The cenote is a natural formation that is more than 60 million years old. I will explain the history of the place to you, you will learn about the importance of cenotes in the Mayan culture and you will be able to have fun jumping into the water from a 20-foot natural platform.
We will stop to walk around the Mayan town, visiting a 900-year-old Mayan Temple and I will explain the fascinating history of the place, most of the townspeople are of Mayan descent, they produce black coral jewelry, finally I will show you one of the oldest Catholic churches in Cozumel.

We did the ATV and tequila tasting with a trip to Jade Caverns. It was amazing! Alonso was just fantastic and made the whole trip so much fun! What a great time! Highly recommend if you want a short morning trip that won’t take up your entire day.

Sergio was an amazing guide. We will go back next time we are there. The only thing I did not care for was the tequila tasting at the end of the tour and it felt like a sales pitch to get you to buy a $170 bottle and then you feel bad saying no. But the ATV ride and cavern was amazing and so fun!
Rainy & muddy days make it even more fun! We contemplated canceling due to weather but are so glad we did not.
We decided to book this tour last-minute as a non-water activity. Communication over WhatsApp was very quick and consistent from booking to after. César picked us up directly from our hotel and we got a brief history on our way to the shop. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we got to the shop we were offered bottled water or beer and bug repellent which was nice since we hadn’t brought anything for bugs. We also paid the $20/pp fee required to enter the Mayan reservation area. Our guide Pablo was really knowledgeable and very friendly. He showed us all the controls for the ATV and even got us a different ATV when our bag was too big for the trunk on the one we originally had. We really enjoyed the Mayan history and splashing the ATVs through the mud was a lot of fun. We didn’t jump into the cave pool but it was really beautiful. Definitely recommend as a fun adventure for your next trip to Cozumel.
We had such an amazing time with our guide David. It was raining which made the experience so much more fun!!! David did a great job of from start to finish at the meeting place all to giving us ideas on places to eat afterwards. Atv riding was great and my kids had a wonderful time being able to drive themselves. The tequila museum was fun and tequila definitely worth the purchase to take home. Thank you David and others for such an amazing time and experience! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

This excursion was a great combination of adventure, culture, and fun! We enjoyed learning a little about ancient Mayan culture, and the tour was just long enough to feel like a real adventure without taking up the entire day. The ATV ride was a blast (be prepared to get muddy!), and jumping into the cenote afterward was the perfect way to cool off. Our group included six adults and two kids, and everyone had a great time! The tour operators made it easy to find our pickup and meeting location, everything was well organized, and we felt the excursion was a great value for the price. We would definitely recommend it!
So glad that we found this tour. We arrived to Cozumel on a Disney cruise and wanted a more adventurous activity than what most of the Disney excursions we're offering, especially because we had a 5 year old with us. We had an amazing time with Alonso, he was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. We felt safe the whole time and got to see a difference side of Cozumel and Mayan culture.
