Cozumel Airport Private Transfer By Car

The representative was where I was told they would be and it was only a few minutes before we were in a car

I had my tickets in hand and kept getting passed from line to line Because they didn’t know where to send us. Paid for a private shuttle to resort for 2 people. Ended up in a long line having to wait for a car.

Service was outstanding! I’d recommend them to anyone. We’ve been coming to Cozumel for years but had never used Viator until this month.

I would recommend this service! Communication was great, they gave clear instructions on how to find them so locating them outside the Cozumel airport doors was easy and the transfer to our resort was quick.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive. With 'private' car reservations and providing my air travel timing and flight information, I expected my car to be readily available. But the driver was very nice and drove well. The vehicle was comfortable.

It was easy to identify the staff based on the directions provided. It took about 15 minutes from the time I identified myself until a car was ready for me. I expected the card to be ready sooner since I provided my flight time and information of arrival. The ride was smooth, with good air conditioning and the driver was extremely pleasant.

The driver didn't show up. I followed all the instructions listed and there were no drivers or representatives present from this company. My flight was only arrival at the time and I was the very first person through immigration/customs. There were absolutely no employees present matching the description/signage provided. This is probably a scam. Look elsewhere. Viator has also refused my refund request.

The driver was very professional. The car was clean and we were assisted with luggage. However, we expected a driver to be waiting for us at the airport. Instead Mexico Travel Solutions arranges for the taxi after you check in with them. We waited a long time and there were at least three other parties using this serve who were waiting ahead of us before our ride became available. This additional delay was particularly frustrating at the Cozumel airport where there are extremely long lines and wait times to first clear immigration and customs.

We missed our connection, Viator didn`t make any problems with it and just update our return to the next day, without any additional fees or questions.

It was ok. Alittle confusion on wanting to see departure time. When it should be on website when you book it instead of emailing them. And then they don't have it.

It was a little unclear how to find our driver. We had to wait a bit, but driver was friendly had a nice cold car and promptly drove us to our resort.

The car was super clean and comfortable The driver's attention was very good, I recommend reading the routes carefully since the arrival points are somewhat confusing
