Cozumel Airport Round-trip Shared Shuttle Service

Very nice. We enjoyed the ease to find and get our transportation. We would use them again. I hope the trip back to the airport is as easy.

We had the pleasure to be in contact with Carlos Reberto Alpizar Quezada who was our Mexico Travel Solution representative. He was absolutely wonderful. My sister and I had missed our connecting flight to Cozumel, because of delay from original flight. I sent a text to Carlos to explain our situation and he told me to let him know our change plans to getting to Cozumel Mexico. I advised Carlos we will be taking the Fairy from Playa Del Carmen to reach Cozumel Mexico and gave him our time of arrival. This time was much later than our initial arrival time, but he let me know that don't worry about going to Airport, he would have someone meet us at the Cozumel Fairy pier. This happened to be his coworker Monica. Once we meet her, she made sure to get use our transportation to Occidental Cozumel resort. We were in a strange country, but the communication between these two people was outstanding and made us feel better that we would finally reach our destination. Their customer service was very pleasant and appreciated. I felt that they went above and beyond and we can't thank them enough. We finally met Carlos the next morning, for we had to go to airport to retrieve our luggage. We made arrangements with Carlos and we booked an excursion through him. Carlos was very detailed on who was picking us up for airport and for excursion. For the pickup to airport is where we meet Angle, so we can get our luggage. Again, we experienced friendliness and great customer service. Angle was aware that we had a round trip ticket back to resort. He offered to wait for us once we retrieved our luggage, this way we did not have to go and look for mts representative. This was a tremendous jester and one we accepted. The three people I mentioned showed above and beyond wonderful and outstanding customer service skills. Koodos to all of them! I would recommend this transportation service to all going to Cozumel Mexico.

Was grateful to be able to set up a shuttle prior to our leaving our home so i knew we would have a ride from the airport to our hotel. Driver was pleasant. Van was hot however and we had to wait to leave until they found other folks who needed a ride to fill up the van.

Friendly people. A lady checked is off of her list & we took 10 steps to the shuttle. I would book here again.

Excellent and quick service in a clean and comfortable car. We waited for maybe 15 minutes for the shared ride transportation, but in the end had a car just for us. Worth the wait. Always tip your driver.

When I booked this it was for 4 people ( private) When we arrived we are crammed into a van. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to be contacted in regards.

It was easy to find the Viator rep when we exited the airport. They had us loaded and on the road quickly. Our driver was very pleasant and delivered us to our resort in the estimated time. It was a great experience for transportation and we would use Viator again and would recommend them.

The service did exactly what they agreed to. Airport pickup: They were easy to find at the airport. They arranged return pick up time before we left the airport. Hotel pickup: They arrived 5 minutes before scheduled at my hotel for return service. Great Value - highly recommend!!

I paid for a round trip and I was disappointed that on my departure date they did not show up and were not answering their phones : I had to get a taxi at the last minute which cost me an extra $20 / would really like a refund to my account Don’t count o them for departure

This was a terrible experience. Not only did I have to wait almost 30 mins, I was the last one dropped off so that was another hour before making it to the resort. I paid for roundtrip so please refund the remaining amount. I will find another way to the airport.

Very easy to reserve and pay for. The rate charged for 2 people round trip from airport to hotel and back was very reasonable. Driver was on time, courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and would use again.

We had a good experience. It was easy to locate the shuttle at airport. Convenient, friendly, timely and the price was good!

Per a recommendation from previous travelers, we pre-booked and paid for round trip airport/resort shuttle service through MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) to ALLEGRO. Our shuttle from the airport to the resort (12/31/25) was prompt, clean, and tour friendly. As per instructed, we made arrangements for our return service for 1/4/26 with instructions to be at the front desk fifteen minutes before our service pickup at noon. When our shuttle had not arrived by 12:15 at Allegro, the resort helped make phone calls to MTS. Since no shuttle arrived to pick us up, our resort was able to immediately procure a taxi for our family of 6. Upon our arrival to the airport, an MTS representative met us and informed us that there had been a scheduling issue. According to their schedule, they were not supposed to pick us up until April (4/4/26). The rep offered to pay for our taxi. However, since our taxi was less than we prepaid MTS and I wanted to ensure that our taxi driver received his full amount, I declined and requested a refund for our return service from MTS. The MTS rep agreed to make that happen. As of 1/17/2026, and after reaching out to the MTS company, we still have no partial refund and no further response from MTS. Disappointed, I will most likely use a different service on our next visit.

Overcrowding in shutttle.. no A/C. Or if there was A/C so many people in van you didn’t feel it. The two stars are for the driver who was nice and courteous..
