family members, but one child felt uncomfortable going into deeper water and quit at the very beginning not even leaving the ladder. I spoke with the front office to see if I could get a partial refund since one person did not participate. The staff declined, stating the activity was non-refundable. I then asked if they could offer me a discount on the photo package, which was an additional cost to the tour fee, but they refused again. I further requested the staff discuss my situation with their boss, but they also said no. I strongly recommend considering this carefully before paying. The tour itself was also a bit disappointing too — there was no free time to stay and enjoy the fish. One staff member kept pushing us to move forward, while another directed us to look at their camera and pose as instructed. Once the photos were taken, we were asked to leave the water. The entire process lasted no more than 25 minutes.
This was definitely worth every penny. Very fun and intriguing seeing different fishes and sea life up close. The video and pics taken is what made it EXTRA special. The location is really nice too very private and not busy. Plus if you’re not in a rush it’s a nice “chill” spot to enjoy the scenery and relax! Very peaceful. So COOL!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I booked this excursion for my son and his boys. They came back raving that this was the highlight of their trip. They will never forget it!
This was a FANTASTIC excursion!!! Our guides were very knowledgeable and did great explaining our underwater communication we would have!
