I had a great time. During our cruise we done two tours and my daughter said this was by far her favorite day of our 6 day cruise. It was only my and my daughter but our tour guide made sure he made us feel special. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that I did not like was at chulas bar the bartender made me purchase at 28 dollar souvenir cup when I ordered my drink when o just wanted a regular drink. He said that all drinks were only serve in a souvenir cup which was either 23 or 28 dollars. But besides that the food was reasonably priced and very good. Oh and just know the guide nor his company had anything to do with chulas beach club and their prices. The tour guide waited for us to finish at the beach and brought us right back to the pier. We loved it.

the guide was great , the RZR were very hot but fun. the Chula beach club had great food but the beach was not good and the pool was not very clean

The experience was amazing for the price. It included the vehicles, going to Jades Cavern, tequila tasting and a beach. Well worth it. Omar was amazing

By far the best experience we had on the island. Our tour guide Omar was very informative and friendly. If I could give him 10 stars I would. When I go back I will only be asking for Omar. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

We had an incredible time on our excursion. We rode UTVs through the countryside of Cozumel, where we also had the opportunity to sample some of the finest tequila I’ve ever tasted. (I even managed to buy a few bottles to take home!) To unwind, we stopped by Chula’s Beach Resort for a relaxing break. Our tour guide, Omar, was knowledgeable and ensured that we had a fantastic experience throughout the day.

Man let me start with Omar and his crew. Liz and Aldo. What a great time. Very accommodating and we took the absolute best trail ride through the country. I would recommend and not only that, I would re-book with this crew! The knowledge of the localities was exponential! Beautiful Yucatán!

Had an amazing time in Cozumel! Perfect balance for the teenagers looking for adrenaline and Mom who wants to relax! The razor tour was fun and the beach club was fun Omar was an excellent tour guide would definitely recommend

The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was amazing. My favorite part was learning about tequila and jumping in the cave. There is so much to do. Such a great value. Omar is amazing. Very accommodating.

RZR tour to cenote and jungle was fantastic. Our guide was 100% - really interesting, full of facts and spoke perfect English. Cenote was good fun - looks dirty but actually crystal clear and the cliff jump in was very popular with my kids. Take a towel! Beach club - don’t take young kids. The day we went it was full to the brim of people from cruises playing drinking games and being beyond loud and crude at times. Luckily there are lots of water inflatables to play on. Had to produce ID to use a paddle board even though I’m 50 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 They also charges for towels and lockers which is infuriating given I’d paid over £300 for the 4 people tour. I did know this before hand but seemed a bit steep. Pick up was a shambles. Arrived at the designated pick up point 15 minutes early and got collected, after numerous phone calls and texts, 20 minutes late. Would I use this company again - probably not. They are clearly geared towards the cruise contingent not independent travellers from the mainland. Would I go into the jungle and cenote again - absolutely

Excellent: Tour guide - perfect English, knew his stuff and brought the tour alive with interesting facts etc. Great with my 15yr old kids. RTV tour - dusty dirty and great fun. Wear old clothes and maybe bring a face mask. The best 90 minutes of the whole day. Jade Cenote: don’t been fooled by the smell or colour, the water is actually really clear. Good fun cliff jumping off the edge. But don’t go if you are scared of bats! Average: Beach club - not overly suitable for younger children. Lots of drunk cruise passengers everywhere playing drinking games. Saying that the water inflatables are great fun for all ages. Kayaks, snorkels and paddle boards are included although paddle boards are only for over 18s unless accompanied. Take ID or you won’t get to use anything. Poor: pick up was a mess. I was advised (as not on a cruise ship) to meet at a certain spot. I arrived 15 minutes early, advised I was there and was collected 20 minutes late after numerous messages and 2 phone calls. Seemed very disorganised - maybe they don’t want non cruise visitors ?!

Amazing trip would book it again. Msc cruise line not a great experience this excursion was well worth it.

From start to finish, this tour was fantastic! It was easy to find the tour company, thanks to their accurate description & uniforms. We even started a little early because everyone was there. We had fun driving the RZR on the streets of Cozumel before going offroad through the jungle & the village of El Cedral. Jade Cenote was beautiful & full of active bats!! Our group was there alone so we had the opportunity to take pictures & learn from our guide. Local tequila tasting was delicious & while there was a sales pitch, I didn't feel it was pushy. The beach club had a lot of available activities, all at an extra cost ($$$). You do have to rent towels so bring your own if possible. Our guide Omar was AMAZING - friendly, professional, accommodating & thoughtful. Definitely recommend this tour, especially if you can request Omar!

We had a great time. Driving the buggies was a lot of fun. I wasn't expecting to dive into a bat cave, but now I'm pretty much batwoman. Omar was great. Very informative.

Omar was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed the trip and would recommend to others. Just an FYI - the ATVs are fun and easy to drive; however, not really an off-roading experience. But a great way to see the beautiful island!

Meeting point was easy to find and we were taken directly from there to our Polaris RZR where we met our guide, Omar. Omar then led us to El Cedral and Jade cavern via dirt roads, which was super fun in the RZR. Sunglasses or maybe goggles for younger kids are a good idea for dry dusty days; you don’t want to have to be squinting to fight off dirt while you’re trying to take in the sights. We got a brief history/explanation of the cavern, the bats therein, and of course, how to get up to the two jumping spots! If you dare, you can jump about 30 ft from the highest spot or about 15ft from the lower spot down into the deep water of this beautiful cavern. On your way back, you stop for a 15 minute free tequila tasting, which was fun, informative, and delicious. We had extra time, so Omar was cool and took us through an awesome dirt road track through the woods. You can go at your own speed, but we were going pretty fast for a lot of it and it was super fun. My little kids loved it and were squealing with delight; we all were. We all had dirt all over our faces by the end. After that, we parked at Chulas Beach Club. Although this was not my favorite part of the tour because of the crowds, there is still plenty to do there if you are looking for activities including paddle boarding, jet skis, a water obstacle course, parasailing, and others. We were happy to just sit on the beach and order cocktails and lunch from the restaurant, which was brought to us in our beach chairs. After a few hours of relaxing, we drove our RZR back into town to the original meeting point. A day full of lasting memories for sure. This a a fun day for all ages.

Omar was AWESOME! He was very friendly, was able to share if lots of history of the jungle and caverns. The side by sides were a lot of fun to ride. Don’t pass on jumping off the cliff, it was so fun! Also the tequila tasting was fun, everyone in my group bought at least one bottle, it was delicious. If you book be sure to request Omar as your guide!

I really appreciated being picked up directly from the hotel, very convenient. Omar, our guide, was genuinely kind and communicative throughout the tour. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the route: we spent way too much time on main roads (about 4/5 of the trip) and very little on dirt trails (barely 1/5), when that’s exactly what you’re looking for in a razor/buggy experience. The cenote stop was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for all the time spent on the road in my opinion. One more downside: the stop at the beach club toward the end of the tour. If you’re not into a loud music/party vibe, it can feel a bit out of place after what’s supposed to be an adventure-focused activity. Overall: good service and a great guide, but the experience would be much better if it favored dirt trails more, to really live up to the razor concept. ******* Realmente aprecié que nos recogieran directamente del hotel, muy conveniente. Omar, nuestro guía, fue muy amable y comunicativo durante todo el tour. Sin embargo, quedé un poco decepcionado con la ruta: pasamos demasiado tiempo en carreteras principales (alrededor de 4/5 del recorrido) y muy poco en caminos de tierra (apenas 1/5), cuando eso es justamente lo que uno busca en una experiencia de razor/buggy. La parada en el cenote fue hermosa, pero no compensa todo el tiempo pasado en carretera, en mi opinión. Otro punto negativo: la parada en el beach club al final del tour. Si no te gusta el ambiente de música fuerte y fiesta, puede sentirse un poco fuera de lugar después de una actividad que se supone enfocada en la aventura. En resumen: buen servicio y un excelente guía, pero la experiencia mejoraría mucho si se priorizaran más los caminos de tierra, para realmente cumplir con el concepto de razor.

We went with Omar on the Rzrs - it’s was so fun!!! We had a blast. He was so professional and helped us along the way. The cars and transport was excellent. The meeting point so easy. Plus they really helped us when our cruise ship had a last minute issue and had to change port day. They switched us from Monday to Thursday - they switched us from 9:30 to 11:30 as we furthermore docked late. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. In the afternoon we went to the beach club. Food was fresh and delicious and our family had so much fun on the water obstacles and laughed when we really needed it. Thank you so much!

Most AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Very informative and safe! Pick up was very close (walking distance) to the carnival cruise! OMAR WAS WONDERFUL!! He took his time and was very patient. I had my 11 year old and 15 year old daughter and they loved every moment… if I could give 100 stars I would!! Will book and recommend!!

The razors are very hot. The staff was amazing! The beach club was ok. Food was good but very expensive. Beach was very rocky.
