We just got back from this excursion and I think it might be my favorite excursion ever. Getting to and from the location was a simple taxi cab ride. Everyone was super helpful and we had a blast. The guys worked really hard to make sure we had a great time. Would definitely recommend!
I was so scared because I dont swim but the instructors made us so safe and you don't need to swim. Finally got to go under the ocean

Arrived at Hotel Cozumel by Taxi, greeted by the tour operator to check in. Clear instructions and directions. Just 2 of us for the tour so lots of personalized attention. Truthfully, the tour time goes by faster than expected and most of the animals you see will be brought to you by the tour divers. Fish are fed to increase their interactions so do with that info as you wish. Roped off area in which you mini sub. Post tour, you can spend time at the beach club and you can bring your own snorkel. Drinks/food/massages available to order. Your tour videos/photos are available to you for purchase.

As you are first thinking about the experience, you may find yourself nervous. But once your guides, Jessica, Jesus and Alonso begin to explain how things work and then eventually take you in- slowly the nervousness fades, and the wonder of what you’re seeing takes over. Beautiful underwater views, and if you want, you can hold different creatures and allow the fish to almost feed from your hand! Truly an experience you’d love to last only a bit longer, but still, well worth it!
We really enjoyed our mini-sub dive tour! It's a quick five-minute taxi ride from the cruise port, making it very convenient. We took a taxi there ourselves. Initially, I was quite nervous about the experience, but the operators, Alonzo and Quen (hope I got his name right), reassured us that it's completely safe. They helped make the entire adventure both exciting and stress-free! They also took several underwater photos (not included in the price). The whole experience lasts no more than an hour and a half, leaving plenty of time for other activities on the island. Fortunately, there weren't many people that day, as only one ship was docked. This is definitely a must-do activity on the island.
This is third time doing this excursion. We absolutely love it. The gentlemen who took us out are very knowledgeable and concerned with your safety and wanting you to have the best experience and very friendly. The young lady who checked us in was very nice. We brought my 77 year old dad, two kids and my so’s girlfriend. She was a little scared at first and we thought she wouldn’t make it into the scooter. However, one of the guys talked with her and worked with her patiently and she was able to go. She loved it. They always have neat things for you to hold and see. We will go on this excursion again. Make sure you bring some cash to get the videos and pictures they will take. We have been on 16 cruises and done numerous excursions. This is one of my favorite excursions of all time.
Such an awesome experience! The guides found several sea creatures for me to hold which enhanced the experience. No trouble breathing in the helmet and the view is not obscured peripherally. You only dip your head underwater briefly to get situated on the machine. Picture package is separate ($70 USD) and comes on an SD card. Would absolutely do this excursion again. Highly recommend. A+++.
It was a great experience. A lot of fun. Staff was awesome really helped this old lady out a lot. One time thing for but really glad i got to do it at least once.
Amazing, what a great adventure! Jesus and Joaquin took such good care of us and made sure we got to see and hold so many sea creatures (done with respect...I have no concerns about the welfare of the fish etc). I would 100% recommend this...and in fact we want to do it again soon.
The underwater scooter was a lot of fun and the view under the water was stellar! It didn't effect me, but be sure to read the disclaimer before signing up. If you have to take insulin, even if its only on occasion and not routine, you will be turned down without a refund. They have a single page medical questionnaire asking about it when you get there.

This is a fun little experience.
What an experience!! There were 2 of us that went, with 2 divers, so it was awesome having a diver for each of us. They gave us food to feed the fish, which attracted so many fish around us. It was so much fun. You can rent lockers for $5 to store your belongings while on the excursion. There are showers to rinse off afterwards and beach chairs to sit on if you want to dry off. I highly recommend it, and would definitely do this again!!

This was the most amazing experience. The staff is incredible and kind. They were patient and explained every step of the process in advance, and made sure we were comfortable multiple times during the experience. Highly recommend!! For those who wear glasses, YOU CAN WEAR THEM! It was wonderful to see the fish clearly 😀

This was an incredible, underwater experience! The guides were right next to us, the entire time, and we felt completely safe! They were helpful & fun! Driving & controlling the motorized mini-subs was life-altering! Such a blast to have direct contact with sea creatures! The fish eat out right out of your hands! The helmet remains water-free & does not close tightly around your head. It is pressurized, with plenty of air & tons of room! Enjoy this experience if you are able!

If you’ve never scuba dived before, it’s a great experience to be able to feel that freedom and sensation of being underwater and able to breathe. They did a great job preparing us before the excursion.
It was very fun and interesting. Instructions are given ahead of time and there are divers are close by at all times. I felt very safe. There is also a photographer that takes videos and photos.

I was a little nervous to do this but the guides were so great! We had a great time and saw some beautiful fish. We were able to hold conch and a blowfish. Would highly recommend when in Cozumel!
Very short. Only about 20 minutes on moving scooter. Rest of time spent tied off to rope and holding sea life they hand to you.
This was a a great family excursion. The guides ( Jesus Alonso and juanquin) were Great too! Don’t get too scared during safety talk, it’s very simple and perfect for all ages!
It was an experience that was a once in a lifetime, but wouldn’t do it again. It was overly priced for what we got to do. You go down in the water and don’t really get to see anything, hold multiple things to take pictures with (that you pay for pics later on), then resurface. We thought we would get to “cruise” around at least a little in the water. Definitely see more by snorkeling. The entire thing though was cool because it was crazy to be in the water and have water right under your head but be able to breathe in a “giant air bubble”. Everyone thought it was cool, weird, and just a once in a lifetime thing, but very over priced.
It was okay, it was cool playing with the fish but they need to maybe tether us on a line and follow each other along a trail to see more things maybe even set up a false underwater Garden of different things some artificial reefs maybe a sunken boat would have been a little more exciting. The prices and the food along the beach are horrible at the resort where you start this tour.
The staff was extremely professional, straight to the point, and made this experience fun and enjoyable. We were able to touch sea creatures, and the water was extremely clear. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do something new and exciting.

So fun! 30 minutes under water but good instruction beforehand and guided by Joaquin, Jesus, and Alonzo throughout to be safe and well worth it! Fish ate out of my hand and able to see Sea creatures. Wonderful!

You don't have to know how to swim. I would do it again. You can go back up whenever you are ready. If needed. Awesome experience
