Cozumel Private Snorkeling And Charter Experience

Extremely well organized trip for our family of 7 people. We went on a trip to the reefs. The guides and the crew was so helpful and did everything that we felt well. Information level was great.

Great experience. Professional crew. Best of all -AMAZING PICTURES!! One crew member was a photographer and we bought his whole suite of photos taken, what a deal~~not a bad photo in the bunch! Excellent guacamole and ceviche for lunch served to us in a paddle board on a sandbar. Excellent pina coladas made for us, whatever we wanted. Thanks for the best day on our cruise! The whole trip was worth the photos alone.

We had a fantastic trip. My two daughters and I were on the private boat Inolvidable for snorkeling. We stopped at four different places and saw absolutely everything we hoped for: turtles, rays, starfish, lobster, sharks and lots of fish! Our captain and snorkel guide were fantastic. They let us stay at each location for as long as we wanted and got some fantastic underwater photos of us! At our last stop we were served ceviche, guacamole, fruit and drinks. Perfect way to end the trip! We would definitely recommend and hope to come back to Cozumel to do this trip again!

Amazing experience in a private boat. From Stay to finish, the process was smooth. Boat captain and diver were amazing.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this company (after being VERY excited to go). Communication about where/how to find them off the cruise was unclear; we ended up having to taxi to a small marina where no one knew the company or boat we were supposed to have. The locals tried helping us by calling - and we kept being told the boat was ready and would be there soon. A boat finally arrived but it was not near what was pictured. They tried stalling again, saying they had to clean and load it but, and proceeded to bring a bunch of gasoline on the boat (and no cleaning or other prep). They told us we'd have beer/water and fruit (definitely not as advertised), but nothing else. There was also no shade on the boat, which was false advertisement. After waiting over 2 hours, we ended up canceling when we heard they also didn't have a captain ready. The locals at the marina shared this company had outsourced to them before and heard similar feedback, including just the week before when a man told them 'this isn't what I paid for.' That captures our sentiment exactly. The day was semi-salvaged by a local that helped us get to a good snorkling spot, but we had to spend another few hundered dollars in reserving seats on a beach and taking multiple taxis. This trip was going to be the highlight of our week on our cruise and unfortunately we never got to experience what was advertised.

This company is excellent. Very accomodating. The owner cared for our needs and made good on all his promises. Excellent. Our family had an excellent experience. We will use this company again next time we are in Cozumel—highest recommendations.

We had an absolutely amazing day on this trip. We were a group of co-workers. Some had only snorkeled a few times. Fernando was wonderful and took us to all of the best snorkel places. We saw lobsters, barracudas, starfish, a turtle, a nurse shark,, and stingrays. The water was super clear. It was an incredible experience especially for our newby snorkelers. He even went out of his way to help one person see some of the highlights they missed. We ended in this beautiful turquoise bay and had some yummy snacks. They made this a memorable trip for us. Best part of our cruise. Highly recommend.

This was the absolute best trip!!! We were with Jorge & Eric. We saw turtles, sharks, rays, barracuda, starfish, conchs, & lobster. Then at the sandbar we had the BEST fresh made ceviche, guacamole, & margaritas! Eric took amazing photos for us, too. Worth every penny and then some!

What an amazing day! Teens are hard to impress, but our group was blown away by the beauty and sea life in Cozumel. Captain Jorge and Tour Guide Eric far exceeded our expectations with their great service, snorkel tips, and fresh ceviche and guacamole. Eric takes amazing photos of the whole adventure. Even in very busy areas, we always felt safe. This was an unforgettable adventure and great way to end our cruise. Thank you for the memories!

Loved this private excursion with just our group of 4 adults and 4 children (9-13yrs). Not only did we get to visit 4 different locations, but ended the trip with some fresh made ceviche and guacamole while floating in the water with massive sting rays. If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, look no further.

Papacita Alex and Juanito were excellent guides! They took us to several snorkeling spots where we saw lots of fish and a sunken ship! They made food and drinks for us by a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful day on Cozumel! We did this on our Icon of the Seas trip with 9 of us and took a quick 5 minute cab ride it the marina. Worked out really well!! The company was in contact with us before our trip and gave lots of information and quickly answered any questions I had.

We had a great time! I had inadvertently booked this trip thinking it would be more of a catamaran type experience as opposed to a snorkel trip. They went out of their way to make it a fun in the sun day for us with a little snorkeling on the side. I highly recommend this tour!

The snorkeling was amazing. We saw stingray, starfish, a turtle, and lots of fish! Chema and Jorge were excellent guides. The ceviche and guacamole were delicious. One of the best excursions I have ever been on. Our entire group enjoyed it.

We booked this snorkle excursion on our Cozumel Day on Disney Fantasy. We had a party of 11 with ages spanning from 2 to late 70's and because of the age range we couldn't find a cruise excursion that could accommodate us. So we book with Cozumel Snorkle Center and we had a great time. We saw so many fish, starfish, stingrays, and sea turtles. The crew was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic! The first boat that came in was too small, with no shade. Alex Martin, promptly got us a bigger boat with lots of shade. It was the best trip of 5 excursions. Saw 4 snorkeling spots and ended at paradise Island for lunch (just an extra cost for inflatables). Eric and Charlie ( the tour boat operators with, Pachanga tours) were the best captain and "snorkeling tour guide" because they knew the best areas to snorkel ( deep water, shallow, with colorful fish, sting rays, turtles, nurse sharks, ...) the best part was that they took professional pictures of our 9 man group and sold them to us at a reasonable price, compared to the 4 other excursions we went on--which we passed on. My whole family loved this trip the best! Mike M.

It was a spectacular experience we loved it from beginning to end, we were always in contact and they explained every doubt we had in detail and fast, we were attended incredibly by Captain Jorge and the guide Erick, they took us to snorkel with green turtles, We saw lobsters, nurse sharks, manta rays, and at the end we were delighted with a delicacy in the Cielito, guacamole, fresh fruit and delicious fish ceviche, highly recommend this tour and Cozumel Snorkel Center for making us a magical day will not regret it!

Eric & Javier were amazing hosts! The food was delicious, drinks were cold and the water was great. All snorkel spots were filled with so much wildlife and up close interactions. We had 4 children under the age of 10 and they also LOVED the experience!

We had the most amazing day out with Alex and his team snorkelling. There were four of us and from the moment we stepped on board (salty soul) we knew we had come to the right place. The boat was amazing but the help and guidance from Alex when we went snorkelling was what really made the day. We not only swam in the coral reef experiencing the magical beauty of the coral but we also we swam with turtles, stingrays and the odd barracuda. It is a day we will never forget. I can’t recommend Alex and Cozumel Snorkel Centre enough.

What a fun day!! My friends and I chartered a boat for the afternoon and had a blast! They took us to some incredible snorkeling spots, let us play music, made delicious guac and ceviche and just generally took excellent care of us. A stellar day out on the water. Highly recommend!

My friends and I chartered one of Cozumel's Snorkel Center's boat for an afternoon. They brought us to some amazing snorkeling spots around Cozumel, with plenty of time to snorkel and explore. We saw beautiful coral, a variety of fish

Hands down, one of THE best tours on the island. The tour was exceptional, such a friendly, professional and helpful crew. They made sure that the day was perfect for me and my friends. The places they took us to were breathtakingly beautiful. It was amazing to see the turtles so close and to see the sea fans and corel.... thanks for such an amazing day! Highly recommended this tour!!!

This was really the best day of our vacation. They were super accommodating and helpful. The snacks were SO GOOD.

Amazing day for all ages!! The captain & guide were very accommodating and experienced. The day started with a ride along the cost line looking at the houses and resorts. We were able to snorkel 3 areas easily without too much traffic. We opted to do the 9:00 am to stay in front of the larger snorkeling charters, and it worked! I have snorkeled Cozumel several times and this experience was THE BEST! We got to see starfish, sea turtles, tons of fish staged on coral and in the grass, nurse shark and ended with having cocktails and lunch with stingrays swimming all around us. This trip could not have gone any better. NOTE: the guide will have a GOPRO taking pics for purchase. Highly recommended to everyone.

My group of 6 rented the private charter for the day and it was the best! Please learn from our mistake and put sunscreen on when you get to the last stop with the sting rays. Each stop was incredible and had lots of wildlife! The private boat was perfect for our group and it was a luxurious day.

The entire day was amazing! Loved the food floating while we ate while standing in the water. The captain & the snorkeling guide were awesome. I could not have imagined a better day/adventure!

The experience was excellent, Very good attention from who explains where to see the boat to the guides who give you the tour.

We spent a day in Cozumel and thanks to Alex and his team we had wonderful times. Alex listens to all our wishes. El Cielo is the most extraordinary place seen so far. We will definitely be back. Thank you Cozumel snorkel center!
