Our guide, Kevin was so kind and helpful. We were traveling with our 88 year old father in law with dementia and Kevin was so patient with him. He shared some local treats with us that he bought and even showed us his village. The mango tunnels were beautiful and so unique too!

Great place and very affordable. Loved it and had all that I was looking for. Very satisfied!!
Such an amazingly low price for beach resort access with chairs, umbrella, kayak, padeboard and snorkel gear including! So many inflatable water slides, we exhausted ourselves trying them all! The staff, especially Kevin, showed us to our spot on the beach, took our drink and food orders, ensured we knew where everything was ie restrooms, lockers, outdoor showers etc. Everyone was so friendly. It was very apparent that customer satisfaction was their goal! MUST DO!!
10/10 experience! Would recommend and come again! The price point was very good and my kids had a blast.
Easy checking. Sand smooth and water clean
The place is awesome but the food is really expensive. $22 for small chicken quesadilla. Food for 2 people a only 2 drinks $ 77. A family of 4 can easily go to $200 for 1 meal.
Crowded early in the day, so they run low on equipment because people keep it with them. But by noonish - all as advertised; free snorkel, standing paddleboards, kayaks, chairs & umbrellas. Also pool was well maintained. Lots of beach hawkers with knock off merch, cigars & massages. Best for families with kids.
Perfect Day. Beach is not the greatest but Cozumel beaches are all very similar. Food & service was great and reasonably priced. Thank you!
We visited Cozumel because of the seaweed issues at Playa del Carmen. The water is much cleaner and clearer. San Francisco beach club was just ok. For the $20 charge you get average loungers partially covered with trees/umbrella. The loungers have a thick foam which traps heat so not ideal if you're looking to spend a lot of time on them. They're also a bit run down. The pool is in a bad state so not something I'd recommend. The change rooms and ladies washrooms are clean. The men's washroom isn't. Food and drink from outside are not allowed forcing you to buy from their over priced menu. Snorkeling equipment is reused from customer to customer so definitely not an option. The kayaks, paddleboards and floaties in the water are fun. Taxi ride is a bit longer than expected (about it 20 minutes from the ferry terminal) and costs $20 for 4 people. Note they only take cash- better to keep exact as they may not have change in USD.
Had to turn around a leave because the beach was a mountain of seaweed- couldn’t even see water, we were extremely disappointed
The beach was nice. Staff gets a little pushy selling stuff but besides that we had a good time. The food prices were resonable.
Great beach day with kids. They had a blast playing on the inflatables on the beach, they also swam in the pool for a little bit. It cost $20 each way from cruise port. Family of 4 total cost for taxi and beach chairs & umbrella was $100. It did not include food or drink, but it was available for purchase. I think the cost was fair.
We experienced smiling faces and great service thru out the day. The beach and facilities were clean and well maintained.
Great experience for me and my family for the price! The kids definitely enjoyed themselves. As a travel agent as well I would definitely recommend this beach.
Everyone was welcoming and traveling with two boys under 13 we felt very safe. Clean facilities and prices were as expected.
Overall this place was great! We had a great time on the beach and our waiter Miguel was excellent. There’s massages, shopping, inflatables, kayaks, parasailing and much more to choose from. Great snorkeling at the pier past PB if you bring your gear. My only complaint was the front lady. She tried to argue with me about our reservation and said she needed to make sure we didn’t need to pay any more!! I told her I had paid for my ticket and threatened to cancel and she let us right in.
Been to over 20 Caribbean islands. I had the time of my life in Cozumel!!
Plenty to do. We had loungers and umbrellas right by the water. The wait staff was attentive. Plenty of water toys to play with.
I will definitely come back to that place. Beach was nice and food amazing. Water activities for kids and adults
Excellent value if just wanting to enjoy a fun-filled beach day. If you have a family that is eating and drinking the overall cost increases dramatically (prices for food and drink are extremely high). Staff was excellent and beach was nice. Pictures are a bit misleading because they show inflatables from neighboring clubs which you are not allowed to use during your stay. Also, lots of add-ons available like jet ski, parasail, massage, and shopping but prices again are very high.
Im not sure if it’s a bad time to be at the beaches in Mexico during summer but the water was disgusting. We’ve been to Cozumel before and have gone to several different beaches and the water was decent. This visit was disappointing. The staff at the beach club were great and we were seated right in front of the water which was nice! The water toys and things were also a great addition. Overall I recommend the beach club and I’m hoping there was just something going on and making the water so dirty. I’d recommend the beach club but have reservations about the quality of the water/beach at certain times.
This place was a lot of fun! Short taxi ride from the port. Taxis were $5 per person one way. The beach was clean. The kids had a blast on the inflatables. We loved the availability of kayaks and paddle boards too, which are included in the price. Each beach chair also had a float to use in the water. There were plenty of umbrellas. The food was expensive. Fajitas were around $25pp. Chips and salsa was about $11pp. We was a group of 8 so that was a little pricey. There was also a nice clean large pool but we were having so much fun on the beach we didn’t even notice the pool until we were ready to leave. There are showers available to wash the sand off. And plenty of taxis on standby in the parking lot when you’re ready to go back to the port.
Not bad for the money, but I would pay a lil more for a more cleaner looking beach, service was decent. the pool was nice
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The are was very clean and organized. They issue color wrist bands to know who belong to which section of the beach. Well managed. The wait staff was very on point with our order.
Everything was good. From jet ski , banana boat to the obstacle course. Family members did parasailing as well.
exceptional service exceptional facilities we had a great time
We met out Private Snorkel excursion there which was wonderful. However, the person who meets you from the taxi and coordinates wrist bands for the beach club had an attitude from the time we got there to the time we left. Very rude, not nice to women, and poor communication. DO NOT PRE-PAY your taxi!!! The Snorkel excursion, captain, and guide were delightful, but this man put a negative vide on our good snorkel day.
Facilities were run down and could use a "face lift" Not their fault, but beach water was dirty, so the only way to cool off was the crowded pool. Kids were jumping, splashing and screming.
Best overall beach floats, paddle boards and kayaks included. Searched several beaches nearby. Good food, a bit pricey. Not much beach sand space. But definitely would go back..👍
Lovely beach club if you want a more relaxed place to spend time on the island. We did arrive later and only had 2 hours left as the club closed at 5pm so recommend coming earlier. We only got the standard entry so had to pay for snacks and drinks but it was ok and we enjoyed it.
The beach was a bit crowded but they did deliver on all of their promises. My family had a great time using the inflatables and the sea kayaks. It was a very inexpensive beach day excursion. I would recommend for families with school age kids. Lots of cute photo opportunities on the beach.
Very easy to find. Maybe better directions to pick up place from ship. The kids loved the beach. The driver was very helpful.
This was a really good deal in our opinion. You have access to a beautiful beach, bathrooms, and there are lots of fun activities in the water that are included too.
Good beach club but only 3 stars due to the excessive noise from the beach club next door which had speakers on full blast - everything was broadcast loud and clear from Bingo calling to Shots shots shots for the party guests - we went on a Sunday and changed our sunbeds to try to move away from the excessive noise - this is of course outside of San Francisco control but it had a detrimental impact on our visit - despite that we enjoyed the beach facilities and all the inflatables in the sea to use which was fun
Beautiful beach, good food & drinks and a tremendous value… what more can you ask for?!?! Quick taxi ride from the port for those cruising and what I REALLY loved was you not only get beach access and chairs for the entry price but you also get kayaks, snorkeling gear and there’s a floating playground with many slides and floating objects to use for both kids and adults! Highly recommend this place 10/10! And the service is great too, no long waits for your food or drinks which was surprising!
All staff was amazing. My massage was very good value for money and they really helped relieve some stubborn knots without me even asking. And our waiter Eric was so nice and took such good care of us. Was such a great little spot with floats, mariachi, and Santiago the parrot as well. A perfect beach break on our holiday.
A great day at a lovely beach in Cozumel. Staff was very friendly and attentive, food and drinks were very good, the water obstacle course and mattresses was great! Some of our party enjoyed parasailing and others the massage options. Easy taxi pick up at the end of the day.
The beach club could use to be cleaner. The pool and bathrooms could be cleaner. My daughter would not even get in the pool. The ocean toys were a blast!. The food was good, but expensive.
This beach experience is absolutely AMAZING!! From the water activities to the food.. the price of it all is AWESOME I will definitely be back with more family and friends
Perfect for kids! About a 20 min drive from Punta Langosta (the cruise port). If you have a family of 5+ be prepared to pay $40 for a taxi each way (cash only). My boys loved this beach with all the inflatables, the kayaks, the sand toys. This was certainly a highlight for them out of our cruise experience. For my husband and I, we got to play like kids again! Plus we enjoyed drinks and delicious lunch. Would recommend for anyone with kids who want to have a memorable experience.
This is one that we will definitely come back for as long as it's available. It's about a 15 minute taxi ride from the pier. At the time of writing this (April 2026) it was $18 each way so account for that before going. We got there and was escorted to our chairs. We didn't have an umbrella so we asked for one and no problem! The seaweed was to a minimum and there were ample floats and inflatables. My 6 year old daughter had a blast! There are some vendors that try to get you to buy something but a simple firm no will work. Food and drinks are pricey but they have to make up for the low entrance cost somewhere. I don't drink alcohol so a virgin Pina Colada ran me about $9. That's all we needed while we were there. Most of the time was in the water. Bring your own towels that's a must and if you do order something or receive a service, please tip. That's how they make a majority of their wages. We will be back for sure!
Our Day Pass provided beach chairs with an umbrella along with access to the inflatables anchored in the water and kayaks. The Beach Club frontage is small relative to the number of visitors. We did use the kayaks and climbed the inflatables. Use area for the kayaks is somewhat restricted (for safety I presume) causing some congestion. We didn't enter the swimming pool as we were there to enjoy the beach.
By the time you pay a taxi you prob be better off doing an all inclusive. Love the beach and activities
This beach is beautiful and has tons of activities for kids. Unfortunately we did not bring any. The beach is clean and relaxing when the children are not screaming. Additionally the price for food and drinks were more like Florida prices than Mexico. We paid close to $20 for a plate of Nachos. I would expect this to be under $20 in Mexico.
The food I ordered was way over priced. I ordered cheese fries in 80 degree weather and they were cold and the cheese was even colder. Complained and they didn't seem to care. Not much beach space because it's covered to chairs. I did like that they had kayaks and snorkel masks.
Great place to take a family to the beach. This beach is about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from the cruise port. We had good service, beach chairs and table. There were many plastic blow up beach toys that my 11 year old granddaughter enjoyed. I would highly recommend.
It was the highlight of my vacation! Amazing food , great service , great drinks and so many water activities!! The best part was our beach massage. I highly recommend! You can’t get better for the price.
We had an excellent day at this beach in Cozumel. It offered everything we were looking for from water sports to water equipment to rafts beach chairs.
It was easy to get to from the cruise port taking a taxi. The food was pretty pricey. We ordered an appetizer(guac and chips) and 5 non alcoholic drinks and it was $60. Eat before you go, bring water and avoid buying food. Beach was very private and the inflatables were fun.
A quick 10-15 min taxi ride ($18 USD) from the International Pier. We were escorted to our prebooked beach chairs. Each set of chairs has an umbrella. Beach was very busy. Lots of inflatables in water to use. Kayaks and SUPS included. Food was very good but expensive. Bathrooms were not the best but overall a fun experience with the family.
