The experience was awesome just as listed and advertised. The ceviche and fruit they give you at the end was delicious!

Excellent experience. The whole process of reserving and receiving instructions on meeting point and time was clear and accurate. No problem getting taxi from ship port to meeting location and back. They help you all the way. And the water was stunning. Lovely blues. Great snorkeling. I definitely recommend this excursion. I would visit Cozumel independent of a cruise. I really really enjoyed this excursion and this company. Top notch.
One of the best trips I’ve ever done. The crew was Amazing and very accommodating with my 81 years old Mother. Very considerate and kind. Thank you Abraham for such of great and memorable experience.
This was amazing for our family. Great tour. Great value for the money. The snorkeling was awesome. The entertainment was great.
We did not get to enjoy El Ceilio because the waves were too bad! That area with large stingrays and beautiful plate sized star fish was the reason we booked! 😢 The ceviche and guacamole was amazing and our guides were nice and friendly.
This was amazing!!! Beautiful excursion and the tour guide was a professional. Had such a blast doing Cielo and Colombia. The ceviche and Guacamole were delicious. Nothing like drinking beers while having mantas swimming all over us! Beautiful experience
It was about a 15-minute ride from the port to the beach club, where we had a short wait before departure. The boat arrived fairly quickly and we headed out to a beautiful reef. There, we saw sea turtles, a barracuda, large schools of colorful fish and even a stingray. The snorkeling was fantastic and the marine life was incredible. At the next stop, we were amazed by the huge number of starfish. It was such a unique and memorable sight! For lunch, we stopped at a sandbar where we were served freshly made ceviche and guacamole, both absolutely delicious. As if that wasn’t enough, stingrays were swimming right around us while we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. It was truly a magical experience. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip from start to finish and would highly recommend it to anyone!
Jorge was very attentive, answered all our questions, made our trip memorable!!
I was very happy with the snorkeling trip and appreciated that one of the men was in the water with us pointing things out. We saw a turtle, starfish, a nurse shark and many beautiful fish and coral. After we were finished snorkeling the guys prepared delicious fresh ceviche and guacamole and took us to a shallow water area where we saw lots of stingrays. They provided cold beer and even some tequila. I would definitely recommend them.
Our experience with this snorkeling boat ride was disappointing. Snorkeling was too short in the first two reef areas El Cielo was not all it’s hyped up to be. Boat guys forgot the shrimp for our ceviche and had to send for someone to meet them part way to get it. They fed their friend some of the food meant for us. They actually blamed us for getting there at San Fransisco Beach Club too early so that’s why they forgot the shrimp. Which wasn’t true. We only got there 15 min early and the boat company are the ones that took us right on to the boat. The San Fransisco Beach club you leave from is way overpriced. $35 American dollars for a simple chicken sandwich and fries. Their massage therapists werent very good and overcharged. I would definitely not recommend this boat tour company. Find one that leaves from a better beach club. $85 was way too much for what we experienced.
This is a fantastic tour. Alex and Manuel are great and gracious hosts that will take you to great spots. Very knowledgeable about the reefs, and their inhabitants. The snack at the sand bar is fresh and delicious and while not promised, plenty of stingrays sharing our food.
Ruben, our tour guide, was wonderful. I felt that he and the driver took every precaution to keep everyone safe throughout the trip. I also appreciated that the tour was 3 hours instead of 4 hours — it was the perfect length. My preference would be 2.5 hours. Getting to San Francisco Beach was simple, and there was no cost to enter, which was great since we weren’t using any of the amenities. It worked perfectly as a meeting point. Snorkling was good. The final stop, El Cielo, was my favourite. The water was only waist‑deep, and several manta rays swam right around us — such an incredible experience. If you’re looking for a tour company, I highly recommend booking with this one. I would absolutely do it again.
Loved Rubio and Victor! We booked a group ticket but ended up having the boat to ourselves and they were amazing! Made sure to take us to all the spots we would see marine life and the fresh guac and ceviche was incredible. Eating around friendly sting rays was a once in a lifetime experience, and snorkeling out in the beautiful Gatorade waters with the reefs was amazing! I will definitely do this again!
El Cielo Cozumel Snorkel Share Boat + Reefs + Food, Drinks & Beach April 9, 2026 • 2 adults This was easily one of the best excursions we’ve done, and it’s very family-friendly. The entire 3-hour trip was well organized, relaxed, and suitable for all ages, including kids. The first stop had beautiful reefs with plenty of fish and coral—great visibility and a perfect introduction for everyone. At the second stop, we saw starfish in calm, shallow water, which was especially enjoyable for families. The third stop was a highlight, where we were able to swim alongside sea turtles (from a respectful distance), which was an unforgettable experience. The final stop at El Cielo sandbar was stunning—clear, shallow water and soft white sand. The crew served fresh ceviche along with drinks, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back rather than a party vibe, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The crew really stood out—friendly, attentive, and focused on safety. The snorkeling equipment was in good condition, and they provided floaties, which made it easy to relax and drift while snorkeling—great for beginners and kids. Overall, everything from the marine life to the service was excellent. If you’re looking for a fun, safe, and family-friendly excursion in Cozumel, this is a great choice.
From the cruise port, it takes approximately 20 minutes to drive. However, we didn’t consider the additional travel expense of hiring a taxi for our group, which amounted to $120 for six people. Snorkeling was fabulous and fresh guacamole and pico was made for our snack. I would communicate ahead if time if you would prefer the pico to not have shrimp in it.
Fun! Authentic food, beautiful surroundings, fun crew! Weather was cooperative! We saw many types of fish.
Best snorkeling we have done in Cozumel. We saw tropical fish, turtles, starfish, a nurse shark, and sting rays. The snack break on the sandbar was lovely with sting rays swimming by. The crew made sure that our equipment worked well.
This tour was AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I went and felt extremely accommodated and cared for. Staff is amazing, kind, and patient. Fresh ceviche, guacamole, and fruit was provided at the sand bar where many manta rays will swim with and around you. As someone who had only snorkeled once before I was nervous but our guide was with us the entire way and made sure to have a tube just in case someone needed it. Will/would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Cozumel.
We were disappointed at first because we specifically booked to go to El Cielo. Unfortunately, due to high winds they cancelled, with no notification to us after travelling by ferry from Playa. However, we made the most of it with 3 short snorkeling stops. Oscar the guide took care of us. Advise is to check wind gust forecast before booking.
This snorkel trip with Victor and Reuben was a highlight of our trip! Victor guided us to see huge Loggerhead turtles, starfish, manta rays, and tons of beautiful fish. They also made fresh guacamole and ceviche which was out of this world delicious. Highly recommend!
The trip was very nice , if you swim you can explore the beautiful sea life of the Caribbean Sea , nice spots for diving .
Small group, which is what I wanted. Set up for 12 people. Turned out to be 9. Crew was so friendly and helpful too, if anyone needed help. Three beautiful locations, first one-lots of fish. Second one- lots of starfish. Third one- lots of stingrays and shallow water. All beautiful.
After a short cab ride from the cruise port, we arrived at San Fran Beach Club where we easily checked in for our snorkel adventure. Alex was a very attentive guide, keeping our group of 12 together and informed throughout the four sites our group visited. The boat Captain, Carlos I believe, offered up freshly sliced fruit and tasty ceviche which we enjoyed while large stingrays swam around our legs. Although we passed through some light rain, the day could not have been better! Beautifully clear blue water and lots of underwater action to view.
We went to three different snorkeling spots. A 30 ft deep spot where we spotted lots of coral, a few sea turtles, and an eagle ray - highlight of the trip. The next two stops were shallower, about 10 ft deep where we saw starfish and lots of fish. Final stop was at a shallow beach where we saw manta rays and enjoyed some guac, chips, ceviche and beer by the boat with the other guests. About 8 guests on the boat compared to many other boats we saw with 12+. Tour started 10 minutes late but everything ran very smoothly and enjoyed guides Alex and Miguel for the roughly 3.5 hour excursion. Was a $36 round trip taxi ride to the SF Beach club from the international cruise terminal port.
Poor communication day of tour. Received text port was closed likely to reopen at 1030. Went to the beach club which was a complete zoo only to be told tour was cancelled. Showed them the text which they were unaware of. They cancelled at 1030 and offered us a 20 dollar chair in a crowded beach bar. No thanks. Had they cancelled at the outset we could have tried to get on the cruise snorkel excursion which did go out on the other side of the island.
We were incredibly lucky to have a completely private tour with Alex and Miguel. We swam with turtles, stingrays, starfish, and sharks. Alex and Miguel are genuinely kind, funny, and deeply respectful of Mother Nature. They went above and beyond to show us a great time while educating us along the way. Alex also snapped a ton of photos and truly captured the moment, which we really appreciated. An amazing way to end the day was stopping at the most beautiful sandbar, with crystal clear water and stingrays swimming all around us. Miguel prepared incredible ceviche and guacamole, along with perfectly seasoned pineapple and melon. It was delicious. We feel truly blessed to have spent a day in such an amazing place with such amazing people. 10/10. Best day ever.
The snorkling was amazing, saw so many different fish and also a turtle! The crew took good care of us, and made us a nice snack.
Organized, on time, small boat-10 people. Would recommend. Waterpark on shore not included. Great day
We had a wonderful experience! We have a 10 and 8 year old and the guides really made sure they were safe and having fun. The boat ride was relaxing, the guides were great, the water was blue, and we saw lots of sea creatures. Core memory for us all!
Very worthwhile. Easy getting to the meeting point at a beach club by jumping in a taxi at cruise port ($25 there, $30 back). The guides, Alex and Manwell were just great. Attentive and safe. The boat was very clean. It is a small boat so be aware of that if you're prone to seasickness (you might want to take precautions as it moves around a lot as you're speeding to several snorkeling destinations). We saw a turtle, lots of fish, starfish, little nurse sharks and the gauc and ceviche on the sandbar was an unexpected treat! We really enjoyed being on a small boat with fewer people.
We had a wonderful time on the excursion. They took good care of us. They were patient and helpful. We purchased snorkels for this excursion but theirs were better. We got to see fish, starfish, and stingrays. One of us got temporarily seasick (even with Dramamine), but was able to recover enough to enjoy the experience. The snack foods were delicious. We got some great pictures.
First of all, the pick-up location was at the San Francisco beach club - one of the cheesiest places I’ve ever seen. Instead of boarding the boat at a dock (like any other boat trip we’ve ever taken), we had to wade through almost waist-high water to reach the boat. The boat wasn’t particularly nice, but functional. There were 10 customers on board, The captain and his assistant gave little information about the stop off points, or snorkeling instruction (for those who needed it). Fortunately, we have done a fair bit of snorkeling, but there were others who were inexperienced. The captain and the assistant weren’t rude, but they certainly weren’t super energetic, enthusiastic, or interactive, compared to other trips we’ve taken in the past. Unfortunately, it started raining about 30 minutes into the trip, which obviously isn’t anything they could control, but it certainly made for a cold rest of the trip, which was supposed to be three hours. Thankfully, we bought our own towels, but there were other others on board who hadn’t been informed that towels weren’t provided, and they were really cold. At least the food they provided was good. Only one of the 3 stops was proper snorkeling, and frankly, the snorkeling and variety of fish was way better at our resort than it was where they took us. Throwing some Doritos into the water drew some fish towards us at least. The final straw was when we were on our way back; they saw a friend of theirs’ boat that was broken down. Instead of radioing it in, or dropping us off first and then going back to get them, they stopped and towed them in. So instead of covering the last 2 miles or so in a few minutes when we were all cold, they towed their friend’s boat in at snails’ pace - unbelievably unprofessional. And even going at that slow pace, we were back at the drop off after 2.5 hours when it was supposed to be a 3 hour trip. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this one deserved it. And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip when we got off the boat. If a refund is available, I would welcome it.
Wonderful experience. It was worth the extra money to go with a small group. We never felt rushed and our guides were pleasant and knowledgable. They prepared delicious guacamole and ceviche for us. The highlight was swimming with stingrays.
This was a great tour with Charles! The visibility was excellent and we saw a huge variety of fish, including stingrays that swam right next to us! I also loved the small boat experience - just 10 people, which made it so relaxing and chill.
We were on a cruise stop for the day. It was a quick taxi drive to the meeting point about 10-15 minutes away from the port. I feel terrible that I don’t remember the guides names, but they were both great. This was such a fun experience. I was worried after reading reviews from other companies about being rushed at each snorkel spot, but I feel like we spent a good amount of time at each. We were able to see stingrays, several fish, sea turtle, and starfish. Fins aren’t provided, but the snorkel equipment was in good condition. The snacks at the end were delicious as well. I will highly recommend this excursion to my clients!
This was a fantastic experience- we saw tons of fish swimming right by your face- including puffer fish and stingrays all close enough to touch. The starfish were beautiful yellow and plentiful. Our guide, Miguel, was very friendly too and made delicious fresh guacamole and ceviche. Finish your day with a local Mexican beer on board. Great, small group experience!
We took a taxi from the cruise terminal ($18 for up to 4 ppl) to the beach club for the tour. Boat holds 14 people & 2 staff; our trip had 12...it was tight. Three AWESOME stops. We could not ask for a better snorkeling experience. Oscar & Juan were friendly & competent. Food was great, drinks were cold. Plenty of time at the stops & plenty of wildlife! 3 nurse sharks, 1 turtle, 20 stingrays (even swimming thru our legs) plus a bunch of nice reef fish! Excellent value.
This tour is not ideal for cruise travelers. They do not provide pick-up from the port, and I had to pay $18 for a taxi to get to the beach club. Also, the meeting time is based on local time, which is one hour earlier than my ship’s time. Because of this, I arrived late. If you are traveling from a cruise, please double-check the time difference in advance. That said, the sea is really beautiful, and the water is very clear and clean.
Perfect tour with delicious ceviche and guacamole fresh made. Would recommend to everyone visiting the area
$18 for taxi from port. Loaded boat on time. Headed to first stop and snorkeled looking at coral, beautiful fish etc. Went to second spot saw huge starfish. 3rd spot was not snorkeling but we got out of boat and hung out with sting rays and fish. Crew made/served delicious ceviche, fruit, guacamole and chips. Headed back to beach. Great experience. 3+ hours.
My husband and I booked this for us and our 4 kids 18, 14, 11 and 4. I brought a full face mask snorkel for my 4 year old since I figured they only had the two piece kind. As soon as we got off carnival ship 9am we hurried to grab a taxi there is a lot it was around $40 and 20mins ride to San Francisco beach club. The staff were great!!! Everyone was very helpful the stops to snorkel were AMAZING!! The tour guy stayed with us in water and one on boat my youngest wanted to go back on boat after a few minutes and they help us back on. So many gorgeous fish and the last spot was breathtaking with stingrays swimming next to us. The two guides had all the fixings for fresh handmade ceviche, cut everything right on boat gave everyone plates and yummm!!! Soda and waters. Book with this place for sure!!!! Loved it and highly recommend! When we got back to starting point we ate lunch at beach club and did some shopping. Perfect day!!!
Guides Rafael, Carlos and Captain Ruben were very good. Very knowledgeable about the area and sea life. We saw some very unique sea life with them baby turtles, huge lobster and tons of fish!!
Nice trip. Don’t bother getting there too early. We got there early and had to wait too long for start of trip. Nice snack at end of trip.
Our family really enjoyed this experience! We took the morning tour and the weather was perfect! The crew made sure we all were taken care of. We saw many different kinds of fish, starfish, a nurse shark and stingrays!
We had a wonderful experience; from the site, which was out of this world, with clear turquoise water and a diversity of sea life; to the attention of all of the staff, who were attentive, patient and agreeable. Snacks, consisting of guacamole, ceviche and fruit were all fresh and tasty too! A highly recommended tour!
Beach Break Cozumel was AWESOME! I booked a Snorkeling Tour for me and my visiting friends from Germany and it did not disappoint!!! Everyone that we encountered were friendly and professional. We took a small fast boat to the reefs, The Guide was super helpful pointing everything out and making sure everyone was safe and comfortable in the water. We swam with so many fish, turtles, star fish and even Manta Rays! They prepared great snacks for us, fresh shrimp ceviche, guacamole, fresh fruits and beverages! On the way back to the beach club the Captain slowed down the boat, announced that his "friend" had come to visit and we saw a turtle surface, pop it's head up as if to say "Hello!" Was a GREAT experience all around and I would recommend it to families and any one else who's curious about snorkeling! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks to Fabian and Your Crew. Great Memories made!
Reuben and really looked after us. We had a wonderful time! We saw a turtle and a barracuda and starfish and swam with stingrays!
We had an incredible time! My 8 and 10 year old daughters loved it! Saw a shark, lobsters, tons of fish, starfish and stingrays! Hosts were fantastic!!
Reefs were amazing , super helpful and fun staff.Best guacamole I have ever tried . I would most definetly do this again!!
Small boat but excellent experience and great crew (thank you Reuben & Victor!) Snorkeling sites were great - lobsters, turtles, starfish & stingrays.
