The best part of our trip! Angel our driver provided us with exactly what we wanted to do as we wanted a shorter 3 hour version. It was a perfect tour of the island and we stopped at many spots and along the way Angel provided us in detail information and answered my many questions! Thanks for a great tour!

Bernardo was absolutely exceptional—one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every conversation engaging and meaningful. He truly went above and beyond, even driving all the way across the island so our family could enjoy the beach. He also introduced us to some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had—an unforgettable experience! When we were worried about getting back to our cruise ship on time, he reassured us and made sure everything went smoothly—we made it back with time to spare. Because of Bernardo, our visit to Cozumel became a highlight of our trip. We’d come back just to tour with him again!

We booked and were excited for the Mayan tour. However we were taken on a beach tour that we were not dressed or prepared for so the whole day was a complete bust.

Unable to make the tour🥹 our ship docked late, the meet up point was at the next pier over. 35 minute walk. By the time we finally made it to the meet up point, tour had left. Not sure why the meet up point wasn't at the pier that we docked at🥹 no way in predicting the ship would be running late.

Angel was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and was flexible with what we wanted to do. This tour is a great way to see the island!

We had a great experience with Sightseeing Cozumel. Our tour guide was a very friendly and knowledgeable young man—unfortunately, I don’t recall his name (ticket #10406). He was courteous, patient, and never rushed us through any of the sites. We truly enjoyed the tour and appreciated how relaxed and informative it was. Highly recommend!

Bernardo (Bernie) was an excellent guide and made our time in Cozumel really special. He has been a local guide for 15 years and showed us a beautiful beach spots that we would never have found on our own, helped us take great photos along the way, and provided a perfectly smooth and comfortable chauffeuring experience throughout the tour. What really set Bernardo apart was his knowledge of Mayan culture and local history. He shared fascinating insights about the Mayan heritage of the region and even explained aspects of the Mayan language (which he speaks), which added a lot of meaning and context to everything we saw. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive, making sure we were enjoying ourselves the entire time without ever feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a local guide who knows the area well and genuinely cares about giving guests an authentic and memorable experience, I highly recommend Bernardo.

Excellent experience due to our guide Bernardo, who makes us feel the history and the culture of the Mayas. The ride was comfortable and smooth. Highly reccomended

Bernardo was a knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and flexible guide. He took us to the Mayan Cacao Company, Punta Sur Eco Park, Chen Rio, tequila tasting, and a few other stops. If we had more time we would have gone to a cenote. All of this was plenty, though. Give yourself lots of time to enjoy Punta Sur: the crocodiles, coati, birds, beach, and history. Bernardo drove safely and got us to our destinations on time, and communicated well about how much time we had at each location and how to find him. Cold bottled water and an amazing lunch on the beach were provided. He also gave us some history about the island, showed us the neighborhoods, and was welcomed by all the people we encountered at each location. Highly recommend! We were lucky to meet him.

Cozumel buggy tour was awesome and authentic. Bernie was our guide and he did an amazing job of listening to what we were interested in seeing and made sure we had plenty of water and our belongings were safe at all the stops. He even showed us the turtle nests and told us about the preserve which both my sister in law and I love turtles. Really cool experience all around we had a blast. Bernie with Charle Adventures was amazing. His history of the island is outstanding. He was extremely attentive and flexible with our itinerary. We highly recommend him, anyone wanting a private tour would be very lucky to have him as their guide.

Miguel was the best! Fluent im english and spanish! Took his time, made it personal and unique to what we wanted to do! Two ladies who felt totally safe. He waited while we shopped and took us to local places for the best prices!!

Carolina the tour lady was awesome! She took us around the island and made different stops so we were able to take pictures, do some shopping, visit the cenote, the tequila manufacture and ended the tour at playa tortuga where we ended having lunch and enjoyed the water for a couple hours. Overall my family and I enjoyed the tour and definitely I would book again with the company and Carolina as our tour lady!

Overall fun experience!! Our driver Alejandro was amazing!!! He knows his history behind all of cozumel! One thing i was a bit upset with, is the car we were given had a bad battery. So we would get stuck everytime we’d stop. But they still came and picked us up and got us back on time to our destination in another car No Problem at all!! I definitely do want to come back to Cozumel, and i will recommend these guys to everybody that comes!

Antonio was our tour guide and took the BEST care of us and even took awesome photos of us while we were there! Every stop was good, he was so knowledgeable and professional it was a 10/10 experience with the best tour guide. We also had the best mojitos we’ve ever had, made using a molcajete The jeep had a loose battery terminal but luckily he handled it quickly and we were off to our next stop. We’d definitely come back and request the same guide that’s how great an experience we all had

It was amazing we had a guy named Danial drive with us around and he made it so much fun, he also took a lot of pictures or us and also kept our phones with him so they were safe, all thru out he would make sure that we were safe. It was so fun, I enjoyed this time…
