Mr Sanchos Romantic Day Beach Pass For Two

Be ready to sink into the beautiful sand and relax! Our servers, Chino and Adrian, were moving non stop to take care of us in our cabana and the surrounding tables. Drinks and food arrived quickly and were refilled promptly as requested. Plenty of sun and shade, and lots to see and do. Many Mister Sancho vendors walk the sands--selling bracelets or trinkets, braiding hair, giving massages-- but no one was obtrusive or pushy. Other reviews have mentioned that the cabanas aren't exactly private. Ours was near a pathway with several tables between us and the beach, but it was very easy to get back to as our home base for the day, and we loved lounging on the cabana bed while others only had plastic chairs. Don't forget to bring a towel, or if you rent one there, don't forget to return it. We forgot and ended up paying $15 ($5 for rental and $10 for deposit) for a towel we left behind anyway!

We really enjoy Sanchos. This is our 2nd time going. The beach is gorgeous and the atmosphere is fun. Our masseuses Wendo and Carmen are always great. They take great care of us and I’m always relaxed after. The food leaves a lot to be desired. It is very bland. When traveling to Mexico, I hope for more authentic cuisine and I get better Mexican food in TX than I do at Sanchos. I hope they add more traditional dishes to the menu. Everything food wise leaves me unimpressed. The service for us varies. We had an amazing server in April, Angel. He treated us like royalty and was constantly checking on us. This time our server Gaby was not as good. I tipped him fairly generously and he commented that my money was long. He then stood there staring at my friend until she felt pressured to tip as well. She gave him an average tip and then made the comment that her money was short. It was very rude and embarrassed my friend so we ended up leaving earlier than planned. I would have stayed longer and probably spent more money, but not after that. The vendors at the entrance are very aggressive which makes me power walk through the area and avoid shopping because I cannot browse in peace due to the vendors all competing for sales. Overall, I always have a good time, but there’s definitely room for improvement and even though there are things I don’t like, I still think it’s worth it.

Had a great beach day. Mr Sancho’s had it all!! The sand and water were excellent. The pools were great. Food and drinks weee very good and the service was terrific. Would recommend 100%.

We had a great day at the beach! The cabana was amazing and a great spot to relax in the shade after a swim. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The massage was an awesome way to start the day. Drinks and food were good.

We were in a horrible wreck July 18th and we were not able to make our cruise. My husband is in a facility and I'm at home recovering. He got the worse of it. We sure miss getting to go for my birthday cruise.

We absolutely loved everything about this place except for when you are having the relaxing massage, you have the reception area having to use the walkie talkie or people walking up talking. Its hard to relax when its noisy.

It was our first time there and Checo made it one of the best experiences ever. We will be back soon.

The package was worth every penny. Our package included a day bed, 30 minute massage, a rose, all you can eat and drink. We had our own table and chairs as well. Waiters/staff were very attentive. Memo, our waiter, was awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

We had an incredible time at Mr. Sanchos! If you are looking for the perfect beach day, this is it. The location is absolutely excellent—breathtaking views and, best of all, the beach was pristine with zero sargassum during our visit. The standout of our day was definitely the service. Miguel and the entire wait staff were exceptionally attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It made the experience feel truly stress-free and luxurious. A few tips for future visitors: Book the Couples Beach Bed Package: We highly recommend upgrading to this. Having the private bed made our day, and the massage included in the package was fantastic. Get there early: If you want to secure the best spot, make sure to arrive early to snag your preferred loungers/beds. We couldn't have asked for a better day in Cozumel. We will definitely be back!

I was very excited to try this new restaurant with all the hype. What a disappointment. The food was mediocre. nothing came out hot. The service was really bad. not going to back.

Great experience from beginning to end . The massages were so soorhing. Having the day bed and your own waiter was perfect, the swim up bar was a time and unlimited food and drinks duhhhhhh !

The massage with Rosa was amazing. Our 2 servers (Checo and Kevin) were both attentive and quickly provided our food and drinks. Nice beach and pool. Nice breeze by the cabana. We had a great time. Good music, good food and strong drinks. I would return here again.

You are guaranteed a spot with shade all day. It includes all inclusive food and drinks. The only improvement will be rearranging tables for dinning away from obstructing the ocean view for the people staying in cabanas. Expect an influx of loud, drunk and inconsiderate cruise passengers. One woman was so drunk that she didn’t realize that one of her nipples was hanging out. Her friends were equally drunk as they did not even notice it!

This is probably the best thing we did during our cruise. I was a little nervous doing an excursion not through our ship but it was so easy. From the minute we arrived to them getting us into a taxi back to the port, service was top notch. We arrived at 830 and they took us to our cabana, gave us advice on getting loungers right by the water and got the drinks and food going. The spa rep came right over and suggested we do it early because it was going to be busy so we did that first and it was great. The swim up bar near the restrooms was where we spent a lot of time. Find Julio, he’s one of the best bartenders anywhere. We left and came back after an hour and even with all the people he was serving, he remembered our names and what we were drinking. Bathrooms were very clean. I’d recommend this package if you’d like to do a massage because it’s just about the same price as general admission and a 30 minute relaxing massage. But you also get the cabana and a great location. We barely sat on the day bed, there was just too much to see for us newbies. But I’d definitely come back here and book this package again. And booking it through Viator was easy.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Ezee was our waiter and he was amazing. There were a lot of teenagers and 20-something's that had drank way too much there for a good bit of the day. So keep that in mind if that's a turn-off for you. We did the couples getaway that included a massage which was good. It's a very light pressure massage (Swedish or deep tissue is extra). The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are good, not great, but it's all-inclusive so that is expected. Definitely more of just a beach day getaway. Not a romantic, quiet day at the beach.

We arrived to shore late because of an issue but the kitchen closed within an hour of us being there as well as the bar and we were told we had to leave by 5 pm so what should have been an all day pass was only for a few hours the shops closed as well so was not able to buy any souvenirs… overall it felt like a very rushed experience

We had a great time at Mr Sanchos beach club. We were treated like kings the entire time and enjoyed all they had to offer. They drinks were fun and the food was delicious.

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. The pool is very nice. We had the Romantic experience. Our massages were nice. We enjoyed the "bed", the rose and the special seating area. Note: there are many nice seating areas.

Our trip was delayed because of a medical emergency on the ship; we arrived at 3 instead of 9; Mr. Sanchos stayed open until 7; they were very accommodating; relaxing massage, delicious non-stop drinks & food; of course we were the only ones there since most people headed back to their ship; several people soliciting their stuff.

I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. I was looking for a more intimate place for my wife and me, it was more packed than what I expected. Yet, the service was excellent and the food was very good. If you are looking for a family experience then this is for you.

A great relaxing beach club in Cozumel. We took the ferry from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel. A $20.00 taxi cab ride and you reach the beach club in about 20-minutes. There are multiple clean restrooms, pools, lockers, great service on the beach, and the water is blue and clear. There are a few shells on the ocean floor, but not rocky. The romance package is divine. You have the private beach bed, unlimited food prepared to order, and the 30-minute relaxing massage is nice. TIP: Brings dollars to tip the servers, massage, and definitely the ladies who maintain the restrooms and showers. A special thank you to our massage therapists Rose and Mercy, they were wonderful.

Lots of fun. A day in the sun with food, drinks and friends. The price was right for what you get. The food was great and so were the drinks. The whole fish is a must have. It's about a 30 min cab ride and the cost is about $20 per person. Get there early if you want to sit at a table or loungers near the beach. Swimming area and snorkeling. Gets a tad crowded as the day goes on. Pops and Hilario did an excellent job keeping us well stocked with drinks and food. Well worth the cost of admission. Will go again and highly recommend.

It is a very nice facility with attentive staff (ours were Leo and Herbet). The food and service were excellent, and we felt well taken care of. My wife got a very nice rose (as described). It was easy to get from the cruise terminal (Maya) by taking a taxi ($20 each way, so be prepared to have some cash). In the package, including cabana, was a relaxing massage for both of us (30 mins each). Prior to booking this excursion we reviewed other options and think this was the place we would enjoy, so we did. Finally, remember that gratuities are not included in the package so have some cash for servers and staff in the spa.

This Beach Club resort is top notch and HIGHLY recommended. If you question whether or not to book here, do yourself a favor and just take the plunge. The food was AMAZING, everyone was very accommodating and the customer service was exceptional. We rented a private cabana reserved for the day, and had Carlos (Charly) as our server for the day. He did everything we asked of him and he truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip special. We will be back next time we visit Cozumel. To the whole staff at Mr. Sanchos.., THANK YOU we enjoyed our visit!

The perfect way to enjoy a beach day! We booked this about two months in advance and realized we had chosen the incorrect date of arrival. We messaged the company immediately and they modified the reservation in their records. Upon arrival, it seemed that they had overlooked this change, however, they acted extremely quickly and had our private cabana set up in no time. It was nice having our own private area to retreat to as the beach club quickly filled up with guests as the day went on. There were two servers who came by often to check if we needed anything since it was all you can eat and drink during our stay. Additionally, a staff member for the massage service came by to arrange a time for us to get our included massage. This was quite a treat and well worth it! Zully and Patty were excellent and left us feeling very relaxed. I highly recommend this experience, especially if you are stopping in Cozumel during a cruise. It's a great way to relax and avoid the crowds.

I bought the romantic day package for my husband and I. We got there early and it was nice and quiet for about an hour. It does get pretty busy as the day goes on tho. The cabana was nice and relaxing. The food is good. The frozen drinks are just ok. We stuck with beer most of the day. The servers came around pretty regularly despite a lot of people being there. There were 2 working our area that covered several big tables. I think another server would have been nice covering so many people. A couple of things we ordered were forgotten about. So we just ordered again. Patience is key when it’s busy. They are working hard. Overall another good experience at Sancho’s. Oh, shots, or any alcohol without a mixer, we couldn’t order. A lot of the drinks are overly sweet.. for our taste, anyway. Our package came with a 30 min massage for each of us. It only includes a relaxing massage. If you want added pressure, Swedish or deep tissue, it’s $15 extra. But both ladies did a nice job.

What an awesome experience, would highly recommend the romantic day package. Property is clean food is good, friendly attentive staff especially Martin and Jesus our servers. Cabana and couples massage was the highlight of the day.

Easy transfer from ship to the Beach Club via taxi. Easy registration when we arrived. Accommodations were lovely. CLEAN and PLENTIFUL BATHROOMS/CHANGING ROOMS. Masseuses were professional and well trained. The food was not spectacular but drinks were plentiful and the wait staff were attentive to all the guests. The weather less than accommodating. The surf was too rough for swimming.

Mr Sanchos is always a fantastic time! Leo and George took great care of us. We had a misunderstanding in the beginning and the manager was very kind to take care of our problem right away. Massage was fantastic. Fun atmosphere and great food and drinks. Bathrooms are so clean. Highly recommend!

Pops was amazing! He even moved our stuff from our chairs because of the rain. Great time and great staff!! We would go again!
