Best Parasailing Cozumel + Beach + Locker

I do not recommend this parasailing company. When my boyfriend and I arrived to the excursion we were told to hang out for a few minutes so they could communicate with the captain to make sure he was ready to complete our 3 pm parasailing. After a few minutes, one of the workers came back and said the captain canceled the parasailing due to the weather, which we can understand. The upsetting part was apparently the captain already notified them around 2:30 that the weather for the rest of the day would not be good for parasailing and that all booked excursions would be canceled. So the worker already knew parasailing was canceled, but did not notify us via the app or even immediately when we arrived. They tried to offer us jet skis instead, but if the weather was too bad for parasailing, I don’t know if jet skiing was a safe offer. It took us another 30 minutes of waiting to get a refund that is still being processed. Something about the experience seems a little fishy to us.

We highly recommend using this excursion if you are visiting Cozumel! Professional staff and fun and exciting time parasailing over the gorgeous Cozumel beach. It’s right next to some of the bigger beach clubs but exact same experience! Will be back for sure. We did a couples parasailing trip!!!

Such an amazing area with so much to do. Everything was right there. We had a great time, especially snorkeling.

Three of us went to parasail and had a blast!! The boat captain Fernando was very knowledgeable and took us to see some amazing views. Pablo explained everything well and kept us safe getting up In the air and back down to the boat. We had so much fun!!

Slow check in when details where clearly listed in reservation. And once on biat the floor was extremely hot and we told the captain not to pull off and that all 5 of us needed our shoes and he replied you will be OK. Pissed us OFF! However they did eventually stop and brought us our shoes.

Made this outside our cruise excursions offered. Viator we used in Ireland. Parasailing outfit made things smooth. Maria at the beach made it easy. Our pick up was right at the beach. Boat driver kept us in his sights as well as the others the whole time for each twosome group. There were 4. The instructions were well understood. As a first timer…. INCREDIBLE view of the ocean below and the sky above!!! The 15 minutes in the air was good. If it’s on your list of things to do or want to do, enjoy this opportunity and enjoy the ride. Didn’t spend time at location. Went back to town where cruise ship was and had lunch.

We had a great experience with this group. They were responsive to emails and very friendly. Our parasailing had to be cancelled due to high winds, so we converted it to jet skiing. The only thing is I wish they would have notified us in the morning before we arrived, so we could have planned to wear swimsuits since we'd be on jet skis.

Well worth the trip. Once in a life time opportunity and was absolutely amazing. You don't realize you are flying

This location is on a private beach which is not included in the original price, it was 20$ per person so it was not bad and we did not mind paying that for the accommodations. The captain of the boat and helper were great, they took pictures and even videoed it for us. Looked to be very organized and the equipment looked to be in good shape. They did break something while setting up but it was not something that would stop the show. All in all it was a great experience

$40 taxi added to the cost to & from. The boat did not take us up very high. I have been parasailing three times previously: nicer boats, much higher heights, & a bar to grab onto once you come back in to land on your feet. No bar. The advertisement said 15 minutes. I have videos of start to finish on the 2 pairs. My daughter & her boyfriend were up 9 minutes total from take off to landing. Mine & the couple before us were 10-12 minutes total. The first pair I used my cell phone time, & they were short on their time too. So, I made sure to record the next two for proof of shortened durations. The beach is not that great. This package does include the use of their beach, but NOT their chairs or umbrellas. Lockers were included. Which I appreciated. There are two open showers, but a long line to rinse off. I have been to Paradise Beach, which is right next door & apparently all-inclusive, according to taxi drivers. They asked me why I chose San Francisco Beach? I told them I had booked it online through a reputable company, Viator. They just shook their heads. I can say they have a good refund policy, as I amended mine from six to four. The other two did not want to pay the $80 plus taxi ride. I’m glad they didn’t! There are many more that include transportation & are all-inclusive. I do not recommend this company for parasailing. I was very disappointed this company didn’t meet the advertisement, nor my expectations. I would suggest researching better than I did for Cozumel. Our group used Cleve’s Tour in Roatan, Honduras for a Cultural Tour package. This was by far a better experience. They called for a driver when we arrived, were prompt, air conditioning, and so much more for less this price we paid for this parasailing. “Best Parasailing in Cozumel “…absolutely not! The other three first timers had nothing to compare it to, but I certainly did. Disappointed-

We had a great time on this excursion! The people operating the boat helped us feel calm and reassured that they knew what they were doing. The ride didn’t feel too short, it was a good length of time to enjoy flying in the sky. The view was incredible.

Went a bit earlier and appreciated much that they were able to accommodate myself and my partner, customer service is a 10, great job at explaining what to expect. Amazingggg experience worth every penny and more

Paragliding was a blast. It was easy to get a taxi from the cruise terminal. Don’t arrive early unless you want to spend a lot of money. The resort charges $25 a plate for lunch. Everyone involved wants a tip. I’m all for tipping the paragliding folks but it seemed like everyone else wanted a tip after I spent $250 for a cold lunch.

Was a great experience! I definitely recommend taking a waterproof phone case. They will let you take it up parasailing for your own videos and photos free of charge. You will always have access to the pool for the day.

the weather was cloudy but still worth it! we got to see all shades of blue from up there, it's super calm and relaxing. the crew was very friendly as well. definitely recommend 100% do it again

We had a great time parasailing with our two grandsons (15,17). We are 70, 71. The team was professional and used safe practices. It's a smaller boat than we went on last time. There were 8 besides the crew of us. We would do it again.

A great experience, good balance is helpful when getting hooked up to the parachute while standing on the back of the boat.

This was our first time parasailing in Cozumel and it was a great experience. Our original date had to be moved due to port conditions and the communication was very accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience riding jet skis at San Francisco Beach club on Cozumel. The staff there were very kind and professional, it was great communicating with them. Ernesto processed our trip and it was great working with him. Water was warm, wide open space to ride, beautiful views. Fabio was excellent taking pictures for us. The hour was plenty long enough and reasonably priced.

It was our first cruise and our first time parasailing and we absolutely enjoyed it. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Unfortunately we had a rainy and clouding experience. Our two guys were professional and did a good job, but seemed rushed and those factors took some of the fun out of it. Otherwise minus the weather….you get access to the beach club which we didn’t know when we booked and the locker was nice. We would have booked an earlier time slot if we knew we could spend the day using the beach club amenities.

Absolutely unforgettable! The parasailing experience in Cozumel was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The crew was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. The views were breathtaking — crystal-clear turquoise water, vibrant reefs, and stunning coastline as far as you could see. The ride itself was smooth, peaceful, and so much Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cozumel and looking for an adventure with incredible views. We would 100% do this again!

Parasailing and friendly guides made for a wonderful experience! It was a nice activity and easy landing back. A little bit on the pricier side but you get a bucket list item off your plate

Absolutely perfect! No problems whatsoever! We were actually late arriving because we were on skip time instead of local (oops)…. They were really cool about it and we went right away. The experience is absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!

Nestor is the best boat captain and gives an amazing ride- better than Hawaii You need to take a taxi to San Francisco private beach for this experience You will be charged $20 more to get in the ocean

Everything was great from arrival until departure. The excursion was excellent! It rained but they were very accommodating until the weather cleared. Mariella was very helpful. The beach area was nice and well kept. I will definitely do again.

We were late booking on Carnival for their parasailing excursion. We searched online and got a satisfactory review from other cruise goers to Chose San Francisco Beach Fun and parasailing. We were the first to arrive. The beach just opened and we were allowed to enjoy all the amenities for a flat $20. The palapa’s, cabana’s, chairs , umbrella’s access to their swimming pool, restaurant, lockers, this was incredible. The parasailing was $75 each. And although not a true adrenaline type experience. It was beautiful, quiet, the view was worth a thousand words. We launched off the boat from a sitting position stayed airborne for nearly 20 minutes or more. Upon returning to the beach we were welcomed back. Took pictures of the staff and relaxed for a tad. No one ever asked for a tip but we felt like family

We purchased on line. We arrived and everything was great. This was my family's first time parasailing. We were nervous at first but it wasn't nothing to it. Everything went really smoothly. We can't wait to try again.

This was an amazing experience. It was an added bonus that we got to jetski to the boat! We got up so high and the view was beautiful. They even dipped our feet in the water when we were coming down. Very easy to get to by taxi. All around great experience!

If coming from port, find a taxi and tell them to take you to San Francisco Beach. Taxi ride $18 one way. They check you in at the front as soon as you arrive. $20 extra if you want to stay after parasailing. Staff were polite, helpful, and fun. I enjoyed my time there. FYI…parasailing is not for the weak!

It was amazing! In just a few minutes we were out on the water and in the air. I’ve never seen water so blue. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was safe, and very fun.

Amazing experience! As a first time, the guides helped me calm down and ensured my safety. For easy direction, tell your driver to take to to San Francisco beach club. Thinking about doing it again before I leave.

We arrived at the San Francisco Beach Club and were greeted at the front, then led to the beach and invited to have a seat to wait for the staff to arrange our excursion. We were offered water, expecting it to be included since we had $650.00 for our excursions booked at this place, only to be charged $5.00 per bottle of water. On the day we were booked, it was windy, so the venue said parasailing would not be available. We were offered sea-doos. for 30 minutes instead. We felt like there was a bait and switch and were not offered an option of a refund. Not knowing if we declined the sea-doo offer if we would receive a refund, we agreed to the sea-doo option. Once we got to the sea-doos, we were informed that there were restrictions on travel area and direction. Because of the directed route of travel, wind and swells, the experience was rough and not enjoyable.
