We had the best time on the First Lady. Crew was top notch! We had 5 kids and they worked so well with them helping them to snorkel and have fun! Also lunch on the boat was amazing! Kids loved playing on the sand bar. It was a perfect trip!!

This was, without a doubt, the best excursion of our entire trip! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Getting up close with the starfish, stingrays, and all the incredible sea life was something we’ll never forget. The food provided was also absolutely delicious and far exceeded our expectations. But what really made the experience special was the crew. They were friendly, welcoming, attentive, and made sure everyone was having an amazing time. You could tell they genuinely cared about making the day memorable. If you’re considering this excursion, DO IT! We’ve done several excursions on this trip, and this one was easily our favorite. An incredible experience, amazing food, and an awesome crew. We would absolutely do it again! 🌴🌊⭐️

What a fabulous day. The catamaran was well equipped and maintained. The crew were lovely, always asking what else they could bring for us. Always ensuring everyone was having a great time. They provided a large variety of sodas, beers, and made delicious mixed drinks for us. The food was fantastic! All prepared on the catamaran and such a large variety of options to choose from. The best day on our trip!! We travel a lot and we’re very impressed! Thank you for a wonderful day!!

We had a group of 9 with a cruise ship port day to spend in Cozumel. We had fantastic communication and absolutely no issues even when our cruise port time had changed. It was a very easy taxi ride to the marina. We were taken to an excellent snorkeling spot where we were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted. We were then taken to a fantastic sand bar area where the afternoon was spent with drinks and the most amazing tasting fish and shrimp. I would 100% recommend this company and will certainly consider booking them again if the opportunity arises.

Luis and Mateo were wonderful captain and first mate for our 5 hour cruise. There were 9 of us ages 18 to 79. Luis asked us where we would like to go and took us to some great snorkeling spots. Mateo was very attentive while we were in the water. Then there was lunch and what a lunch it was - all cooked on board - all freshly made - it was amazing. Would certainly book them again. What a wonderful 5 hours we had!!

These people will steal your money!!!! Don’t book!!! We had a day booked on the First Lady. Our family was so excited. On our arrival at the marina the cab driver told us the marina was closed. All the local workers were leaving and confirmed this. There was weather coming in and no boats were allowed to leave the marina. I still went and looked for “Captain Jairo” who was supposedly our captain. I found the boat and the captain was no where to be found. The first mate Luis was there and confirmed that there was weather coming in and the marina was closed. Luis said we would get a refund. My family was disappointed but wanted to be safe. I snapped a couple pictures of the boat just in case (glad I did). I contacted Viator and told them the trip was canceled. I received an email saying they were not going to refund my money. The company is claiming I was never at the boat and the marina was open. Even though I sent Viator the pictures of the boat with time stamps and location they still won’t refund my money. Please don’t book with these crooks. They will steal your money if they can.

Made a last minute reservation with Quinn as we came to town on our cruise ship. My wife and I had the best day ever with Christian and Abram. The snorkeling was better than most dives we’ve been on in our lifetimes. Great job by the guys guiding us to all the wildlife. The on board lunch was a 5 star dining experience. We can hardly wait to do it again very soon. I will tell all my friends about First Lady. 5 star adventure.

First class experience on The First Lady boat. The food was amazing. We swam with sting rays, thousands of fish and enjoyed the water. The captain knew all the spots and the guide swam with us and assisted the who family.

Great snorkel spots (we did three different locations), enjoyed the lunch and everything was provided, Captain and crew were friendly and experienced, boat was in good shape and fast!

Amazing private charter to beautiful reefs for snorkeling and El Cielo for lunch! The crew was amazing and made us a delicious fresh lunch and had a variety of cold drinks. We had a 3-year old, 5-year old, and 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. Highlight of our trip!

Upon our arrival, we were told that the weather was not great and that the good snorkeling areas were closed due to a storm. We were given the option to cancel, but chose to go ahead with the excursion because we did not have a backup plan. The description talks about fishing, but apparently that isn’t an option anymore. The captain and his assistant were very nice. They took us to a couple of ok snorkeling spots and then we anchored off of a beach where we hung out in the water. They cooked a delicious lunch and the day ended with a boat ride. We were dropped off a little early, but since the weather was not cooperating we were ok with that even though we paid for 5 hours. Also, the captain told my brother that the snorkeling spot was closed this time of year to help sustain the area which is something different than I was told. If we would’ve known that the good snorkeling areas were not open, we would’ve have picked a different activity. Overall we had a nice day, but very different than what we expected based on the advertisement.

This was one of my favorite excursions ever! I know the team doesn’t control everything but we had the most amazing snorkeling experience; seeing rays, sharks, lobsters, starfish, eels, and turtles. The meal they prepared for us was delicious and we got to swim with rays while they did it! Louis, Jose and Pedro took such great care of us. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend First Lady Cozumel! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Awesome experience. Short taxi ride to marina. First Lady fit our family of 7 comfortably. Crew were all amazing. Captain Jaio, mates Luis and Cristian were very helpful. Went snorkeling, then El Cielo, then snorkeling in deeper water. Saw many fish, an eel, lobster, star fish, nurse shark, barracuda, flamingo and an alligator at El Cielo (they pulled us out of the water to keep us safe). Unbelievable coral formations at the second, deeper water snorkeling place. Crew fixed a lunch of ceviche, grilled fish, shrimp, guacamole and quesadillas.

We had a phenomenal trip today with the crew from First Lady charters. Despite the very windy conditions, my wife and I caught several nice mahi mahi. When we were done fishing we went to the sand bar at Passion Island for swimming, drinks a great lunch. The crew made fresh ceviche from our mahi mahi and grilled some as well. This would be perfect for anyone looking to get away from the overcrowded snorkeling boats where they cram you onto their rickety boats like cattle. The boat and all their gear is absolutely first rate. If you are going to Cozumel and want a great day on the water, book a trip with First Lady. You will be glad you did.

Very friendly team! Great day with snorkeling, boat ride, lunch and sandbar swimming! It was a windy day and the team adapted our location to minimize the wind impact. Amazing fresh lunch and endless drinks available!

Best excursion of our lives! Been on many cruises, and many excursions. This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. And to make it perfect for a group of 12 with 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids was that much more impressive. Our hosts were great! Their service was first rate. The drinks and food were delicious and plentiful. The grilled fish, shrimp, ceviche, and guacamole were simply delicious. And our snorkeling guide was top notch. We saw tropical fish, starfish, sharks, rays, sea turtles, barracuda, and more! Next time I come to Cozumel, I am doing this again!

We arrived early for our excursion for 11 people aboard the First Lady boat. The directions were easy and we were able to get taxi’s from the cruise terminal and back with no issues. The team of Louis, Christian and the captain were amazing. The first stop was about a 20 min boat ride to the southern part of the island for some snorkeling. We saw multiple turtles, a slew of tropical fish, a harmless reef shark and even had a friendly Manta Ray stop by and explore our group. The water was crystal clear blue and the other views were breathtaking! Our second stop was a little further south on a sandbar where Luis put out the foam mat and we hung out in the water while the crew prepared our lunch. They made ceviche, fresh quacaomole, Sautéed fresh fish, fresh fruit, marinated shrimp, quesadillas and more. The food was amazing and they made sure we had plenty of beer, rum and margaritas to drink. I could not be more happy with this excursion and highly recommend them to everyone!

The BEST day of our 7 day vacation!!! From snorkeling to relaxing on the beautiful crystal clear ocean! Our 13 and 15 year olds enjoyed every minute! Seeing lots of sea life snorkeling! Turtles, baracooda, colorful fish, nerf shark. The water was crystal clear. The captains were on time waiting on us :) made us fresh fish tacos and shrimp on the boat! We will see you again soon!

This tour was a 10/10. The crew was amazing and very attentive. We had 2 families with kids ranging in age from 6-14 and they took great care of all of us. They found us great snorkel spots that were not as crowded (which can be hard when there are 8 Cruise ships in port) where we were able to see sea turtles, star fish, reef, barracuda, really everything you could ask for. They made a fantastic lunch of fresh fish tacos, guacamole, quesadilla, ceviche, fresh fruit. Drinks were flowing all day with a really wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. All in all it was a perfect day.

Jairo and Christian were outstanding. They were very flexible and accommodating, frequently asking for our input on what we wanted the day to look like. They made sure our children had a good time, while also making it clear that everyone’s safety was paramount. The food they served was delicious, they had plenty of drink options, and the boat was very comfortable. As many of the activities were popular with other guides, I was extremely grateful for our setup in comparison to the other boats/tours I witnessed. I would gladly book with them again in the future!

What an awesome day with the First Lady crew! Our group of 8 chartered the 47’ catamaran for the day in Cozumel. The trip was perfect with the crew being professional, knowledgeable, and fun! Would highly recommend if you want a personalize experience with great people, great vibes, and great food.

My family and I had a spectacular outing with Christian and Jairo. They tried to satisfy each member of our group of ten’s individual needs, from trying to find fish to catch for my brother to tracking down sharks and sea turtles for those of us whose priority was snorkeling. I was especially impressed by the care they took with my nieces and nephews, all of whom are ten and under. Christian especially was wildly attentive to their wants and needs, while Jairo cooked us far and away the best meal I had during the entirety of my 8 day cruise vacation. Could not recommend this company any higher. Great job!

We booked this private excursion with three other couples, and it was hands down the hit of our cruise vacation. We grabbed a taxi for a five-minute drive to the marina. We boarded a few minutes early and were quickly served delicious drinks and headed out. First, we were taken to an amazing snorkeling spot. Our guide took us to some coral reefs where we were swimming among hundreds of colorful fish. We saw enormous turtles, an eel and a shark. Yes, a shark! Our guide coaxed an approximately five-foot nurse shark out of the reef right below us. He called him his “pet” … it was amazing. All the ladies went to the beautiful, secluded beach while the men hung near the boat and the sting rays. They were everywhere! The crew brought pitchers with margarita refills to the beach for us. We then boarded the boat for an amazing lunch. I’m not sure how they pulled off such an amazing meal - fresh fish, shrimp, guacamole and more - with just a griddle and some clever spices. My husband and I have been on cruises to Cozumel at least four or five times, and this was by far our favorite visit. I would highly recommend it!

Our favorite excursion, by far! The First Lady is a great time, we had done a snorkeling excursion the day before so our group of 8 had kinda gotten a bit too much sun, so we asked about just doing the fishing and beach break instead and they came through for us! We caught 3 barracuda, and the guides cleaned and cooked them for us while we were on the beach. The beach area we stopped in was amazing, and the lunch was even better. The drinks never stopped flowing, and our group had an absolute blast. 10/10 excursion, I have done 5 separate excursions in Cozumel in the past, and this one tops everything I’ve done!

One of a kind experience, from the fishing to the snorkeling, to just hanging out on the sandbar, they made sure my wife and I had a great time. And the ceviche they made for us was delicious.

Perfect little snorkeling trip. We saw some beautiful fish and a huge turtle at one stop. They also took us to a shallow sand bar to see stingrays. Our two guides cooked a delicious lunch for us to enjoy right on the boat. Great experience.

It was my husband’s birthday, so we wanted to do something special. Wow! Was it special! The boat was clean and beautiful and the staff were so nice and attentive. My grandson, (21), caught a nice Wahoo , then we went to some beautiful water where we anchored. We swam, snorkeled and relaxed on a giant floating mat. The staff cooked our meal on the boat and it was so delicious! We had homemade guacamole, ceviche, fish, shrimp and fruit! Everything was fresh. We were served beer, margaritas, cokes, water and all of the tequila shots you wanted. If you want to do something with just your family or friends, this is the thing to do!!!

We loved these guys and this excursion! The margaritas were delicious and my cup was never left empty. I didn’t get to fish bc my mom got seasick and the kids needed someone to manage them lol but my boyfriend caught our lunch! The fishing was awesome! The food was AMAZING! Best ceviche and shrimp I’ve ever tasted in my life. It started to rain and they secured all our food under a covering. Swimming with the sting rays was quite the experience. Loved it. This is a great excursion if you have a family. Husbands can fish a little, then you can snorkel, everyone enjoys the sandbar swimming and who doesn’t love food! 🥰🥹😬❤️ we will return and we will do this excursion again! Thanks to the First Lady crew for treating us like family!

Myself and 3 friends went out for the day with captain Luis and deckhand Christian and we all agreed that the day was exceptional. They both went out of their way to ensure we had the best day possible. The food was excellent and their service was above and beyond. Christian took us snorkelling and pointed out things we would not have seen on our own (and I grew up in northern Queensland Australia and would have happily gone on my own without thinking I needed a guide). Lunch was fresh and delicious and beautifully presented and I don’t think anyone had an empty drink all day. We can all highly recommend this day out if you travel to Cozumel or Playa del Carmen

This was an absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I were traveling with our three kids and three nephews ages 28, 24, 21, 18, 16, and 14. Everyone absolutely loved it. While snorkeling we saw several sea turtles and a good selection of fish. We also had an extended time with three stingrays circling around and between us. The guides cooked for us right on the boat and we were all blown away by the food. Beverages were readily available and appreciated. Easy taxi ride to and from the international cruise port. Would highly recommend the First Lady and her crew. We saw other tour boats out on the water and they were packed. After being on a cruise ship with a ton of people and loud music, it was so nice to just be the eight of us. Very peaceful.

Best experience! Cab ride was $20 for 8 of us to get to the private marina from the port. We had 4 teens and 4 adults and fun was had by all. Three people on the boat to make your food, fix your drinks, drive, and snorkel with you to show you all the best spots. Personal and worth it.

The crew and service was great! They were very accommodating to us and even for a food allergy. We saw a ton of sealife snorkeling and the guide was great at pointing everything out. Nothing bad to say! Food, drinks and service was awesome! Sandbar was great.

Our family visited Cozumel during a cruise ship port day. We had chartered the Nemo Catamaran with Jorge, Miguel and ????. We were unaware of the time change and inadvertently showed up an hourly early. The crew was already on board preparing for our arrival. Within 15 minutes they were ready to go. Their flexibility and willingness to adjust to our mishap was greatly appreciated. The crew was attentive and made every aspect of our day trip enjoyable. Our snorkeling stop was awesome, got to see sea turtles and tons of fish. We then cruised to a sandbar where they prepared the best meal of our entire trip. The fish, shrimp, ceviche, fruit, and cocktails were all absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this ship and crew enough. Perfect for a cruise ship excursion!

Loved everything about our tour! We had a wonderful day and the guys were very nice and accomodating. The lunch was DELICIOUS and the drinks were flowing!

You won’t be disappointed! Easy 5 min ride via taxi to the marina ($20). There were 8 of us ranging in age from 14-50, and we all had a great time. Listened to music as we sped off to all the spots. They have beer, soft drinks, margaritas as you’re cruising. We went fishing and caught a few fish despite the wind and choppy waters. Went to the snorkeling spot and saw starfish, sea turtles and other tropical fish. Water is about 7 ft deep but we ended up asking for the floaty devices that go around your waist as we were struggling in the choppy water and it just made it easier having it and snorkeling. The guys on the boat make sure you’re comfortable and they are in the water with you. Afterwards, we went to the sandbar and swam and walked on the beach while the crew made an amazing lunch of ceviche, guac, fresh fruit and shrimp and fish. It was sooo good. We also saw stingrays as we were getting back on the boat. Just know that you need to put on sunscreen before you get on the boat and you can’t reapply afterwards. Half of us got too much sun but those of us who had on swim shirts and hats did great. My husband was skeptical and worried and I reassured him it would be fine based on all the reviews. It was worth it and better than what we could find from the cruise ship- give it a try!!

We had such a wonderful time on the First Lady! The crew was absolutely amazing even when the weather was cooperating. We arrived quite early for our charter, but the crew didn't blink an eye--just let us know the Captain would be another 15 minutes and then we could head out early, and in the meantime just hang out in the shade and get ready--wonderful that they were able to pivot to take us out a bit early! Conditions didn't allow us to follow the planned itinerary as El Cielo was closed and the current kept us from hitting the planned beach. The crew quickly pivoted and still gave us a great experience--visiting two other reefs that we thoroughly enjoyed. We got to see a lot of wildlife--including barracudas, trigger fish, and stingrays--and got to swim in the midst of several schools of fish. It was one of the best snorkel experiences we've had and it wasn't even the "good" reef! Conditions didn't let us get any fishing in, but the crew managed to get us on the sandbar (not as easy as one might think since the current seemed stronger than normal). We got lots of time to relax in the water and play while they cooked up lunch. The lunch that the crew cooked was also incredible--trigger fish filets, snapper ceviche, guacamole, tortillas, and fresh fruit. The teenagers who all "don't like fish" each ate heartily commenting about how good the food was and how they didn't know fish could be that good.

This charter was the absolute best part about our trip to Cozumel!! We swam with sea turtles and stingrays. We snorkeled at the reef and saw so many tropical fish. We had the best food and drinks of our whole trip!! 10/10 we would do this again the next time we are in Cozumel. Thank you so much, Luis and crew!!

First Lady was First Class! Antonio and Luis were a killer crew - we caught a ton of trigger and rainbow runners, snorkeled with giant star fish and anchored at the sandbar for margaritas, freshly prepared fish, ceviche and beautiful water. We always book private charters while on vacation and this was flawless. Highly, highly recommend if you are headed to Cozumel.

Luis, Christian, and Jairo were amazing guides and Captains! Fishing was great. To catch and eat our own catch…it doesn’t get fresher or better than that! My family loved the food! The ceviche and trigger fish was phenomenal! We were also, so lucky to see so much sea life while snorkeling. From what I read, you are lucky if you see 1 sea turtle. We saw 6! Sharks, eels, star fish, stingrays and so many varieties of fish! This trip was a highlight and my whole family want to return and do it again! We took 5 kids with us on this excursion…Ages 7-20 they all loved it. My boys also loved the boat ride “jumping the big waves” haha

Luis and his mate Antonio were great. Beyond friendly, gracious and helpful. He found spots to catch fish in a quick time, took us to some great snorkeling to see a turtle, schools of fish and reef, and even a nurse shark. They had water, beer & more. Snacks and then of course Luis cooked our fish, made guacamole and ceviche, and cheese quesadillas. I have not eaten fish in 30-33 years. This was truly good. My wife and oldest son were courageous enough to try the ceviche and said it was awesome. I could not recommend this enough!

Was unable to get even a partial refund after not being able to go on this excursion. I felt very unsafe, even tipped as returned to the marina.

Our family of four had a great day! At first the port was closed for all water activities. But after a few hours, they called us back (once it opened) and we headed out. The snorkeling was fantastic, almost as great as the meal they served afterwards. Luis and Antonio made the day special and relaxed and safe. They also showed care around the turtles, amongst a larger and more 'insistent' group of snorkelers from a different company. In other words, they respected the wild life and instructed us correctly. It was a wonderful experience. I would gladly book with them again!
