Me and a friend booked through Viator and were lucky enough to have Paolina as our tour guide. It ended up just being us two in the tour which really gave everyone the time to explain things thoroughly. Paolina was an amazing guide and went out of her way to make sure we had a good time even with our ship delay. Everything from the atv ride to the tequila tasting was executed perfectly and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone considering it.

We had an awesome day with Pablo! He took us on the ATV tour out to Jade Cenote & back. We all got a chance to jump in :) Then we went to the beach for some lunch & snorkeling right off the dock. Pablo filled our ride time with interesting information about the area & Mayan culture. Book the tour! Love the experience! Ask for Pablo :)

Amazing experience. Our tour guide Pablo was so intelligent and informative about the Mayan and Jade Caverns history. We rode ATVs through the Mayan jungle and learned about the history of the village and Jade Caverns cenote. We had an authentic Mexican lunch on the beach at Sky Reef which was very good! And in addition to that, Pablo even contacted the owner of the company and they credited us for the cab ride from the port to the pickup location because our ship ended up coming in at the other port not close to there. At the end of the tour, he drove us back to our port despite it not being the drop off site. He was very kind and accommodating and our family of 5 had the best time! We can’t wait to come back to Cozumel and do this tour again!

David was a fantastic tour guide and spoke very good English! We were a group of 5 and had a great time on the ATVs and snorkeling! David was very attentive, pick up and drop off from port cruise was super convenient. Plan to get a little muddy on the ATV ride and be sure to pack a swimsuit for the jump into the cenote! There is a secondary company that will take photos while you ride and they offer a separate package for purchase. We learned something new at the tequila tasting (and yes, we bought a bottle!). David got into the water and took us snorkeling too! There was another gentleman that took GoPro videos and photos also available to purchase. We ordered chicken and fish tacos for lunch that was included with our snorkeling package, they definitely hit the spot after a day of adventures. After lunch we enjoyed a little sun at the beach before heading back to port.

This trip was a blast! Met up with Pablo at the 7 Eleven near Carnival cruise port. It was a smooth and easy process. Prior to excursion, we received confirmation on the WhatsApp. Pablo was an excellent tour guide. We had the best time and look forward to doing it again!

It was amazing, we had Sergio as our guide and even though there was a lot of rain our guide still made the experience worth it. Our grandma has a hard time moving around but he made sure she still got to have fun even though she couldn't snorkel or swim as well. 100% would book again if we have the chance.

This was a fun activity and Pablo was a knowledgeable and kind tour guide. We were the only people on this particular tour so we were able to move at our pace and be more flexible with what we did.

This excursion was a lot of fun and would do again. They reached out to me about a week or two in advance to confirm pick up place and sent a map on how to get to the pick up place from the port. Our guide was very informative. Took pics of us with our phones as we jumped from the cliff into the cenote. Snorkeling was a first for us as well and enjoyed it too.

A fabulous day at to spend a day! Super fun for all of us (teens included) and learning Mayan culture was the cherry on top. Sergio was such a considerate and fun guide!

First Alonso was great and spoke English and very knowledgeable! The ATV part was long, very dusty and lots of rocks and potholes. The cave part very nice experierance long jump. Lunch time wasn’t good 3 tacos, milky rice water provided wasn’t good and not enough. When additional 4 cokes, 1 chicken burrito, and 2 Quacamole w chips ordered charged $86 plus tip!! Snorkeling portion was amazing! The tequila tour nice too. Overall the experience was good w exception of food part!

From start to finish, our tour guide, Pablo made the trip a wonderful experience. He was professional, kind and full of knowledge. Each part of the excursion was well planned, my sons lived the atv's and jumping into the cenote river. The tequila tasting and tour was informative and delicious, and the Mayan village was amazing. To end the day at a beach resort with snorkeling was perfect! There was lunch included, lots of fish to see and a beautiful environment to sit and eat looking out into the water. Our tour guide, Sergio, was incredible! This tour was a fabulous mix of adventure and education about the Myan and Mexican culture. This was one of the best tours I have ever been on as it contained such a wide variety of activities all in one tour with each component being fantastic. Sergio made the whole experience a truly delightful and memorable adventure for our whole family!

Sergio is the absolute best! He brought so much knowledge and energy to the day that everything felt effortless and fun. From the ATV ride through the jungle, jumping into the sonote, to the Mayan village, relaxing on the beach, and snorkeling over the reef, every stop was a highlight. If you can only do one excursion, make it this one—you won’t miss a thing.

We rode ATVs through the Mayan village, visited the beautiful Jade Cavern, enjoyed a tequila tasting, went snorkeling in the crystal-clear water, and finished with a delicious lunch. Every part of the excursion was well organized, and we never felt rushed. Sergio took great care of us and helped make this one of the best parts of our trip. We booked through Cozumel ATV Tour on the Viator app. Pros: 1. The ATV ride through the Mayan village was fun, almost 1 hour to and from the Jade Cenote. 2. Sky Reef had amazing snorkeling with colorful fish, 1 yellow black and white sting ray. 3. The restaurant where we had the delicious fish and chicken tacos. It's located directly on the beach Sky Reef location. Good that the food is included in the package because otherwise they charge $20 for 3 tacos!! 4. Our guide, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the Cozumel reefs and snorkeling. Cons: 1. Do NOT go in the Jade Cavern cenote. The water is stagnant; thats why it's green and there are bats and bat poop. I wish we didn’t go in and will need to monitor for any symptoms over the next 3 weeks. 2. While the ATV ride was definitely the fun highlight and we felt safe, however they needed to provide more training of using the actual vehicles, and there were 12 of us in the group, so they should have had a staff member in the back keeping track of the slower riders. 3. Our guide, David, was rough and frustrated at times during the ATV ride when people didn't follow his instructions, riding back and forth to the front and back.

Process was easy from start to finish and communication was 20/10! I felt safe and informed the entire time. Our tour guide Angel (Alonso) lived up to his name! He was an absolute angel, super respectful and knowledgeable. Along the journey, were able to go to a true Mayan village with the most WONDERFUL, kind, sweet, and humble people you would meet! DO NOT SKIP the tequila tasting, make sure pick up a bottle or 2. The cenote experience is truly a once in a lifetime experience, the snorkeling experience was truly a fantastic ending to the day! Don't skip the the back massage offered at the beach, its worth it! I can't forget our initial driver David that was so kind and made the ride enjoyable with his jokes while telling us more of the island's history. Most importantly, they made it a point to ensure we returned to our terminal at least an hour before our scheduled time. I have zero recommendation on how to make this better, 10 out 10!! PS remember to tip all the locals and tour guides as they work so hard simply to make our day memorable

Our trip was great overall. Had a fun ATV ride in the sun and then got to ride back in some unexpected rain. ATV’s in wet weather was the highlight of our trip. David made sure we all felt comfortable and enjoying ourselves the whole time.

Pablo our guide was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the tour! My friends and I have learned a lot about the island and its history while also seeing some more of the unique sites of the island! It was definitely a great introduction to cozumel!
