Good driver, friendly and organized. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours and we arrived later than expected but they had a driver waiting for us when we arrived, no problem.

First time using Viator & app when traveling. I was kinda skeptic because everything seemed too easy when reserving. But it was so fast, easy and good! Sandy was our assigned helper. We did not find Sandy right away, she was waiting along the railing and not to the left of margaritaville - so the pickup was a bit confusing. It appears Viator works with (coordinates with) the local taxi for transports. For this reason, we got a personal transport instead of shared. This was nice. Car was clean and Juan was very friendly. They take a photo when you get in and out of car for their records and have you sign that you rode with them. They were on time for pickup and Sandy came with Carlos to get us. Travel to and from hotel was about 10-15 mins like they say. Only need a pickup 1.5 hours before flight if not checking bags.

Process from start to finish was Efficient. Communication was excellent, ahead of time and timelu. And they drop at the port !

Made the transfer painless and got us away from getting swarmed by sales-people. Only thing is it was pricey. A typical cab to the airport is 3-400 pesos, which is $20, this is 3x that.

I can’t express how happy I am for booking this transportation service. Someone was waiting at the airport exit with a sign with my name on it. She took our departure info and directed us to the kindest gentleman, Juan, who drove us to our resort. Juan pointed out sights along the way and made our drive enjoyable.

This worked great! We had our reserved airport shuttle waiting for us when we arrived in Cozumel. We had 6 adults and luggage and we were in a nice sized van to take us to our all inclusive hotel, 25 minutes tops. Clean vehicle. We arranged the pick up time for our return trip to the airport when they dropped us off. We had reminder texts and emails. Highly recommend this service!

Cozumel Taxi on strike with airport & transfers to hotels were unavailable. Had to leave airport property to stand in line for taxi at city street. We were not able to use the transfer we paid for.

Even though the Operator wasn't at the airport waiting location noted in the booking information, they were easy enough to find considering how small the airport is. Returning to the airport from our resort was perfect! Driver was on time and super nice!

As I was leaving the airport terminal, a young lady with a sign with my name on it was waiting for me. She directed me to the van which was filled with tourists going to various resorts. Even after dropping off several travelers at their resorts, we still made it to ours in around 35 minutes. Our resort was also one of the farthest from the airport, so it was a pretty fast trip. I would definitely use Viator again for my transportation to and from my resort.

We were greeted at the airport by our transfer operator holding a sign with our name on it. They greeted us with a smile and we arrived in at our Hotel in good time. We were able to pre arrange the return trip to the airport via email before our trip started, which was much better than being required to meet with a representative at the resort as was with by past trips.

It was a little difficult finding the person we were supposed to meet, but once we found her it was great! She had a sign with my name (I just missed it in the airport chaos) The driver was great! It’s a little confusing when you arrive at Cozumel, as there is a lot of transportation stuff going on, but the people out front were super friendly and helpful. This company was easy to work with and answered questions through the app promptly.

Our airline lost our luggage which caused a long delay(90 minutes )in exiting the airport. Viator waited for us and got us to our resort as promised. Service like that is very rare these days and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.

This company was confused from very first contact. I booked for four of us and gave arrival time at airport. Airport to hotel Presidente went ok; ten folks in van, but the four of us were first out. We booked a noon pickup for the four of us on the return which I confirmed the morning we were leaving. They sent a mid-sized sedan and the driver said it was for only two persons. After he discussed it with his company, we piled in holding our luggage in our laps. Not a pleasant trip.

Our flight ended up being delayed 3 hours heading home, the last minute I switched to an early flight and needed to be picked up within the hour. I called and immediately got a response and within 15 minutes someone was heading my direction to pick me up.
