Cozumel: Zip Line Adventure, Buffet & Drinks At Kuzá Beach Park

It was a very short trip. The bus doesn't come until 5pm yet our cruise left at 3pm doesn't make much sense . The taxi drivers charged 210 dollars round trip and are in cahoots with the park to make the extra money. The food sucked cold and nasty. We payed a lot of money to swim in a pool. Grandkids wanted to zipline but had to be 99 pounds, an 8 year old weighing 99 pounds? Insane. Staff rude as well.

Experience was overall great! We went in early no lines for slides or zip lines and stayed till 2pm to make it back to our port. I would love to give a shout out to the zip line crew for being upbeat and friendly. Admission fee was well worth it to make our trip very memorable we zip lined, water slides, buffet, snorkeling, and enjoyed the beach . Only issue was the swim up bar at the pool watered down soda and staff did not have interest in attending to us

I booked this especially for zipline and water park. The water park is just a few slides and a lazy river. Probably more enjoyable for younger kids. The lazy river was something I was looking forward to but it wasn’t very clean, had a horrible sewer smell in parts where water was standing in the middle tree area, and didn’t have a lot of tubes. We didn’t spend much time at the beach but probably should have went there. Kids only got to zip line once and my husband had to go with them. Even in the US most 15 year olds don’t have to be supervised by a parent to zipline. 🤦‍♀️ I was glad that the snack bar at the pool was included in the all inclusive ticket (or at least the Mexican food is). Overall, I wouldn’t choose this excursion again myself but I would go back if someone I was with wanted to try it out. Mom, dad and two 15 year old boys went on the excursion. Taxi ride cost $30 each way.

I had a great time but for experiencing a misconduct and aggressive behavior of one Kuza employee. I am assuming he is an employee because he was wearing a green shirt with Kuza on it. His name is Francisco and he was on a bus T26 ride from Kuza park to plaza del sol at 4:30om. At my request Francisco denied to provide his last name. I asked the bus driver if I could run on the bus at 4:30 to plaza del sol or to my hotel stop in Cozumel. The driver agreed but he told me that he could not make any stop but for plaza del sol. Francisco when on the bus asked me in which hotel I was and I told that I was at the hotel Cozumel and resort. We left. The bus stopped close by my hotel and a couple went down. I asked to let me and my son out. He started yelling at me and pushed me away with an aggressive attitude. He only get out at plaza del sol. This attitude was a verbal and physical harassment and constrained my freedom of movement without a reason. If Francisco was not in agreement with the driver to allow us on the bus could have said so. The bus stopped at my hotel and he didn’t allow me to get out of the bus. This behavior is borderline criminal. Please respond to this message and take necessary action to avoid for other people to feel in danger because of one of your representative. Kuza Beach & Adventure Park was the ultimate fun day in Cozumel. It only took 20 minutes to get there from the port, and once inside, we were able to enjoy the grounds. My group purchased the Zipline & Beach package, which was great. We arrived early enough to head out with the first group to zipline. They showed us a short video, handed out and secured our equipment, and then we were off. To enjoy this experience it does require you to be somewhat fit. You must be able to climb several flights of stairs to get to the zipline platforms, so consider this when booking. Afterwards, we took a short shuttle to the beach, which was clean, relaxing, and staffed with the best servers. The workers were friendly and really took care of us. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and most of the food & drinks were complimentary, so we made sure to order a few items. The entire experience was cool. I’d love to return in the future, and will be sure to recommend this spot to others.

The excursion I booked was for 5 hours. We got 3 hours. We had to rent towels for $6 each (not mentioned beforehand). The food was so so. The bus left us there. We were on time to meeting place to return to ship, but the bus left without us. Just so happen, the taxi was waiting for us.... kinda looked like a set up to me. Paid for zip lining but not enough time to do all that we paid for with only 3 hours. We did enjoy the beach, water was beautiful. Will definitely return to Cozumel but not this business.

First of all shoutout to the tour guide Alberto and our driver Lupe, the very best at what they do. Very pleasant experience. Staff was knowledgeable and very informative throughout the duration of the trip. The zip line crew was amazing and you can tell they love what they do. They had a passion for safety yet making sure the guest feels comfortable and has fun. The beach was clean with plenty of seating areas(in shade and in sunshine). The buffet was good and the staff were very present. Doing the snorkel package as well was worth it if you like to view sea life. Like 20 feet from shore there is many crevices and patches of grass which are filled with all sorts of fish and other vibrant life. The waterpark was very clean and you can tell it’s new. Overall I’d recommend 11/10 based on service, experience, food and scenery.

Check in was terrible. Very rude staff. Half mile walk to the buffet only to he told no shirt, no shoes, no service..on the beach. Drinks do not start until 10am. Lazy river was not working. Beach area was nice. Water slides were great. Kids had fun zip lining, not enough time for everyone to go. Drinks were strong and food was good.

Nice park but absolutely everything is a up charge. We had an expectation were it would be similar to Mr sanchos it was not. Service was slow, zip line professional we rude and wouldn’t let the take your own, then wanted $250 for 8 photo of our frlm

Facility was great, food, drinks were great as well. Our guide Carlos was a different story. He didn't do a good job of guiding us on the bus ride. He didn't give us no cool information about Cozmel. Plus a guide is supposed to stay with his group from beginning to end. Carlos didn't, he didnt ride back with us on the bus plus he left members of his party at the resort to find a ride back to the terminal when the bus ride back was part of the package. I felt like his communication was not very good. If it wasn't for Carlos I would give it a 5 out of 5.

The experience was amazing the staff is super helpful and kind … if you can do the zip lining it was great the staff helped us enjoy our first time zip lining experience thank you to them for that. We will definitely have to come back for the amazing vibes and view 10/10 me and my husband recommends Denise our Guide was phenomenal so was José our driver

We booked our excursion to Kuza via our cruise ship, and my only complaint is that we didn’t have more time. Our guide, Alfredo, was great! He was easy to understand,funny and informative! The park has only been open for one year, so everything is new. The beach area was lovely with a chill beach and a family beach. The water is so shallow for a long ways out, so it was fun to be able to walk out a long ways. The kids did the zipline and said they were fun too!

Zipline here was amazing!! Staff was super kind and helpful. Photography on site to capture your zipline moments- a plus we purchased the all inclusive buffet and drinks. Tacos were great and mango margarita with tajin was my favorite. Would recommend! Much love from New York!

Felt like being in your own island. Jorge rocks as a tour guide and made sure our part of 6 was well taken care of . The view is beautiful and it was easy to get our own chairs.

The park looks like it is just starting to operate; the prettiest part was the beach. I thought the admission cost was high for what is offered. The 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule is very little time; it doesn't give you enough time to do many things, so it's not worth doing the tours they offer like the one to El Cielo; it's better to make the most of the time with what the park already has: We bought the all-inclusive: water park, food, beach, and zip lines. I also think the attitude of the staff in the buffet restaurant needs to improve; not everyone is friendly.
