Cheapst Shared Cozushutle From Cozumel Airport 2 Hotel In Cozumel

We prepaid for our trip to the resort and return to the airport. No problems getting to the resort, but they would not honor the prepay for the return trip to the airport with absolutely no explanation that made sense. In the "green checked" area, it says the reservation cannot be changed, but it does state "Once you set pick up time and date for return transfer from hotel to airport with our airport representative there will be no changes on pick up time or date due to logistic problems". Prepaid should have said it all, but they refused to honor the ticket, and we had to pay a taxi to return to the airport. This is called DISHONESTY. Why would it let you choose a pickup spot if it really wasn't available as an option. There were 3 Cozu-shuttles at the resort at the time we had to pay for a taxi, but they refused our ticket.

DO NOT PRE-BOOK SERVICES. WE prepaid for return trip to the airport and they refused to take us. Rip off, take a taxi.

Overall great experience. Van was ready for us when we arrived. Clean and comfortable van. Had also booked return service and the van arrived on time and again was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend as was very reasonably priced.

The vehicles were right outside the airport and easy to locate. People were available and willing to help. Waited 5-10 minutes before leaving, and the trip was smooth. Would use them again for sure.

Finding the driver was easy and quick, and the whole experience was great. Van was comfortable and driver was friendly.

We have used this service before and have never had a problem. There’s always several of their vans waiting outside the airport. One just must remember if you pick the shared shuttle it means you may not get dropped off first because you might be sharing the van with people from different hotels on the island. The drivers are always very courteous and they do their best to get you to the hotel as quickly as possible ☺️. I highly recommend their services!

The ride was right outside the main airport doors. The representative took care of you in a friendly manor.

Friendly staff greeted us in the crowd of people to direct us where we met a very friendly driver that took care of us well. He was a safe and calm driver through very heavy traffic. We arrived at our hotel and he helped with luggage with a smile.

Smooth ride but felt the company should have had a rep in the airport to meet you,it was several vendors trying to get you to ride with them 1st this was very confusing, entering a foreign country.have the rep inside the airport.

Reasonably easy transaction. But, I think the taxi is cheaper for 4 persons. We had to wait 30 mins for the 11 person van to fill up before they’d leave, kinda annoying…

Just as described. Met us outside the terminal immediately moved us to our vehicle and straight to the resort without delay.

Arrived Saturday with my family. We had to find them in the airport. Then they left my 86 year old mother's wheelchair at the airport where she got out of it. It was clearly marked it was hers. When we arrived at the resort we realized we didn't have it and told the driver immediately. He said they would bring it but never did. Someone found it and returned to it to the airlines. Our hotel was kind enough to contact them and find out where it was. I had to pay 60 in taxi fares to retrieve it in person from the airlines. Will never use this company again. I had to pay alot for their mistake not to mention wasting my time and worrying that we lost it. It could have been solved so easily by the company if the would have just brought it to us since it was their mistake. I also tried to message the company with NO response. I would give less than 1 star.

I would highly recommend this service as an option to travel around Cozumel. Affordable, fast, and reliable. Air conditioned van with driver who drove safely. My flight arrived early and they were there waiting.

We travel all day and then we just want to get to our resort and begin vacation. Transportation prices from the Cozumel are a racket. It’s massively overpriced for a taxi. We have used the $11 per person shared shuttle before but yesterday was incredibly annoying. We were the first into our van. We had to wait 35 minutes for 4 more groups and didn’t leave until every seat was packed full. The air conditioning was on but the back was open and the driver stood back there waiting to load the luggage, so it was hot and frustrating. Then we finally leave the airport and proceed to drop off ALL the other people before we finally got to our resort. We always stay at Iberostar and it’s the southernmost hotel on the island, so it would be nice if just once the shuttle would deliver us FIRST and then work back up towards town. Next time I think we will walk off airport property to get a decently priced taxi. A private car from the airport is $70, and it’s just an old taxi

The transition from airport to transfer was good, not flawless. Waited a bit for the whole can to be full but that was ok. I think that it was well worth the lack of stress to get to the resort. More company people with green shirts to facilitate getting from customs to the van would help.

The shuttle from the airport was easy to locate, we got to our hotel fairly quickly & easily. The van wasn’t crowded and was comfortable.

Enjoyed using this service. Good company on our trip to Iberostar Waves Cozumel. Because we shared the ride, we were able to get a glimpse of other resorts in the area.

Boarding process a bit chaotic but van was clean and air-conditioner was working. Driver was excellent. We got in during parade prep so half of the town was closed. Nevertheless drivers found the way to our hotel and we got an unexpected town tour as a bonus.

This shuttle was just okay- I had read in other reviews that they group people into shuttles by the different parts of the island- so I had assumed we'd be dropping people off in somewhat the same location, however, we had to drop people all over the island fighting terrible traffic in town (despite our hotel being on the other side of the island). We were the last to be dropped off. We got to our hotel safely, but from sitting in the van at the airport for nearly 30 minutes waiting for more passengers and once we left it taking a about an hour and a half to get to our hotel we were pretty fed up.

Our plane was delayed but it caused no problem as this service had multiple vehicles and drivers on hand just outside the airport exit doors. The only thing I would mention is that the description I read stated the Hertz counter was the meeting location which is located inside the airport but I showed them my confirmation and they directed us outside where the multiple drivers & cars were located. The driver was very nice and we left within about 10 minutes of getting into the vehicle as it is a shared ride so they did wait to load another family but the van only held 9-10 people so it amounted to only 1 stop prior to ours. I would highly recommend this company and I always recommend pre-arranged airport pick up to avoid all of the sales people who are located on either side of your exit out of the airport clamoring for your attention to sell you excursions and transportation.

Easy, reliable and affordable. They were right there when you walk out of the terminal and they picked us up from the resort to take us back to the airport at the exact time they said they would be there. The van was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Fair price for a shared shuttle. Left quickly in maybe 10 min. Look your on a shuttle with other people excited to start their vacation, so its a fun positive experience. Everyone is happy

Everyone was friendly and eager to ensure that you got to your destination. We chose the shared shuttle and although full, the van’s were fairly new and very clean. The driver was courteous on the road and got everyone to their distination safely.

The team is terrible. They struggle to communicate with their own operators to confirm simple details about shuttle transfer booking. Then they like to talk about their no refund policy even when they mess up. Please avoid them.

Not very organized. Felt like quite a few larger groups went ahead of us until I complained that we were not being taken care of.

We thought we would be in a car with other travelers, but was given a ride with just my husband. The driver was courteous and got us safely and quickly to our resort.

When I booked I paid for shared shuttle round trip and informed was only one way! From airport to hotel and then wanting me to book trip from hotel to airport with additional charges! When booked was said to be round trip but not honouring this!! Disappointing!!
