I paid $140 for this trip. I don’t think it was worth the cost. On our boat trip we were given 1 bottle of warm water. Nothing else. Yes the buffet was good but only 1 place open for it. Opposite side of the resort from where I sat for relaxing and quiet time from all the ruckus. No shows the whole day.

Very fun snorkeling trip! Got to see plenty of wildlife including a sea turtle, nurse shark and many fish and sting rays. Will definitely book again!
Hard to justify cost - $160+. $125 to rent car - taxi line was 1 hour+ - 10-3 not adequate time to do the whole park - were not told about free drinks food etc ?
I would not do the snorkel tour again. It started 30 minutes late because they waited for a late group from one cruise ship. The delay caused some people to cancel because they were afraid they eould not get back on time for thier cruise ship departure. For us it meant we did not have time for seeing the water park. There were about 50 people loaded onto a catamaran. To board the boat we had to wade through chest deep water trying to keep our bags dry holding them over our heads. The first stop was a disaster. They had too many non-swimmers in the water and only three staff in the water. They were so busy taking non-swimmers back to the boat while everyone else was stuck in a group kicking and running into each other. The second stop was better as many people stayed on the boat, but it was still too big of a group to snorkel and see much. The last stop was a sandbar. We did see stingrays and a nurse shark, but with so many people kicking up sand, visibility was poor. The food at the buffet was mediocre at best. The zipline, however, was great. The facility was new and well maintained. Don't do the snorkel tour but maybe do the zipline, waterpark and beach experience.
Beach was beautiful and food was really good. For kayaking, they did not have enough kayaks and they only allowed us to use the kayak for 30 minutes. Paddleboarding was supposed to be a choice but they did not allow paddleboarding even though it wasn't windy. El cielo was cancelled but kuzo couldn't help that because there was forecasted bad weather later in the day so they couldn't safely take us out snorkeling. They refunded use the el cielo portion of the tour.
They cancelled our snorkelling add on to El Cielo at the gate with no advance warning and offered the waterpark instead but wouldnt refund. Told us it was due to high winds but 3 other people told us they went to El Cielo with other tours that same day and had no issues and snorkeling was great. Park was severly understaffed the day we went with long lines for a table at the buffet and snack shack and for drinks making getting the included food and drinks extremely time consuming. Beach wasnt as good as marketed but that simply could have been the weather. Waterpark is fine probably the best part of the place. Teens may want more slides but any kid younger would enjoy. Just know there is one bar and one snack shack and the lines were horrendous.
Fabulous facility! Clean beach, just enough energy with music to allow relaxing. Food from the buffet was great. Bathroom is super clean. We have been 3 times already.
Amazing beach, staff was very helpful and attentive. We had the Deluxe day pass which included buffet and unlimited drinks. Lots of shaded areas and great play equipment for younger kids. Rented life jackets for the younger kids for the day and a float mat. Not crowded because there is so much beach area. Highly recommend!
The event we had got cancelled because of weather they offered something else or a refund, but for the refund you have to email them... we will see how that works out. It's a pricey beach day, but all inclusive. If you are sober they offer Pepsi and smoothies only. They had a wheelchair type chair to help get people who are disabled through the sand, it wasn't used but I was glad to see something like that. You should expect to pay around $35 for a taxi for three people to get there. The trolly will take you into the location, get there early as the ships drop people off after their earlier excursions and in our area there were no chairs left for people. I think it's a great idea for a beach day so everyone can do their own thing including a play place for kids. I only found outdoor showers, no like changing rooms and showers to change for the day.
Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to go snorkeling or see the celio location, but the beach club was really great. The waiters are really nice and always looking to see if you need anything. The beach there is really nice, water really calm so everyone can swim in the ocean. There is a small reef right at the surf that had quite a few different fish. Plenty of beach and beach chairs for everyone. Overall great place to spend the day if you are in Cozumel.
Kuza beach resort is a nice place but lock your things up because they will steal your things, they stole my cell phone and did nothing i even sent them the address where we pinged the phone at and still refused to help, the police would not answer there phone ended up contacting the us embassy to get help we will see, but nice beach good food and drinks worth the money but be careful, I will return and will go to the address with police hopefully
⭐⭐ Not Cruise-Friendly, Stressful Experience Despite Deluxe Pass We visited Kuza Beach Park on December 24 during a cruise stop in Cozumel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:30 AM (first guests), but food counters and the open bar didn’t open until 10:00 AM, immediately wasting valuable shore time. As cruise passengers with a 3:30 PM return time, we had to leave by 2:00 PM, so timing mattered a lot. The earliest snorkeling excursion was only at 11:00 AM, which meant most of our visit was spent waiting instead of enjoying the beach, food, or drinks included in the Deluxe Pass. We experienced unnecessary confusion around shaded lounge chairs. We briefly sat under one umbrella and were then asked to move to another (white umbrella), losing more time with no clear explanation. The worst incident happened around 12:30 PM. While three of us were snorkeling, my wife stayed back alone with our child and bags. A staff member approached her and demanded $100 USD just for sitting under a white umbrella, then claimed $400 USD for four adults, even though we already had Deluxe Passes. This caused her significant stress, and she had to move everything and wait for us to return and speak with management. This was completely unacceptable. Staff frequently approached us to upsell additional services, which added more pressure instead of allowing us to relax. Food options were also poor for vegetarians — mainly plain rice, fruits, and small dessert pastries. Between 1:30–2:00 PM, we barely had time to eat before rushing to leave. Snorkeling was also disappointing: Palancar/Colombia Reef stop had no visible reef or marine life At El Cielo, the boat stopped far from the main area with minimal sea life The focus seemed more on taking photos to sell later than providing a good snorkeling experience On top of that, snorkeling gear, life jackets, and towels were all extra and expensive, even with a Deluxe Pass. Final Thoughts Instead of a relaxing beach day, this visit felt rushed, stressful, and poorly coordinated. Kuza Beach Park might work for guests with plenty of time, but it is not suitable for cruise passengers, families with kids, or anyone primarily interested in snorkeling. Recommendation: Cruise travelers with limited time should strongly consider other options closer to port.
Great price, excellent service. I lost my belly clip somewhere. It’s missing but they gave me lots of run and coke which was very nice. Thank you.
The beach area was beautiful and our kids and grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling. Staff on the boat were exceptional. Only comment was that the park closed at 5 pm, and once the cruise ship people started to leave in the afternoon, around 3:30 pm, the staff started to clean up around us and we felt like they were trying to rush us out of the park early.
Amazing! beautiful beach! we did the snorkeling! unforgettable experience! will come back:) our guide PACO was great!
I had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide, Alfredo, was great and so helpful/nice. Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys snorkeling!
Alfredo, Raphael and team were great snorkeling was beautiful and absolutely worth it tequila tasting was wonderful! Beach was great! Recommend for sure
Great excursion! Very nice beach area and the snorkeling was amazing! Alfredo was a great tour guide! I highly recommend this tour be added to your vacation!
We had the best day at Kuza Beach & Adventure Park! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and the pass allowed us to snorkel, enjoy delicious food and drinks, jet ski, and relax in the clearest water at the beach. Henry and Alfredo were excellent guides. Would highly recommend!
We had a great day travelling from our hotel to Cozumel. Jorge, our driver was good company, funny and also very professional. Henry and Alfredo were attentive and have us all the info and support we needed, even having to give the info in multiple languages. Fantastic day out, beach club was great, seamless transfers from cars to ferry to the club and back again. Snorkelling in El cielito is a must, stingray and starfish everywhere!!
Jorge was our guide and he was amazing. Fernando was our server, incredible. And Jose was our buffer attendant and he was great! Will absolutely do this again!
We had a good time. Alfredo our guide did an excellent job at explaining what our excursion entailed. If your looking for a relaxing time, good food and drink this experience is where you want to go.
Great trip. Beautiful island Great snorkeling. Gabriel and crew were fab. Alfredo, very helpful. Myra didn't look very happy. The time at Kuza after snorkeling was lovely. Good food, friendly staff, though I question if there was any alcohol in my cocktails!!! It would have been nice to receive a drink when we arrived, before the snorkeling. We had been travelling for over two hours, it was very hot and we were thirsty. A drink was not offered until the end of snorkeling and there was no where to purchase a drink when we arrived. Over all,a lovely trip though a bit expensive for what you get. Thankfully it was not a party boat. Very relaxing 😌
Alfredo and Mayra were amazing all along the day. This excursion is a must. The beach is one of the best I visited and I travel a lot all around the world! If you are looking for turquoise water ans white sand, you won’t regret it. Nice traditional mexican all you can eat buffet and free drinks. Snorkeling to El Cielo was out of this world. Thank you
Brilliant day and really looked after by Mayra and Alfredo. Very nice food and restaurant was very clean. Our glass boat trip was really nice and well looked after. Had a lay on the lovely beach and swim in the sea. We finished our trip off with a lovely massage.
Alfredo and Mayra were really friendly and helpful. The beach is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kuza and on the El Cielo tour. We also did paddle boarding which was a great experience. All in all a very enjoyable day.
Had an excellent time with family. El Cielo is stunning! We got to see a stingray and a lot of beautiful starfish. Only downside to the beach club is towels are only for rent. Think they should be included. Alfredo and Mayra were super helpful and friendly. Only thing I would comment is we would have liked a more informative tour of the island.
Alfredo and Mayra were awesome and were excellent hosts during our trip/excursion. They were very knowledgeable and made the trip very easy and carefree for us.
Great location and amenities. Jorge and Rafa were really polite and friendly. Tequila tasting was a great addition to our day.
Alfredo and Mayra fantastic guides. Very knowledgeable. Made the whole day an amazing experience . Definitely an excursion to do.
Fabulous time at such a beautiful peaceful location. Food at the buffet was delicious. The entertainment team work hard. Alfredo & jorge were great at explaining and shoeing us around and how to get the best out of the facilities. It's definitely a little glimpse of paradise. Very easy informative excursion. Will definitely return.
Great experience! The starfish and stingrays were amazing!! Good was great, only wish they served Coca Cola products!!
Excellent day. Wonderful snorkelling and great service from Henry. Food was great, and lots of choice. Beautiful beach and water.
The boat was lovely. Clear bottomed. The crew was nice. There were two stops, not three. My mask leaked so we had to return to the boat to get another one. There were a few species of fish and some small schools. We saw a couple of stingrays before getting back on the boat. The second stop was starfish and we saw many plus a big lobster. The crew then told us they do not get paid at all but live only off tips and the tips have to fit in the mouth of a water bottle so obviously bills.
The beach and amenities were very clean. Lots of staff around to make sure you have a great time. Our Tour Guide Jorge was very knowledgeable and kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of
We had such an incredible experience at this beach park! From start to finish, the service was absolutely excellent. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The daiquiris and open bar was great, and the buffet was as well. Because it is relatively new, we found it was much quieter and less crowded than the other well known beach parks. The atmosphere was so relaxing and fun. The highlight for us was definitely the snorkel tour. The guides were amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely safe while still keeping it exciting. Swimming alongside stingrays in crystal clear water was a once-in-a-lifetime experience we’ll never forget. The whole tour was well-organized and so much better than we even expected. If you’re looking for a mix of relaxation, great drinks, and an unforgettable adventure, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! 🌴🍹🐠
Kuza deluxe day pass was amazing. Stunning water, Clean Beach! 15 minute cab ride, and always cabs available at cruise port , and upon return ! 30 US for 2 people. Always verify cab fare before getting in. Great service . Amazing beach, and access for guided snorkel triip at the private dock. Manuel our beach server was always on hand with delicious beverages. Snorkel trip from private dock is a must do Starfish , tropical fish. , nice coral and sandbar with stingrays cruising through . The food and burritos are top notch , and perfect for light bite with some smooth XX ice cold beer. Jose our waiter was even kind enough to ask the chef to make more as they were out on return from our snorkel trip 1000000 % recommend!!! they are going to enhance the facility even more in the coming years. Probably will be hard ticket to get . So glad we went with this trip from Viator !
To start I booked via your website not the cruise line. When we checked in, the lady told me no smoking. Several reviews had said there were designated areas but you had to ask. We took the tram to the beach and I asked again and was told I had to go back to the parking lot. As I was getting ready to take the tram back to the parking lot, I was told there was actually not smoking there. 4 or 5 employees all told me different things having me running around to different areas. So right there I was annoyed because no one was telling me the same thing. We went out on the Casiopea? For snorkeling. The lady said it was her first day. I went to put in sunscreen and she said no sunscreen. The lady next to me said that she had reef safe sunscreen and I could use it and the guide Jessica said even that wasn’t allowed which I find hard to believe but it should definitely be stated PRIOR to booking if sunscreen is not allowed at all. We went to the 1st area of 3 and saw the starfish. That was great. Went to the 2nd of 3. Before I got in the water, I laid my daughter’s Jean shorts on my bag because they got wet. I was doing the same for her tshirt. The captain said oh let me help and he hung both up in the metal rails of the boat. We were told it would be about 20 minutes in the water so if we didn’t want life vests we didn’t need to. After about 20 minutes they started calling us to the boat. Then the boat heads off about 100 yards with 4 guests and Jessica in the water. She said it would be a minute because the police were just checking documents. Well after about 40 minutes in the water with no life vests the boat FINALLY comes back. We are exhausted at that point. The captain surely could’ve told the police he had people in the water with no vests or flotation devices. We finally get back on the boat and we are told we have to skip the 3rd stop because we took so long at the second. I go to get my daughter’s clothes and her t shirt is gone. I tell the guide and captain and they said “oh must’ve blown away when we were with the police “ and just acted like no big deal. The shirt is one of her favorites and from St Thomas so not easily replaceable. We finally get to the beach area with my daughter in tears and we go to the buffet. There we are told she cannot come in because she doesn’t have a shirt. I explain we don’t have one because YOUR team lost it. An employee tells me to wait. So now after about 10 minutes later he comes back and says they will get her a shirt. I wait another 15 minutes. Keep in mind we only had about 2 hours to enjoy the place and I’m wasting all this time. He comes back with some random used sweat stained shirt from lost and found! I asked him if he seriously expected my daughter to wear someone else’s sweaty used shirt and if this was a joke. I thought he’d bring some t shirt or whatever from the gift shop since this was Kuzas fault we didn’t have a shirt in the first place. I spent the rest of my time in tears because this day was supposed to be the highlight of the trip and it was a nightmare. I also was told that we didn’t miss a third snorkel stop because 2 of them are next to each other. It clearly says 3 areas on your website. I did a lot of research prior to booking a new beach club and it appears that the majority of people are giving good reviews but my problem was all the lies I was told (smoking area? Still not even sure if it exists, 2 not 3 snorkel stops) and asking a paying guest to wear something filthy from the list and found because YOU lost their shirt is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had such a miserable time on vacation. The only positive was Selme the waitress was very kind when she saw me in tears and offered to bring us some fruit from the buffet. So I spent $240 roughly, got 2 of 3 snorkel spots, left in the water for 40 minutes with no life vest (and the guide didn’t have anything which I’ve never seen) and couldn’t even use the all inclusive food and drink because my daughter had no shirt though no fault of our own. My oldest daughter is a travel agent with a very large firm and in no way will she recommend Kuza to her clients. She will specifically tell them to avoid it. It seems none of your employees are trained to assist when a situation arises. They just lie.
It was amazing and loved seeing all the fishes. Maybe a little be longer snorkelling but all in all it was SO good We will definitely be back x Thank you so much
This trip was amazing!! Our guide Alfredo was very attentive and funny, he made sure we were comfortable and informed about everything before letting us relax. Our guides on the clear boat Luis and Diego were amazing, Luis was very helpful and made the experience more enjoyable. The clear boat was a 10/10 experience!!!!
The trip from start to finish was great! The beach was beautiful. Alfredo took care of us the whole way! Highly recommend the snorkeling trip on board the clear boat with Luis and diago!
Jeep ride is not a scenic route. Just a waist of time. Buffet food was not great. 4/10. 2 hours snorkeling took up most of the day. Somehow lost my wallet in the snorkeling boat and crew "didn't see it". Not worth the price.
Excellent tour, our guides Jorge and the team are very good, they were very friendly, always on time, and vey organized, I highly recommend it. Es un bello tour, nuestros guías Jorge y su compañera fueron excelentes guía, amables y puntuales, muy organizados.
Amazing, had Carlos and he was great. Such a relaxing excursion. Kuza beach has food, great massages and beach. You have to try it out
The place is to new and overpriced we rented a towel for 6$ dollars and 35$ to purchase a new one , drinks are good but the food is pretty average your just paying for the beach area also the snorkeling are was good and it’s kids friendly. Visited June 30
Beautiful place and plenty of shade! We did the El Cielo tour, it was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and courteous.
Isaac and We had a great time and got to do a lot. Such as snorkeling, getting tacos at the buffet, and swimming in the beach, collecting sticks, seashells, and rocks. Overall, we had a great time!
The Kuna staff was amazing! Everyone was so attentive to our needs, especially Jorge as he was a great guide the entire day! This excursion has apparently only been open for 2 months. Everything was brand new, clean and in great shape. We were supposed to go to El Cielo to snorkel but it was closed down for the day due to conditions. They offered us the razor tour instead but because the beach at Kuna was amazing we just stayed on the beach and snorkeled all day. The food and amenities at the beach were more than we expected! They also had several bars at the beach and beach side drink service. The sand is great, the water was clear (no seaweed) and there were several conch shells you could find out in the ocean snorkeling. They have showers to wash off in as well. They do charge for towels so be prepared for that. They also have sunscreen, shirts, higher end liquor drinks and upgrades on food for sale. All snorkel equipment was included. Our guide told us the park was being built in 3 phases and that there was also going to have a water park and cultural items like a Mexican and Mayan town, so looks like there is more to come. Overall, it was a very relaxing and great time for our family of 5! As stated, the service was excellent! Totally recommend this excursion for families looking for a day at a beautiful beach and great snorkeling!
Our family had an amazing day guided by Carlos and Denise with Kuza and Captain Willie and the snorkeling instructor/photographer with Crystal-Clear boat. Beach was beautiful, facilities were new. Lots of places to take photos. The snorkeling at El Cielo and Colombian Reef was perfect for our family. We saw many fish, starfish, two rays, and a sea turtle! The photos from the snorkeling are top notch. They ask you not to wear sunscreen on the snorkel adventure, so rash guards are a must if you burn easily.
We had a beautiful day at this brand new Cozumel destination. As a regular traveler to the island, Kuza is a fantastic all-inclusive day excursion that is unlike other beach offerings. There is something for everyone to enjoy and we look forward to the addition of the pool feature. The buffet food was tasty and the drinks were refreshing. We especially enjoyed the El Cielito snorkeling add-on to our day trip. Luis was an attentive snorkel guide and underwater photographer. The boat captain, William, got us safely to each destination. We will definitely return on our next vacation to always sunny Cozumel.
