We had a beautiful trip. Jorge, Daniel, and Heidel (spelling?) took very good care of us. Every little detail was amazing- from cleaning our snorkeling gear to bringing us drinks. Jorge took us on a snorkeling stop where we saw a shark and a sea turtle. All three gentlemen were warm and welcoming. My son adored Heidel. Our second stop was gorgeous and we saw a ton of rays. Jorge made sure our safety and comfort were the top priorities. The food was outstanding! The lunch buffet was beyond great. The catamaran is beautiful and perfect for having a wonderful day. I cannot thank them enough. Jorge is the best guide and these three gentlemen made us have a great day. Thank you!

Luis and Mario were the best! Very professional and courteous. The boat was bigger than the pictures indicated and my kids, who are not the most coordinated, were able to walk around easily during the whole trip. During the snorkel portion we saw sharks, turtles, schools of fish and some of the biggest lobsters I've ever seen. The sandbar they took us to had the clearest water and it was shallow enough for even my four year old to stand in. The whole experience was a 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back to Cozumel if only to take this boat tour again.

Highlight of our trip. Boat held all 13 of us with plenty of room. Great food. Awesome captain and crew. Got us back to port in time to catch our cruise. Highly recommend. (Minor issue with the bathroom and the sliding door so the boat could use a little repair but we stayed outside most of the time so it was fine.)

We booked this charter as a cruise shore excursion for our family the last week of May. The weather did not look very good at first but we decided to make the most of it and we are so thankful we did! The rain and storms held off but it was overcast. The crew of the Nemo was so amazing and made up for the lack of sun 100%! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The snorkeling locations they took us to were so good and we saw sooo many beautiful coral, fish, sting rays, and an eel. My 8 yo son struggled to snorkel in the choppy waters in Belize and Costa Maya but the water was calmer in Cozumel and hardly any sargassum. He was so excited to finally see what the rest of us had enjoyed in other locations. The snorkeling guide from our crew keep us close together and made sure we saw the barracudas, interesting fish, the eel, and sting rays. The weather did not allow us to go to the famous sand bar but we anchored near a beach to swim and the kids played on the large floating mat. The crew prepared a fantastic lunch for us and we all are still raving over how delicious it was. I could not imagine spending the day in Cozumel any other way. It was an experience of a lifetime!

This boat was amazing. Our guides were unmatched. The boat is beautiful, large, guides thru the water. Lunch was 5 stars. Our guide Luis swam us to the best snorkel areas. It's a 6 hour experience worth every penny. When we return to Cozumel we are definitely taking The Nemo again .

The food was beyond delicious, fresh fruit, ceviche, perfectly cooked fish, flavorful chicken fajitas, guacamole, quesadillas, and the best hot sauce ever. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The drinks were fantastic and kept coming, and the overall vibe was the perfect mix of chill and fun. We could relax, laugh, dance, and soak up the sunshine all at once. The snorkeling was so much fun. We saw so much marine life: colorful fish, a shark, lobster, sting rays, turtles, eels, and even starfish! The sand bar was so beautiful!! This trip was amazing. We were a mixed family of 12 and it had something for everyone. The trip and views are beautiful but the crew really made this trip even better! The weather was windier than normal and the crew was amazing at pivoting and finding better/calmer locations for snorkeling and the kids to play and relax. Lunch was the best food we had our entire trip. Would highly recommend for any kind of group!

Highlight of our trip! We booked for a family trip of 21 people(aged 9months to 72 years) and everyone had an amazing time. The crew was fantastic and constantly checked to ensure we had everything we needed. The lunch provided was delicious, and the snorkel and sandbar stop was a blast.

Our group of 14 adults had a fantastic day with the Nemo Crew. The food they prepared was perfect, they consistently made sure we had a drink refill and brought us to fantastic snorkeling and swimming spots. They even let us connect to their Bluetooth so we could play our own music.

Staff were amazing. Attentive, friendly, and fun. There were lots of little details that made it seem more personal than a generic catamaran cruise. Snorkeling is guided so that they make sure you see the reefs. Food was delicious!

We were taken care of from the moment we stepped on the boat until we stepped off. The crew and Captain were very helpful and made the trip full of what we wanted to do. We had snorkeled the major sites so we were open to something different. The captain took us to the southern end of Cozumel where the lighthouse is. That was wonderful. We then snorkeled and saw rays and a beautiful fan coral garden. It was spectacular! Lunch was hotel level with grilled snapper, shrimp, chicken fajitas, ceviche and fresh local fruit. We spent another hour bobbing in the water with margaritas. We headed back to the marina after bobbing.

Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing! From the time we took off to the minute we pulled back up, great customer experience. They served delicious fresh food and made the best drinks all day long. They are a very experienced crew so we felt safe with them. Our weather started off a little rough so they were cautious to take us to the safest spots and still show us the best parts of the island. The snorkeling was fun and we had a wonderful time. Would 100% recommend doing this!

We splurged for a day on our cruise and booked this catamaran for a private day at sea. Best day of the trip for sure! The company communicated well, made it easy to find them and the crew was fantastic. We had a beautiful ride and went snorkeling on a reef with vibrant fish, a sea turtle and saw stingrays. The food they prepare for lunch was great and you will never want for another drink as they make sure you always have one.

This was by far the best excursion we've taken! The crew was amazing, took care of everything and made sure everyone in our group (ages 1 -78) had a great time. We will definitely use them when we return to Cozumel. Thanks for a wonderful trip. Highly recommended!

The staff was wonderful! The boat was old and not as described. No air conditioning which is why we rented. We had an older person that needed out of the heat. The bedrooms were used by staff. We could not use. The bathrooms when you flushed sprayed water directly at you. I loved the staff they were amazing and why I have 2 stars, but we would have never picked this boat and paid the price we did. I believe we should have some type of refund.

5 stars are not enough for the experience and service we received. Me and my group of 15 women a great time. The crew, led by Louis, were amazing. The food was 👌🏾. I would definitely use them again whenever I'm in Cozumel. I would recommend them 1000%

Our charter in Cozumel was the highlight of our cruise. Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing and attentive! Food was delicious! We had six children from 4-9 years old and they were so patient and kind. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Don’t hesitate to do this! Getting a cab to and from marina is very easy and it was a big concern for me! Easy peasy!

Excellent trip. Only issue was the sand bar… we didn’t pull up close enough for everyone to safely get off the boat.

The crew with First Lady Charters on the Nemo was simply amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had the best day possible, even when it started raining. The food that was prepared included some of the best-tasting fish, shrimp, and chicken we have ever eaten, not to mention the fresh homemade tortillas and guacamole. I highly recommend First Lady Charters and the Nemo Catamaran if you want an awesome day on the water. My only recommendation is to bring your own snorkel gear for those with small children or adults with small features. The masks provided were too large to make a good seal for several of us. Regardless, we had a great time and we did not let it spoil our day.
