This was such a great experience for us! We had a captain, and also someone who led us in the water, and also a photographer that took incredible pictures! It ended up being my family’s favorite excursion on our trip. They also made us fresh ceviche with melon that was amazing. I would recommend this tour for sure!

Unforgettable experience with amazing snorkeling areas. The sand bar was a great way to relax in clear waters with stingrays and fish swimming around us. We were quite sunburned after, so take their advice on wearing a sunshirt seriously since sunscreen isn’t allowed.

2nd time we've done this exact excursion! Wonderful❤️we had so much fun. Food in the water, drinks kept flowing... Maybe too much LOL. Carlos took us out last year, he was great. This year he stayed in the boat and someone else took us out. Weren't directed as much, but this guide has his hands full. 2 of us didn't snorkel at the first place and one of the 2 people has a vision problem. They were all very kind and helpful. It has to be challenging for them I know. Anyway tons of fun. Would definitely do it again!!

Cpt, Carlos and Ben were professional, courteous and friendly the entire time. This was our second cruise with Carlos. I would highly recommend this team and service if you a small group. Or just the two of you.

From booking all the way to purchasing the pictures, this was the most excellent choice we could've made for our port day excursion in Cozumel. We were a group of 6, 3 between 18-20, 1 year olf and the parents. The decision to rent our private boat was the best thing we made. Our guide, Jessica and boat captain Carlos were knowledgeable and made our trip special for our needs. They took great care of us in the water and always made my 4 year old feel safe in the vast ocean. They made sure to use our time wisely by moving from one snorkeling location to the next. The very end was absolutely incredible. They made us probably the best ceviche I've had in Mexico! We got to see sting rays, beautiful reef fish, permit fish and a fully grown sea turtle. The boat ride was perfect with Jessica being our DJ and bartender! I would book this trip again if im ever back in Cozumel!

The private boat and the crew for our El Cielo snorkel trip were top notch. The food prepared for us was delicious, but the quantity was a bit lacking for 8 hungry adults. The biggest drawback was the strict 4 hour time limit. Because our Royal Caribbean cruise was docked for the entire day, the short excursion time made the experience feel rushed. The company should really consider offering 6 or 8 hour booking packages for visitors who have the time to spare. We loved the staff and the food quality, but we recommend they increase the portion sizes and offer longer durations to make this a flawless excursion.

This is a great trip!! Carlos is a fantastic skipper, and Jessica is amazing! They made the whole experience so wonderful. Saw lots of turtles, stingrays and starfish. So much better doing a private trip as there’s lots of other boats and people out there and Carlos and Jessica make it a much more personal experience. Highly recommend!

10/10 Recommend this excursion on your next visit to Cozumel!! It was worth every penny and priced extremely fair for all that it includes. We had our two kids (15 & 10) with us, and walked away with priceless photos and memories - definitely the highlight of our week long stay!

This is our third time booking this tour, and we love it every single time! We get to snorkel with just our family and not all the tourists that come off the cruise ships. We get the most amazing photos and one on one time with sea turtles and stingrays. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Could not do a better trip with the family, we had eight people took us to great snorkeling areas, made sure we were safe, saw turtles starfish thousands of different fish. You end on the sandbar where they make fresh guacamole, cut up fruit, ceviche, all you can drink. Great pictures the captain and crew are fantastic. One of our best experiences in the Caribbean.

This excursion was the highlight of our cruise! We took a taxi from the port, it was a 10 minute ride there and taxis were waiting at the beach club afterwards to bring us back to port, easy peasy to navigate. The snorkling was beautiful, the pictures our guide took were so fabulous we bought the package. The snacks were yummy and we had sting rays swimming around us the entire time we were at the shallow beach area. The drinks were plentiful. This experience was well worth the cost for 7 people and having our own boat made the day extra special. Make sure you bring hats and rash guards, some of us got sunburned, sunscreen is permitted, not even reef safe.

We had the best time with Carlos and Jose! We booked the private boat for 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The boat was in great condition, clean, and stocked with plenty of drinks and snacks (best rum punch ever)! The reefs were amazing (you get to drift over 2) and had a great time seeing so many star fish up close. The last part of the tour was a great lunch prepared by Carlos and Jose to enjoy in clear blue shallow water and hangout with beautiful southern stingrays. My kids had the best day. Would totally book this tour again.

This private snorkel tour with Carlos and Jessica has something for everyone. We were aged 9-70 and everyone had a core memory kind of day! Food, drinks, photos, playlist, and snorkeling were all 10/10–would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the Cozumel port!

Really enjoyed this excursion with Carlos and Jessica. My favorite part was the snorkeling! Next we stopped to see the starfish although they were cool I would’ve preferred to stay snorkeling longer. Then El Cielo with all the stingrays was super fun and a great hangout! The ceviche, guacamole, and rum punch were a perfect touch! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was they over charged for pictures and we didn’t even have that many so bring your own camera if possible.

Awesome personal experience, crew was great, attentive, food was awesome, soooo much better than 150 people crowded on a larger boat…worth it!

We've been on many excursions around the world. I found the people leading this to be aloof and not nice. They didn't make the experience fun - it felt like they saw us as almost a chore. We wanted to love this day but didn't. We didn't see much - saw a shark and that was cool. Otherwise we were pretty unimpressed. We saw other ships having fun.

Trip was awesome, family had a blast, we saw starfish, stingrays and a lot of other fish. Jessica did an amazing job, her and the Captain made sure to accommodate us and the food was amazing. This was a really nice boat, they had all the gear that we needed, they were very accommodating and we had a wonderful time! Being that it was a private boat, they went ahead and let us kind of choose what we wanted to spend more time on, and we spent a lot of time with the stingrays

This was the best snorkeling experience I’ve ever been on. The water and the aquatic wildlife were unbelievable . Jessica and the crew were very accommodating and the best part of the trip. I would highly recommend to any family with kids.

Fantastic experience. We had a family of four. Two kids with us that had never snorkeled before and even they had a blast. Had three on the boat crew taking care of our every need and even taking under water photos (purchase of pics was additional). They guided us through the whole day with snacks a drinks and fun. We had an absolutely fantastic private snorkel excursion in Cozumel and can’t recommend it enough! Carlos, our boat captain, was incredibly knowledgeable, and our skipper actually snorkeled alongside us, pointing out turtles, barracuda, lobster, and so many beautiful fish. The reef was stunning—truly on par with some of the best we’ve experienced in Hawaii, the Bahamas, and the USVI/BVI. Another crew member joined us in the water to take photos, and they turned out great (note: photos are available for purchase but not included in the excursion price). The experience didn’t stop with snorkeling—the crew treated us to an amazing lunch of fresh fruit, incredibly fresh ceviche, guacamole, and tortilla chips. Afterward, we relaxed on a fun sandbar with beers and margaritas before heading back. Having the boat all to ourselves with such an attentive and friendly crew made this experience truly special. Highly recommend!

We were a little skeptical going into the excursion as the weather was looking a little rough, however, it ended up being an outstanding trip. Miguel and Carlos were fabulous, always friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been snorkeling at quite a few destinations, and this was by far the best! Fish everywhere including sea turtles, lobster and nurse sharks. Amazing experience!!

Everything was great. Carlos was the driver and Jessica was the snorkel helper and she was in the water with us the whole time. They took us to 3 different areas and the lunch they made was terrific. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Best tour and tour guides ever!! I would do this again in a heartbeat!! My husband, kids, their friends, all had a phenomenal day on the water!! Great snorkeling, some of the best we’ve done! Hands down better than Honduras the day prior.. saw so many fish, a sea turtle, etc. and then off to see starfish, stingray, listened to music, and of course the fresh ceviche, fruit and drinks were delicious!! The perfect day!

Really great tour. They were flexible and worked with our schedule. Our tour guides Loki and Charlie were so kind and friendly. They took us to a reef where we were lucky enough to see a sea turtle and nurse shark. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour!

This tour was an absolute dream. Carlos, Miguel, and Bernice did a fantastic job leading 3 inexperienced snorkelers on our trip. Seeing the coral reef is a bucket list item that you will not forget! The ceviche was the best we have ever had and the photos taken by Bernice were worth the extra cost. Fantastic tour, we will be back!

This was the best snorkeling tour we’ve ever taken (and we’ve done a few). Our guide (Jorge) and the boat captain (Marco) were both friendly and knowledgeable. They made us feel extremely welcome and cared for. We saw an abundance of marine life including a wide variety of fish, Star fish, stingrays and barracuda . The fresh fruit and ceviche that they served to us on a float in the ocean was the icing on the cake! This was the first time we booked through Viator and we are very impressed. Looking forward to planning our next adventure. 😀

It was AWESOME! It was just my husband and I and we had a wonderful time. Our guide for snorkeling found some very cool marine life, very knowledgeable. The photographer was excellent, very sweet. My only issue was the food. We asked for anything but the cerviche. Which they happily did. But after we returned home i saw i was charged over $100 from the resort that the boat left from. I don't know what the charge was from. We didn't eat or drink anything at the resort. The only thing i can figure is they charged us for the food. If that's the case I'm not happy. It was only my husband and I. We could have had more people and drank a d ate a lot more. I had one drink, my husband had 3, for the entire trip. You would think they could have thrown in the food since it was only 2 of us. We tipped 20 percent too, which again we thought was fair for just 2 people that they catered to. I would do it again but ask about the food cost in advance.

We had the most amazing day with Verinice and Carlos, which exceeded our expectations at every aspect. I will be booking this tour again next year, and would recommend to others without hesitation. We booked online directly with the company ahead of time, which saved us $50. Communication was excellent, and we received confirmation, instructions and recommendations by email well in advance of our visit. It takes 20mins from the Cozumel ferry port to get to the Tortugas beach club, and taxis are readily available to take you there. Carlos and Verince made our day! They were excellent hosts, so knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout, with music, refreshments and good vibes plentiful. Verinice stayed with us in the water, and we saw many fish and a nursing shark whilst snorkelling. Once docked at the el cielito sand bar, we had plenty of time to enjoy the water and see many many sting rays as they swam closely around us. The water was absolutely crystal clear and a beautiful turquoise blue, it was an out of this world experience, and made so much more memorable by private boat. The 6 of us were on la Cosita, and had plenty of space. This trip was great value and worth every single penny. Thank you so much Verinice and Carlos!

We did this tour on a cruise and it was highlight of trip! Price was great and the the fact that it was private was amazing. Saw a much of wildlife and loved the entire day. Lunch on a floating table was awesome!

Carlos, Omar, and Berenice helped us have the most perfect day in Cozumel! We stopped at 3 stops to snorkel and saw turtles, starfish, stingrays, and many colored fish! We then got to hang out at a sandbar and had stingrays go right by us! Great drinks, ceviche, and fruit were served! The group also let us put on any music we requested and made it easy to get on and off the boat. Berenice took great photos that we got to purchase afterwards. Would definitely book this excursion again and request Berenice!
