Our driver was courteous and friendly and asked if we needed to stop for any reason before bringing us to the hotel. We have been here many times and that has never happened before. The ride was comfortable and had a great air conditioner. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of people (10) we had and will definitely use them again…highly recommended. Round trip from airport to hotel and hotel to airport was 260.00.

Awesome. Walked out of the airport and stepped into our waiting shuttle. Ten people and twenty bags loaded and shuttled.

It is care free and you can rely on them being punctual. Driver spoke enough English to get by. Van held all our luggage and 10 of use.

We scheduled a pick up on Friday to go to the airport on Saturday at 10:30 AM. When the taxi did not arrive at 10:30 I contacted Cozu Shuttle to ask if they were on the way. They replied they could not pick us up because they did not have availability. No advance notice. No offer to assist arranging another ride. We were fortunate to find a taxi close by. Plus the taxi rate was $40 less - for the same number of people and the same distance! Avoid Cozu Shuttle. Unreliable. And a rip off

Easy instructions to find the shuttle. The shuttle picked us up on time for pickup and drop-off. Would highly recommend and use again!

We were in Cozumel for a family wedding. We had booked two shuttles for 28 people. They were waiting when we got through customs and got all luggage packed and we were ready to leave in just a few minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would use them again for sure!

No one was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it, tough to navigate all the transportation companies, finally found ours waiting by his car.

If flights cancel etc. you do not get a refund. I called immediately when I found out they said I would get a refund but then it was not a 24 hour notice. Because we didn’t know the plane would break down. So expensive lesson learned, I will always get transport when I get to airport

This was a very easy and painless experience… It was easy to book online, simple to find the driver outside of the airport and he drove us directly to the resort. It was less than half as expensive as the first place I reached out to, so I was very happy with the price and quality of our private transport!

We didn’t receive any guidance before we arrived so when we came out of the airport we weren’t really sure where to go. We just looked for the logo from the pictures on Viator. Once we found them, we were immediately greeted and escorted to a car. They asked about our departure times and set up the time for return pickup. We were given water bottles and taken to the hotel. For the return, we were picked up on time. Our return driver showed us key spots in the town and gave us some history. It was great, I wish we had that on the way in, it may have changed our itinerary during the trip! Overall, it was convenient and exactly what was promised in the booking.

When we left the airport we couldn’t actually find the group rep so we had to ask around to a bunch of drivers. We finally found them and the ride was fine. A regular taxi ride to/from airport was $20 so this shuttle was way more expensive than a regular taxi.

Arrival was great. Return trip needed to be adjusted because of cancelled flights but wasn’t able to contact local provider. Finally got number from Viator and left message, didn’t hear back. Tried Viator again next day and waited 40min for representative to join chat. Gave up. Will take the loss and pay another service to go back to airport z.

When we got to Cozumel to find Ricardo Garcia as the instructions said, we did find him but they had to call in a bigger bus, even though we had signed up for the private shuttle for the larger group. It came pretty quickly and all was good to the 10 min trip to the Palace. We set a 12:30pm return trip pickup time, and they never showed up. The hotel staff had to call them and then ended up showing up 30 min late. Luckily the airport wasn't busy because we had a 2:25pm flight. The other guy that picked us up with apologetic, as it sounded like Ricardo didn't relay information to them. For $300 USD for a 10 min drive each way, we expected better. We will just use the free Palace transfers next time, even if it is shared.

Everything went well except finding the shuttle driver. You had to go outside and cross to the outside curb to find them . The desk in the terminal is only for people who still need to hire service. If you book in advance you have to go outside to find shuttle drivers. Other than that confusion the shuttle service was excellent

The shuttle and driver were great! Only negative would be the price... We paid $138 for a one way trip to the Allegro for 9 peeps, we paid $75 to get back...

Purchased a one-way ticket on CozuShuttle from the airport. Helpful attendants and safe driving. It will take a while to get to your destination as they drop off other passengers. The price was $ 16 each...much better than a taxi.
