Viator does not communicate with its partners well. Paid premium price for private transportation (fine with price). Extreme confusion between Viator and partners. Driver on return to airport showed up with too small a vehicle in spite of REPEATEDLY emailing to Viator that we were Scuba diving and had our own equipment.
The arrival was rough. The company was not at the airport. Someone from another company called and gave us a ride at no extra charge. It was a bit nerve-racking though. We weren't sure if we should go or not. And then the driver was pulled over by the police before we got 2 miles from the airport. The ride back to the airport was smooth. It was the arrival that was rough.
We have only EXCELLENT things to say about our overall experience with Cozumel Private Airport Transfer! Their online booking was simple, their customer support was quick to respond to questions, their staff at the airport was friendly, helpful, and just super nice to deal with on both our rides to and from the airport. Will DEFINITELY use them for our annual trips to Mexico!
A group of 8 of us booked a private round trip transfer from Cozumel Airport to our Secrets resort approximately 20 minutes away. Everything went great. They were waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal. They were at our hotel when they said they would be there to pick us up on our return trip to the airport a week later. Convenient, fast, good value and reliable.
They were there waiting for us at airport when we arrived and got us to our AirBnb with no problem. Had roundtrip arrangements and they came to the home at time requested taking care of the needs of all six ladies ride and luggage.
Airport transportation booking for 9- Pick up wasn’t exactly as described in the instructions but more importantly, the driver was 25 minutes late picking us up for the airport return. I called multiple times with no answer, WhatsApp messaged, very poor communication and no apology or explanation whatsoever.
Our family of 6 booked a round trip transfer between the airport and our resort. It was easy, on time and convenient. We would definitely book again.

They did a great job. We lost our stroller and car seat on the flight so they had to wait a long time for us and we're very kind about it. They also provided a car seat for us to get us safely to our hotel until ours could be brought in.

Fast pickup with friendly safe driver and extremely clean new vehicle. Just what we were looking for on our first visit to Cozumel. Some reviewers on Trip Advisor say to take an Uber from the taco place across from the airport. Unless cost is the main factor, skip that advice and take these guys. That taco place is run down and cars seemed scarce. We saw so many people schlepping their bags over there- uggh a chore! —

We used viator for transfer from airport to resort and the experience was awesome... communication was prompt and personal over WhatsApp. And these folks were even flexible enough and responsive enough to switch from airport pickup to ferry pickup on the way in to Cozumel when our flights got messed up and we had to fly into Cancun vs Cozumel
We had the best experience with our 1 way trip from Cozumel airport to our resort. We walked off the plane, saw our name on a sign, was greeted by a friendly driver. Our luggage was loaded, we settled into a comfortable car and were on our way in minutes! Our driver (Sylvia??) was super friendly and gave us great information about the island and recommendations!
Exceptional service!! We had a private shuttle for 8 people. Very reasonable price. Polite, courteous, professional, punctual. They even allowed us to make a quick stop at a convenience store on the way to the resort. Great company that we will use again and again.

I'm torn on this review because the airport pickup was terrible but the return trip was fantastic. So I rated it in the middle. Arriving at Cozumel Airport the company was supposed to be waiting with a sign near the Margaritaville stand. There was no one waiting, no one knew where she was, and it took 30 minutes before we found her. They need more check in people or something if you have to wait 30 minutes for someone when you didnt even have a shared transfer. The return trip driver was early and even asked if we wanted the scenic view or through the town to the airport. She was great. Roll the dice if you want. Hopefully they will fix the pickup process. We eventually got to the hotel.
We purchased the round trip service to and from the airport. We have a toddler that needed a carseat for our trip to the resort. Instead of travelling internationally with a giant seat, this service provided that for our transfer. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival and came to our hotel at the time we requested for departure. This service is more expensive than you'll pay for a standard taxi, but it is worth it for the expediency, convenience, and certainty.
We got out at the airport and spent an hour and a half in customs, so we’re very delayed from what we expected but they were standing there with our sign and everything went really smoothly with our ride.
The young man who greeted us was super nice and friendly and helpful. Our driver was courteous and a pleasure to drive with keeping us safe. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. Service is so worth it ! Sorry i forgot the names :(

It was a private transfer for three. Both drivers, to and from the airport, were courteous, prompt, friendly and drove safe.
The charge is $120, and you can get a cab for $20!! The people were nice, but toooo much for the service.
All went like clockwork, clear and timely updates, Sandy was right outside to greet us, taxi ride was clean and comfortable

Friendly, organized, easy to locate upon arrival. The whole process was easy. The agent and the driver were both friendly and we were on the road quickly in a clean van. They organized our departure trip on the day we arrived and sure enough, one week later they were at our resort as promised. Would recommend highly.

From the moment we left customs everything went exactly as we were told. We were meet outside the terminal by a gentleman holding a sign with my name on it, we verified passengers along with return date & time and we were off to the resort. The return trip was just as smooth with a representative meeting us at the resort.

We had 7 people traveling with 5 bikes for IM 70.3 Cozumel. This company was great - they met us right outside the airport and helped load (and then unload) our bikes. I booked at the last minute and was so impressed with the ease of the whole thing!

We booked transport from the airport to our resort. We got very clear instructions on how to find the associate. Someone was there holding a sign with my name on it when we got outside. Service was friendly. We booked round trip and the staff confirmed pick up time multiple times and we’re on time when we needed to head to the airport at the end of our stay.
We had about an hour delay with our luggage at Cozumel airport. They called to check on us and told us not to worry, they would wait. They put us in a private care and took us to our resort. Excellent customer service!!!!
I was traveling with three young kids by myself, and I needed to make sure that I had transport that made me feel safe. This company was great and did an excellent job of finding me and my family and taking us to our hotel promptly. They even were so kind to wait for me to get a margarita and drinks for the kids for the ride to the hotel. Highly recommend.
