They met us and greeted us by name right when we went outside the airport. Very easy! We didn’t have to wait or search for our transport. The van was full, and it was a shared van. Would use this company again.
They were ready for us the second we walked out and so friendly! It was shared but that didn’t bother us. I don’t think I remember anything specifying “private” but we were very happy with them!
They made us wait over 30 minutes until the van was fill out when we paid for a private pick up, plus once we got going the driver was speeding, which we felt unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable.
The shuttle was a little crowded but we all fit and made it. Met some great people, but it could have been a little less crowded.
I paid for a private transfer but instead we had 2 other drop offs before we got to our resort. We checked in with the transport people at the airport but then they forgot about us until I asked them 20 minutes later if we were going soon.

Pickup from the airport was fine. However, after booking the return trip to the airport at the hotel, nobody showed up at the scheduled time! We ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper.
A very good experience using this shuttle service. They were waiting right outside the terminal in the pink and white shirts and directed us to the shuttle. Will definitely use them again in the future.
MTX was waiting for us just outside the airport. Within 10 mins we were on our way in the shared van. We were staying on the north side and had only 2 stops along the way. Ride was short and pleasant. Our driver was very nice and courteous. Would recommend and would use this service again. Best of all it was only $9 per person!
Do not book. I repeat. Do not book. We waited at Cozumel airport for over an hour, they reply to our first message informing us of who to look for. That person was nowhere to be found. We continue waiting and the company stop replying to us. No one showed up. After an hour of waiting we had to take alternative transportation. We initiated a refund request which they denied and I had to escalate with TripAdvisor who finally agreed to refund.
We walked out met the ladies in n the white and pink polo shirts and 5 minutes later we were in a private car to our hotel!

Way too many people crammed into the van. Price for first 4 was $36 Adding two more you charged me another $55. Not happy with that
First time flying into Cozumel, usually cruise in. It was seamless. Just look for people in white/pink shirts. Friendly, informative and helpful. Waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to fill up and then got to El Cantil Condominiums in about 15 minutes. Will use every time. $36.00 for 4 people - tipped $5.00 for driver hauling around our luggage.
It was ok... ......Took awhite to fill up with passengers... but The AC was great. We were staying in Zone 3 so it was 10 minutes

MYS is very well organized and we easily found the transportation spot. Cost was good. There was a wait time bc it wasa shared shuttle and we had to wait until it filled up. To get our baggage and clear customs took 3.5 hours!! In hindsight a private transport or a taxi with a negotiated set price may have been a better choice

It was a very good ride. We met the other couple before we boarded the van. The driver had refreshments for us!! Very excellent ride! It was me and my daughter and my brother and his wife.
Shuttle was inexpensive, company very good at communication. I recieved email and Viator instructions on who to look for. We did shared shuttle. Nice large van which was air conditioned. Best service was the lady that met us saw i forgot my backpack purse when i took off my jacket and left behind as i rolled suitcase away. As driver guided us to van she came running with it. Having traveled to 45 countries and managed to keep my passport on me at all times...was horrified at my gaff and so happy for this employee for helping me! Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Your friendly staff member was waiting for us and called me by name as soon as we stepped out of the exit door. The driver was very friendly and the car was clean.

Charged extra at airport because of my luggage! It was a van that wasn’t full. Luggage was a bike that took up roughly the same space as other passengers pieces of luggage.
They will take you to the front door for sure. They were polite and courteous and corresponded with us the whole way to the resort.

I paid $11 one way to my destination. It was a shared ride so they wait to fill up the entire van before leaving the airport but once we got going, the stops were made pretty quickly.

Well trustworthy, easy to spot at the airport. Clean and safe cars. Time I got off the plane got my bags to the hotel was under an hour.
Easy pick up and drop off tip upon arrival — keep walking through the hallway of timeshares the pick up is outside
Great! My flight was delayed by two hours and they were still there waiting to pick us up as we exited. It's was much faster than buying after arrival.

Let them look for the staff with the clothing of and the Enterprise logo. Although for me I like VAT transport a little fast, but I imagine that is how they drive in that area.
