I was one of 17 ladies on a cruise to Cozumel where we took a Windseeker luxury catamaran tour. This was one of the loveliest excursion trips I’ve ever been on. The staff included Hugo, Giovanni, Felipe and Edwin. They were so kind, professional, and provided a lovely experience. The food was fantastic. They cooked fresh tuna, ceviche, guacamole, and an assortment of salads and snacks. It was delicious. They also provided cocktails, water, sodas, beer and kept our glasses full! We got to snorkel at two different locations and spent some time in the water and on a beach. I highly recommend this tour. It gets 5 Stars from me!

We’ve been to Cozumel several times and done several cruise excursions. This was by far the best experience ever! Saul, Hugo, Alex and Edwin treat you like royalty, wanting for nothing! We mentioned out loud something we forgot to put on our lunch plate and 5 seconds later it was in our hands. We wanted to immediately go out again with them when it was over! Highly recommended!

Windseekers did an outstanding job taking care of 17 ladies on a catamaran for 5 hrs today! The weather outlook was uncertain but Hugo, Edwin, Giovanni and Phillip did a great job getting us to a great place for snorkeling beach time and sun! The food and drinks were delicious and plentiful! We had snacks to start, great Bloody Mary's, beer, or whatever drink you need and great music. For lunch, we had grilled tuna, quesadillas, ceviche, guacamole, Pico de gallo, salad and chips! The food was made fresh on the boat! The guys were constantly checking on us and made sure we had whatever we wanted! I highly recommend booking this trip if you are visiting Cozumel! You won't be disappointed!

We had the best time on this trip! The crew was the most attentive crew I’ve ever met. Sal, Hugo, , Edwin and Alex were remarkable and made us feel like we were billionaires the way they took care of us. I recommend this tour for anyone.

Alex, Giovanni, Hugo, and Edwin were great. I was able to customize my trip to my liking. They supplied us with snorkeling gear and their guidance during the experience was helpful and gave us reassurance in the water. The food, drinks, and the vibes were good. I got to see many fish including stingrays and an eagle ray, coral, lobsters, and starfish. It was my 30th birthday and overall I had a great time and would go again in the future.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience in Cozumel. The boat was beautiful, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The snorkeling spots were so great, and I can't say enough good things about the crew. Shelly and Saul, as well as Captain David and the assistant, took amazing care of us.

From the communication for transportation to our AMAZING guide Shelley, we went solo as a couple and had an absolutely breathtaking time. We saw turtles, swam with stingrays, saw a nurse shark nested along the coral, safe to say once in a lifetime experience. Could not recommend this more for a quiet private break from life. What an amazing excursion! Felt like you had your own private crew on a clean, comfortable, beautiful catamaran. Shelly, David, Alex, and Hugo made our trip wonderful. I am so sorry I didn’t take pictures of the delicious food that was served during this excursion it was awesome. This experience is it worth every single penny! You get what you paid for. We had an incredible experience on this private catamaran charter in Cozumel! We were a group of 14 people speaking three different languages, and the crew made everyone feel welcome and included. Captain David, Alex, Saul, and Hugo went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing time. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. Since we were visiting Cozumel on a cruise with limited time in port, everything was perfectly organized and ran on schedule, allowing us to make the most of every minute. The crew took care of every detail so we could simply relax and enjoy the day. We also added the steak and lobster meal, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and one of the best meals we had on our entire trip. From the beautiful catamaran and crystal-clear water to the exceptional service from Captain David, Alex, Saul, and Hugo, this was truly the highlight of our cruise. They made our entire group feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of despite our different languages. Experience of a life time. Had a wonderful host in Shelly. Several family members weren’t confident/competent snorkellers but Shelley got them up to speed in no time and it all went swimmingly. We were taken to various locations to tick off pretty much all our hoped-for sea life encounters which included a turtle, a barracuda, a nurse shark, stingrays, star fish and countless smaller fishes whose names I’ve already forgotten. The catamaran was fabulous and we were treated to a delicious lunch and cocktails on demand. A true VIP experience.

This was the best day ever! The service was the best! Food was so fresh and presented so well! I would 100% recommend this to Big families. We had 13 people and everyone agrees this was an amazing experience thank you to Hugo, Edwin jeovionni, Felipe for the amazing service and help.

This was our favorite day on our 5day Disney cruise, we booked separately. The staff of Windseekers were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service was top notch. The snorkeling was awesome and they paid extra attention to our grandkids so they had a great experience as well. The meal served for lunch was some of the best food we had and they made sure our drink glasses were filled. Thank you Gio and Shelley and the rest of the crew for an unforgettable family memory.

My husband and I booked this catamaran excursion through Celebrity Cruises and it was worth every penny! We had the BEST time with our fellow passengers (extremely small group of us) and the hardworking and personable crew of Hugo, David, Marco and Alex. The transfer from the cruise terminal to the marina and back was perfectly seamless, easy and well coordinated. The food and drinks on board were nothing short of amazing and we had a truly special and wonderful day aboard this catamaran. We would do this again in Cozumel in a heartbeat - no hesitation!

This was fantastic. The food, the locations, the fish, and the crew were top notch. Alex, David, Hugo, and Gio made this day amazing and attended to our every need. This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The service was truly first-class the entire day. We went snorkeling and saw a shark, stingray, sea turtle, barracuda, countless fish, and even a starfish—it was breathtaking. After snorkeling, we visited a beautiful island with crystal-clear water that was simply stunning. One thing that really stood out was the level of service. We never had to return to the boat for drinks or lift a finger; the crew anticipated everything we needed. Lunch was spectacular, with fresh ceviche, tuna, salad, guacamole, and quesadillas. I also appreciated that all drinks were served in Yeti tumblers to keep them ice-cold. The drink selection was excellent as well—far beyond the typical rum punch and beer offered on many boat tours. The water, the scenery, the food, and the service were all exceptional. Edwin, Giovanni, Hugo, and Felipe were incredibly accommodating and made the experience even more memorable. They are a top-notch crew! At the end, they walked one of strollers to the taxi, so the husband could enjoy his beer. It was truly the best service. I would recommend this trip 10/10 and can’t wait to come back again soon.

Very pleased with the experience. Best day we had during our Caribbean Cruise. Booked direct with Viator, outside of the cruise and worked out great. Received communication well in advance and multiple times the morning of our experience. They coordinated us a taxi from the cruise terminal. Met us in the parking lot at the harbor. Fresh fruit and drinks ready upon boarding. Crew was on point. Drink never went dry and snacks/lunch never stopped. Food was terrific. Snorkel was fun and we saw a lot of fish. Towels handed to you every time you crawled back on the boat. Wifi on the boat kept our music playing. Our group was only 5 people but there was plenty of room for 10+. Two bathrooms on board.

Our family had an amazing time on this excursion! The crew was amazing, the food was delicious and the location couldn't have been more perfect. My 3 y/o, 5 y/o and 7 y/o enjoyed every minute of our time on this excursion and the crew made us all feel safe and made the experience very enjoyable! Shoutout to our crew - Saul, Marko, Edwin and Filipe!! I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone with or without kids that's looking for a relaxing experience on the beautiful water!

My family of 11 took a Disney cruise and our first stop was Cozumel. I booked the Sophia directly from Chase Travel, not through Disney. I had many pre-cruise questions and Windseekers was very prompt in responding. They arranged transportation from the cruise to/from their marina, making for a stress-free excursion. The crew of Saul, Marco, Edwin and Filipe were awesome! We were met at the taxi and immediately taken to the Sophia where we had a delicious tray of fresh fruits waiting for us. Saul and Marco made constantly offered drinks and made sue we felt at ease. We made 2 stops to snorkel and enjoy time in the water. In between, Filipe made a wonderful fresh meal. Delicious. At the end of our Sophia excursion, we were again met at the marina and returned to the cruise port. No stress - just a wonderful, memorable experience! Our grandson (age 7) said it was the highlight of his Disney Cruise - it was that good!

They started the day by arranging shuttles for our group, and dropped us off at the cruise port at the end of the day. A perfect day on the water, all of the reviews have already explained how great everything is, and they’re all spot on. One thing to add is that they were super helpful with my elderly mom who recently had a stroke and very afraid of falling and got her safely off the boat and enjoying the water. Made a memorable trip even more memorable. I really liked that they make you take your shoes off when you arrive, keeps everything super clean. The cost I felt was very reasonable for what you get, after tip for 14 people was around 200 dollars per person. A full day of drinks and food and a large private boat to spread out on… totally worth it.

Wow!! What an amazing experience sailing this beautiful catamaran, snorkeling, and swimming with the rays at El Cielito lagoon. Besides the beautiful turquoise lagoons it was undoubtedly the hospitality of the crew that made our experience unforgettable. We got off our cruise ship and the catamaran was a short 10 min taxi ride away. Hugo, Edwin, Saul and Felipe were the best hosts we could have asked for. Drinks were amazing, the fruit platter, grilled tuna, ceviche and quesadillas were amazing. Overall this experience was one of the best days of our vacation.

We had an amazing time on this rental boat experience! We did snorkeling and visited the sandbar, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was absolutely incredible—super attentive, friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to take care of us the entire time. The boat itself was in great condition, very comfortable, and made the whole experience even better. On top of that, the food was awesome, which was a really nice surprise. Overall, we had a blast from start to finish. This experience was 100% worth every dollar we spent, and we would absolutely do it again!

Service was impeccable and food so beautiful and delicious thanks to Hugo, David and Alex! The catamaran was so clean and neat too. JJ was excellent helping us on our two snorkel stops - saw starfish, nurse sharks hiding, beautiful fish and rays swimming in the shallow area. A fun experience and recommend it for others wanting a special treat for family and friends!

We rented two catamarans for a group of 40 people, splitting into 20 adults on one and 20 younger guests on the other—and it worked out perfectly. Hugo, Edwin, Gio and Alex were awesome. Great service. We swam in some of the most picturesque water I have ever seen. Food and drinks were top notch. The trigger fish ceviche was awesome. They had a cab waiting for us at our departure to make sure we had no problems getting back to our cruise ship.

This is the best excursion I have ever taken part in. The service was first class and the price was right for what was included. 5 hours of cruising, snorkeling, and sand bar. Fruit platter, snacks, and a freshly prepared lunch that was out of this world. Trigger fish ceviche, grilled tuna, fresh guacamole, and assorted salads. Oh, and pretty much any kind of beverage you would want - beer, rum and coke, margaritas.... Hugo, Felipe, JJ, and Capt Edwin made our entire group feel like we were the most important people in the world for the entire trip. Hugo even called and escorted us to a waiting cab so we could back to our ship on time. The entire crew served us whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. JJ even swam drinks and snacks from the boat to the floating table we had at the sandbar. I think we may have worn him out.
