Cozumel: Paradise Beach Club All-inclusive Day Pass

We love Paradise beach. We went out on a whim and visited for the first time in 2019. Since then we have come back 4 more times with this past week being one of those visit’s. This time we had the pleasure of having Samuel and Miguel, they took very good care of us. We have done visits with the water sports included and some visits of just chilling. Whatever you choose this is the place to come to whenever you visit or have a cruise stop in Cozumel.

I highly rate and recommend a visit to Paradise Beach Club Cozumel. I visited for one day, purchased All Inclusive day pass and it’s the best price around. Great atmosphere with relaxing on the beach, swimming, and snorkeling. The crowd size was better then expected with more then enough space to yourself. The staff was amazing the did not bother you constantly and they were very attentive and professional and even cracked some jokes, all around amazing place, the food was great and were the drinks.

Cab ride to and from cruise ships port can be up to $40 each way. Great food, attentive staff. Only critique I would have is the beach is nice with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We would prefer more ocean view than all the inflatable slides and trampolines in the water in front of beach. Understand the draw for kids and families.

Excellent beach day with the family! Clean, great food, friendly service. My kids loved the water park addition which was $16 per person once we arrived. Aside from that, everything else was included.

This is a beautiful place. The service was excellent! The drinks and food were very good as well! Ramos, Jesus and Darie were very attentive servers. We would highly recommend them!

Great beach day, lots of seats under umbrella on the beach, good activities if you want to add, fresh made food available all day (and good quality), good drinks (non alcoholic or alcohol) as well, good and attentive wait staff.

Paradise Beach was well-staffed, servers were very attentive, and we enjoyed the food we ordered. We had an umbrella and shade from trees. The water felt great. There are a lot of rocks in the water, so water shoes are a good idea.

Wonderful day! $18 cab ride to get there from the port. No shortage of beach chair, umbrellas etc. service, food and drinks were great!

It was no much fun getting to relax by the beach and then heading to the pool for food it was great time

We spent a lovely day at Paradise Beach as a privately booked excursion from the cruise ship port. We were a group of 5 adults with an infant so took a taxi van from the port ($44 each way; plenty of taxis, even vans, at the beach club when we were ready to return). From the moment we arrived, it was easy to see this was a well run operation. We checked in and were led out to the beach area (your choice of beach or pool) and given our beach loungers under umbrellas. We met Luis and Angel, our servers for the day, given menus and placed drink/food orders within moments of arriving. Luis and Angel were FANTASTIC! It was a fairly busy day and they were hustling-- bringing food, drinks, taking orders, checking on us-- always with a smile on their faces and kind words. The water was a little chilly and choppy so we didn't spend much time in it but it was clear/free of seaweed. Loved showing baby the parrots by the restrooms. Atmosphere was great-- music playing but nothing over the top-- it was a good family-friendly environment. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The drinks received mixed reviews-- some great, some ok but if you didn't like one, you could easily order another! Bathrooms were clean. It was our first time visiting Paradise Beach and should we return to Cozumel, it would be a top consideration to visit again. It was a great value. 10/10 recommend.

Wanted to try this place from the advertising. So sorely disappointed. There was nowhere to swim. I was placed right in front of the no swim zone. The only place to get in the water was in front of the water inflatables. Between all the kids and adults standing shoulder to shoulder, I didn’t even get in the water. I was there for 4-5 hours and just laid in the chair. I was miserable. There were too many allowed to enter. I went to the pool and I couldn’t even get to the bathroom. I couldn’t even enter the pool due to every inch of concrete covered. The food was very good but took forever. There were just way too many people. If I could have just gotten in the water!!!!!

The beach club is ideal for families. with children. We did not find it an exceptional beach club for adults with no kids. There's only one swimming pool. There is no swim bar at the pool. The food was good! The staff was very attentive too.

Food is great. Service is outstanding. Fun time. Great beach area and very large pool are available. Drinks are plentiful.

The Paradise Beach Club is very nice and the service great. Nice beach and beautiful pool with a bar. The ticket that I purchased was all inclusive with food and drinks. We were assigned Luis as our host and he provided all the food and drinks requested in a very timely manner. No complaints. We had excellent service and it exceeded all of my expectations

Such a great beautiful, everyone was friendly. Food does take along time. Bring your own towels they do not have any on site

We choose this place because we had 4 kids with us. I was charged an extra $64 to use the inflatable activities as well as an extra $20 for the taxi. I do understand that prices go up on things but wasn't expecting an extra $84.

This is a beautiful beach with awesome staff and delicious food. It was very affordable especially since it included food and drinks.

Great place! Great service and very fun. Beautiful place. Jesus and Jaramillo were AMAZING! Never had to wait for food and drinks, even when in the pool. Would recommend and would go again.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach! Food and drinks were awesome and Omar was amazing! He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! We’ll be back because of him!

We had the most relaxing, best experience at Paradise Beach! Our server, Miguel, was incredibly friendly and attentive! It was so impressive how quickly and efficiently he met the needs of All guests! The pool was heated & HUGE! there was plenty of room to move around without feeling like we were on top of other guests. Overall, the resort was incredibly beautiful and clean! We would absolutely come back to spend a day with Miguel! Thank you Miguel for making our time at paradise so wonderful and memorable!

The food menu had very tasty meal options. There are a wide variety of drinks available as well. Omar took care of everything we needed and made fantastic recommendations. We will be back for more!!

Taxi from port to Paradise Beach Resort was simple to find, we were able to find one to fit our family of 12! A great experience!

The resort was absolutely amazing!! Food and drinks were great. Omar and Ventura were the best service we could have ever asked for. Will be back.

Took a 4 Day Carnival Cruise…We only went to Cozumel…They cancelled our excursion to Paradise Beach said because of inclement weather….The weather was perfect & Gorgeous….What a waste of money when you only go to one port & it gets cancelled…😩😩😩

Our excursion to Paradise Island was wonderful. Our guides and entire boat staff for a ride to the island was so memorable. The staff was fun, inviting, and super helpful. The boat was extremely clean and orderly. One of the staff members provided entertainment during the ride and it was so fun and exciting for everyone on board. Ernesto and Leo were amazing guides. The island was incredibly relaxing and beautiful. Ernesto and Leo were kind enough to let us know that a storm had blown through the day before which affected the conditions of the water. They were very transparent that the water was not as clear as advertised due to the storm. The island was still beautiful! I would definitely recommend this excursion.

This was our second time at Paradise Beach and we enjoyed ourselves despite the light drizzle of rain. The staff was attentive and the facilities were clean. The food and drinks were also good! The birds were sometimes a nuisance and we did see an anteater on the beach near some other patrons, but overall we enjoyed it!

You cannot beat the value here. The price is so worth the whole experience with the open bar, amazing food and all amenities. Massages are amazing as well! What really made this experience extra special was the service provided by Julio and Josué!

It was pouring down rain but we still had a good time. Bartender was making us virgin mango smoothies and the food was excellent. Friendly staff. Good music. Good beach. Wish there was sunshine but maybe next time!

Fantastic food and drinks. Service is incredible. The only thing I didn’t like this time, is the swimming area felt very small, the water toys took up so much of the water, and we were not interested in the water toys. I took a float and just wanted to float in the water and it felt too crowded to do that. Still had a great day!

The staff at Paradise Beach Club was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the great service. The all-inclusive food and drinks were okay, nothing particularly memorable, but the real battle of the day was with the BEES! 😂🐝 We spent more time fighting them off than relaxing and enjoying ourselves. I know they can’t control nature, but it definitely took away from the experience. Great staff, decent food and drinks, but come prepared for an all-out war with the bees! 🐝🤣

Beautiful place, you can hang at the pool or lounge at the beach. The staff was fabulous. Great food and drinks, all included.

The resort clean, staff very helpful and friendly. The water slides and climbing floats at the beach are not included in the price. $16.00 a person . Every child must be potty trained to use pool, no swim diapers allowed. They will set up a blowup, wading pool for your young child next to the swimming. The food was delicious waiters attentive. The coconut shrimp was four stars plus..

Beautiful beachfront property with plenty of shaded seating. Large pool with plenty of loungers and shade. Clean bathrooms. The food was all you want and the service was constant. Servers worked very hard to make sure we were taken care of. Plenty of water toys to use. Great place for families. Our servers Ramos and Christian were the best. We will come back again.

Close by from cruise ship, reasonable costs, small kid friendly pool and Beach BRING TOWELS from your ship! Had a great time with big kids and small kids, great food.

Alexis and Jesus were phenomenal! They were checking in often after we were seated, and were attentive to all our needs! Awesome experience. It was it over crowded and very relaxing. The massage during our visit was amazing!!!

Very nice resort. Drinks were flowing and the food was excellent. Especially the chicken fajitas. Plenty of lounge chairs. Massage on the beach 10/10!
