Hi! Erwin was the most amazing tour guide my family and I could hope for! He gave us all the information we needed and was a means of support throughout the whole excursion. The excursion was AMAZING!!! Definitely worth every penny and then some. Beautiful beach, great food and drinks that were included and unlimited, an awesome water park, and more!! We had so much fun, and we hope you do too! Thank you again Erwin!!

Carlos and rooster are the tour guides yo go with
KUZA beach was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We booked through our Royal Caribbean cruise so the transfer from the port to the park was very smooth. Our guide Alberto was lovely and checked in with us throughout the experience. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of activities including zip lines, jet skis, kayaking, bird watching, and much more. The beach, restrooms, and whole property were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend KUZA!
Booked through royal Carribean and will do it again. Customer service was top notch and was as advertised. Alberto was the man, the myth and the legend. I shall call him el hefe.
We had a great time at Kuza All Inclusive Beach. Carlos was great and Jose, our driver, took good care of us . William, kept our drinks coming and Alfredo at the water sports tent made the day special by sending a birthday dessert as we were celebrating. The beach is amazing and the food at the restaurant was super authentic. It was a great day/excursion from our cruise line!
Water park and nice clean beach
The experience of this tour was extraordinary. I completely enjoyed the experience. Alberto was excellent and was so informative. I will definitely be back again.
amazing experience with alberto!!
Alberto, our guide, was great! ✨
Very nice & relaxing tour. So much to do and the staff was amazing
We visited Kuza Beach in Cozumel, Mexico, as part of an excursion booked through our cruise ship. We had booked the all-inclusive package and, although we did manage to have an enjoyable day in parts, unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend this place. There were several things that really let the experience down, and some were quite concerning. Water park and facilities We were disappointed with the water park. There were only four slides, and one of these wasn’t even working during our visit. The lazy river was also disappointing, with only around three or four inflatable rings available, meaning you often had to wait around just to get a ring and enjoy what was a relatively small lazy river. We also noticed people using the double rings from the slides on the lazy river. When we tried doing the same, a particularly rude lifeguard shouted at us, despite other guests doing exactly the same thing. It felt very inconsistent and unnecessary. Unfortunately, our daughter was also unable to take part in the zip line because she didn’t meet the minimum weight requirement. This wasn’t Kuza’s fault, as the restriction hadn’t been made clear to us when booking through our cruise line, but it understandably put a bit of a downer on the day. Food hygiene – a major concern The biggest issue for us was the food and drink hygiene, which was honestly shocking. When I went to get a snack from the snack bar, I witnessed one of the cooks picking his nose before preparing and serving my food. Needless to say, the food went straight into the bin, and I immediately felt completely put off eating anything else there. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only thing I witnessed. I also watched staff washing drinking cups by giving them a very quick dip in what appeared to be soapy water, before immediately filling them with drinks while they still had visible soap bubbles inside. After seeing these things, I had absolutely no confidence in the food and drink hygiene. We had paid for an all-inclusive package, but barely made use of the food and drinks because I simply didn’t feel comfortable consuming anything there. For somewhere serving large numbers of paying customers, basic hygiene standards should be a priority. This was a huge disappointment and completely undermined the all-inclusive experience we had paid for. The beach and surroundings I had pictured a beautiful, picturesque Caribbean beach, but unfortunately this also fell short of expectations. The beach was incredibly busy, and we struggled to find a sunbed. It certainly wasn’t the relaxing beach experience we had imagined. Another major issue was the smell around the buffet and toilet areas. There was a really strong smell of what appeared to be sewerage, which was honestly enough to make me feel sick. It made the surrounding areas particularly unpleasant. Overall We did manage to enjoy parts of our day, but there were simply too many things that let Kuza Beach down. The limited water park facilities, lack of available equipment, disappointing beach experience and, most importantly, the hygiene concerns made this a place we wouldn’t return to. We paid for an all-inclusive experience expecting to enjoy the food, drinks, beach and activities, but ended up avoiding much of what we had paid for because of what we witnessed. I appreciate that not every excursion will meet everyone’s expectations, but basic cleanliness and food hygiene should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend Kuza Beach, and we certainly wouldn’t pay for the all-inclusive package again.
Amazing VIP experience. Mario was our guide he was fantastic Foodwas great drinks flowing freely.
We had such a great day! The water park was fun and clean, the service was excellent, the servers and kitchen staff went out of their way to help my family with my daughter’s food allergy. We had a great time at the beach, kayaking, etc! The only thing that was a bummer was that I didn’t realize the minimum weight for the zip line was 99lbs! FYI, for those who take their kids. Other than that, great day!
Martin is the best! I tecommend this day trip…so much fun!
Alfredo very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a great time.
Water park was amazing had so much fun l. Snack food was mauh, but we need to return because we had so much fun in the water park we didn't see every part of the Park.
I don’t even know where to begin. Stay away is my first thought. Not a friendly or safe place. They oversell passes so it’s overcrowded and close restaurants on the beach so it keeps people centralized so their vast beach is pointless. Drunks everywhere and not the fun kind. Beach is rocky. Beach chairs are all covered in bird crap. Tram transportation is a joke and drivers just drive by empty leaving customers waiting. At the pool the lazy river was closed and probably due to health issues, I’ve never seen water that shade of green. The bar drinks are awful and the food is worse. Save your money or go else where Kuza has a lot of kinks to work out! Servers for the most part were nice but that is it, the rest needs a reset, they charge for everything so their all inclusive is a lie the offering is so restrictive.
Nice, big, sunny place, fun for all family, any age. Not to crowded. Clean, many professional staff working there. Recommend it.
We had an awesome waiter right on the beach with unlimited drinks/open bar and all you can eat food!! Alex was our waiter, he was awesome!!
Jorge and Will were very friendly, fun, and informative. They made the trip worth taking.
Great time! Water park was fun for the kids and the beach was beautiful
Great experience with Jorge , very attentive
Great resort with good food and drinks. Nice and clean.
Whole experience was wonderful. Martin and Alfredo on the beach were the absolute best. Water was just as beautiful as it was pictured. It's about a 25 minute drive from the city center, but that goes by fast as they are telling you about the resort the whole time. Buffet food was delicious. If you want hottt, just get the Habanero hot sauce. It doesn't dissapoint. We would definitely book it again.
Booked this through Carnival Cruise , the price for what it’s included is not what you would expect. The food it’s horrible, the drinks are limited to certain drinks , they only have one kind of beer included in the package. The beach was the only thing that was awesome .
Had a great time the water is beautiful…🤗
Our server, Martin, was absolutely amazing on our trip to Cozumel! He made our experience at Kuza Beach Club unforgettable! Our tour guide, Denisse, was incredible and made sure we were taken care of all day!
Martin was the BEST! He took care of us all day and was wonderful.
Booked with Royal Carribean was an amazing place
Mario the tour guide was great Jose the bus driver was great Would do it again!!
Mario is Awesome! Great experience
We did the all-inclusive beach day. Beautiful beach, gorgeous clear blue water, super friendly people!! Shout out to Freedi (our guide) and Sergio (our waiter)!! They were AMAZING!!
We definitely will come back! Mario did an excellent job as our tour guide. The bus driver was a good driver as well!
I was disappointed with our experience at with the Kuza Adventure Park and Beach in Cozumel. One of the issues was the water. It was brown, murky, and appeared dirty, which made it very uninviting. Once we attempted to get in, we discovered the bottom was covered with sharp rocks that made it uncomfortable and difficult to walk barefoot. There was virtually nobody in the water, and after experiencing it ourselves, we understood why. The murky water is not the fault of the resort, but it’s still a negative. One of the main attractions, the large yellow slide, was out of service during our visit, which was disappointing since it is prominently featured in photos and marketing materials. The park also advertises kayak rentals, but there was no one available to assist us, and the rough water conditions would have made kayaking difficult anyway. We were there for 4 hours and offered a drink one time on the kids side. The beer was served warm so we did not order another one. We also had to pay $60 to and from and it is only 12 miles. That was an additional $120 added! The property itself has potential and the staff we encountered were pleasant, but several advertised activities were either unavailable or not practical due to conditions. If you’re considering a visit primarily for swimming, water activities, or the slide, you may want to verify current conditions before purchasing tickets.
Was a good trip. Guide (Mario) was fantastic. Driver (Daniel) did a fantastic job of getting us there and back safely. The zipline experience was great and the beach experience was ok. Went to the the “Chill Beach -Adult only area” and under aged children were always present the entire time. Some adults were loud and never shut up. Wished we could have had some more quiet space to enjoy and more relaxing time with my wife which is what we were expecting. Felt more like a water park environment with people everywhere all the time just not as relaxing as expected.
Kuza Beach was amazing. The price was worth it. The beach was beautiful. The Waterpark was so fun. We were there for four hours. We were a family of 8. The food and drinks were tasty. We will be back again.
Excellent shore adventure from our cruise stop, and fun for the whole family. Nice beach and really fun water slides and huge pool. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend for a fun family get away. Our guide Cesar was exceptional.
The water park was enjoyable for my kids. Food wasn’t great and drinks were ok. I’d stick with beer if it were me. The beach didn’t have any water activities either. Overall experience was ok but I wouldn’t go there again
Bathroom very clean. A/c bus wS nice. Easy meet up at the pier. Everything was well organized.
Staff was great! Mario and willberg made sure we got to the right place! Food was good . Beach was pretty but very rocky. Overall a good day at the beach!
Booked with cruise line and it was marked “easy actively level”with the VIP option. Went on cruise to recovery from surgery. From the shuttle from to Kuzu, you take a tram to get into the activity/beach area. From there, quite a walk to the VIP area. They asked if anyone had difficulty walking, would take them in a golf cart. Once arrived was very nice. Massage people were pushy going around pushing services. Felt safe. Nice beach and cabanas.
Piece of advice to advise all travellers this water park is 30mins away from the port. Another massive expense is the US dollar charge rate to drive in a taxi- $35 one way on top of the park charges. No local taxi/scooters as they run off the $35USD. Water slides x4- were great, lazy river dismal (no current, nil coverage/foliage along the way). Clean amenities and staff friendly. Is it worth $225/2 people definitely NOT, when compared to other water parks around the world. Beach ok- brown and murky- didn’t want to go in. Disappointed with price paid and wouldn’t recommend until it’s fully finished in about 3years time.
Alfredo, our tour guide was AMAZING! He was funny, professional and very informative! Alejandro, our bus driver was AMAZING as well! He got us to and from our excursion safely and efficiently! Rodrigo was our third AMAZING guide on our adventurous dune buggy journey through the trails! He was funny, professional and informative! These three guides are definitely a keeper and a great asset to your company!
KUZA Beach – Very Disappointing Experience Our experience at KUZA Beach was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The beach conditions were poor. The water was very murky and rough, making it unappealing and unsafe-feeling for swimming. Many guests, including us, chose not to go into the water. It was especially frustrating to see clearer, more turquoise water at the nearby port area earlier in the day. Since swimming wasn’t an option, we planned to relax under a beach umbrella for shade. However, shortly after opening the umbrella, staff instructed us to close it, saying the wind was “picking up.” At the same time, umbrellas in the VIP section remained open — and we were told that shaded access in that area required an additional fee. That felt unfair and gave the impression that basic comfort was being restricted unless you paid extra. The food quality at the buffet was also poor. After eating the tacos and carnitas, I experienced stomach cramps and had to use the restroom five times due to diarrhea. That made the experience even more uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, KUZA Beach did not meet expectations in terms of water quality, guest comfort, or food safety. Based on this experience, I would not recommend it.
Beautiful beach- great friendly staff. Our guide Jorge was friendly and explained everything well. Wish weather was better but it didn’t ruin the day. .
Guillermo and Danny were wonderful. Guillermo was our host and he was the best! We had a great time.
