Cozumel: Buggy Off-road Tour, Kuzá Beach Park, Buffet & Open Bar

Great experience, guide was knowledgeable, weather was great!! Ride was a little short, would have loved to ride a bit more

We had a 12 o clock start time and our excursion didn’t start til 1:30. The excursion and guide were great except it is extremely dusty. Bring googles. We were bummed we had to cut into our beach time because of the time change. They did give us 15 minutes of free time in the water park however the pool water was extremely dirty. Slides were fun though.

Rodrigo was our atv guide. He was fantastic!!! He was very personable and explained everything well. I wasn’t expecting the stop midway through, where he explains the area, traditions, and history. It was beautiful foliage and cave with bats! He took several pics for us. My teenage son said “he’s cool! I could come back and stay with him, lol.” The beach is beautiful and plenty of loungers. Warning- the drinks have plenty of alcohol!!! We only had two, but a few from our ship had too many, lol.

We had a lot of fun here. The Razor Tour was very bumpy but fun and the cenote was beautiful. The beach was very nice with different sections based on your vibe. The food was basic but good. Some drinks were great some were not. I recommend the pina colada!

Be careful when you book! Our stop in cozumel was canceled by carnival and gave Kuza ample cancelation time and now they are refusing to refund my money. Should have just stayed with Paradise Beach!

Awful experience. Wasted half the time driving to get there. The guy wasn't very nice. Pretty rude with an attitude. He said "even if you write a bad review, I'll still have my job." Didn't have open bar as it said in the description. Dune buggy was after the beach which wasn't supposed to happen. It was all a mess and waste of time

Tony went above and beyond making family feel immersed in the island culture with custom bracelets. highly recommend it. well worth it.

We felt the excursion was rushed. We did the razr and beach experience. Food and service was great. Beautiful beach and facilities.

We had the best time riding the razr and our tour guide Alfredo was wonderful! This was a great mix of adventure and history. Definitely worth it!!

Jorge did an excellent job of informing and entertaining our group. The rzr experience was great, with a top speed of 67km/h even on off-road trails we got to really demo the 1000cc Polaris side by sides.

From the moment we got off the ship, Jorge was courteous and forwarded in making sure that we we're having the best time. The RZR tour was definite experience to do, getting to jump into the cenote was almost primitive when in the mangrove

This was an awesome excursion. We had a great time driving the RZRs. Our guide, Alfredo, did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and shared local history with us. The sinkhole with the bats was great. Never saw so many bats at one time. Highly recommend this to anyone, who likes off-road excursions.

Fantastic day if not for the weather in the morning, but it is half way through September so you can expect a little quick rain storm. There was a great choice of food (buffet)and lastly I could not fault the staff, helpful and happy

My family and I visited mexico on cruise June 21, we did a tour around cozumel, our local tour guide recommended Kuza since we were to visit again on 7/26, we booked our deluxe passes online, there were promotional offers for discounts which was a plus, we took local taxi to Kuza (we believe in supporting locals), upon arrival there is a guard at gate at main entrance, after entering we stop at ticket office to check in and get our wrist bands to access the park, we were then greeted by Guide Tony, he was so personable/ friendly, he provided all necessary instructions for RZR activity in addition to information needed about the park. We got on a tram that transported us to main beach area that was AMAZING, there is a chill zone, a family beach area that is equipped with playground area for Kids, further up there is main beach area with chairs, Umbrellas, hammocks, water sport activities, small gift shop, tequilla tasting area, Restaurant/bar area serving unlimited buffet style mexican foods with drinks (alcohol/non-alcoholic) options. FOOD IS AMAZING!! There are waiters/waitresses in restaurant to assist with providing food/drinks they also do rounds on the beach to serve (Jesus is one of the servers he is smazing). RZR tour is about 45mins, we drove in town to local catholic church and cenote (caves) our tour guide Henry was knowlegable, he provided us with alot of imformation about the history of the local places we went. I can't say anything negative about Kuza, we were informed and saw water park being built that is to be completed in September, I recommend this place 1000%

Service at the Restaurant was extraordinary! Luis and Andrea were amazing. They gave us 4 complimentary camarón aguachile that was DELICIOUS and the best meal in all our 8 day cruise trip.

Beautiful place in Cozumel, and the buggy ride was an exciting and unforgettable experience, I will return again on my next trip!

We did this as an excursion through NCL. The beach and staff were excellent once we got there. Unfortunately, it took almost two hours to get from check in at the port of Cozumel to the site which was only about a 15 minute drive. It was very hot and we had to wait for the single staff member to manage 40+ people being transferred. Once we arrived we also had to wait for the guide to deliver all the rest of the passengers to their destinations before we were able to start our Razor driving. There were several families who booked children’s tickets for the Razors, but were then turned down as well. Lots of kids were disappointed they didn’t get what they were promised. We had to wait again as this was all sorted out. It could have been a really awesome day, but instead we did a lot of waiting around in uncomfortable conditions.

Great experience. Beach is like a picture from a post card. The resort is perfectly nestled along a pristine stretch of white sand beach, with crystal-clear turquoise water that looks like it’s straight out of a postcard. The grounds are beautifully maintained, full of lush tropical gardens and swaying palm trees that add to the relaxing vibe

Tony changed our stay, a boy with a super nice energy and very attentive and friendly as The girls who charge admission especially the one with super rude RED hair. I paid more than 12,000 pesos and received me as if I were doing myself a favor and with a very bad face!!. I made a reservation for myself and my family and they never respected me! ..it has no case that they have that area WITHOUT NOT PUTTING IT TO WORK!
