We paid $75 pp advertised as all inclusive but that included a tiny appetizer and one meal each. Drinks were small and sugary )not much alcohol), but the biggest thing is this whole stretch of beach is a tourist trap. It’s one beach club after another ropes off on the beach and in the water. So many people in small space. The water inflatables were nice. They had free kayaks and paddleboards but with the inflatables and the way they have the beach roped off between clubs, there is no space to do them without hitting someone in the water. We had friends go there on the $20 pass and they had an expensive menu. Some of our friends two clubs down at Chulas also had a similar experience. We got there early so these photos don’t show all the people. And we didn’t find the people very friendly. Massages were $80 for 30 minutes and the extras like jet skiing also seemed overpriced. We were really disappointed. We’ve always loved Cozumel so this area wasn’t a good reflection of the beaches, water, people or food. I’d avoid that whole section of beach.

Staff were great, beach was beautiful, food good
Absolutely great service from Chay. Well looked after, always made sure our drinks were topped up before we even ran out and continued to check on us throughout to ensure we had everything we need.
The beach was great as well as service! We purchased the package that included 1 meal + 5 drinks and I just want to give transparency for others! Drinks only include Dos Equis or Tecate (not all drinks, although they had other drinks available) as well as the meal plan, you could only purchase Chicken Quesadillas, Nachos or a Burger (although again, they had a lot of other options). The food wasn’t bad, but just want to inform others that options are limited! Other friends arrived on site and got “all inclusive” for $40 so the package we got wasn’t worth it due to the limitations.
Eric was fantastic and took amazing care of us while visiting this beautiful beach. We had a great time. Plenty of drinks, good food and great vibes all around. Highly recommended.
Our server Chay was very attentive and made sure we had an amazing time. Make sure to ask for Chay when you visit he’s the best!!!!
Have a great time at San Francisco beach club with Alfonzo, Tito, and Mari! Amazing experience jet ski’s, parasailing. Food and drinks are fantastic! Highly recommend coming here.
Our waiter Chay was awesome and the food was great! Chill spot to spend the day off the cruise ship :) cheap day pass. lots of stuff for kids to do
The beach and pool were amazing. So was Carlos. Great day at the beach. The service for food and drinks was very fast. The beach chairs and umbrella was readily available for us.
Great place to visit!!! The environment is really awesome! The people and the food was great. The amenities and activities were awesome.
Pool was empty. They assign times for jet skis so make sure it works with your cruise! Bring bug spray - lots of sand fleas!!
We done a tour in Cozumel in 2023 and at the end of the tour we were brought to this beach club, we had a great time, it was very relaxed ! So when we were doing this port again on our cruise this year, we decided to book this beach club for the day! Upon arrival we were very disappointed to find that we were brought to a different part for the pre booked people! The chairs were different and the lounges were different even the food was different! We called for the manager and explained everything to him… he informed us that the part we were brought to last year was for “walk in’s” … he was very nice and understanding, in fact he was very professional… he allowed us to sit in the “good” part to eat 🙄 Moral of the story , be very careful when booking this, it’s not all what it seems !
The staff are very friendly. The facilities are average. The water was rough the day we went so there was no clear water. The "open bar" package is limited and you are only going to have the option if about 6 or so drinks which are weak at best. So, if you want to have a drink or too I would forego the open bar price to save some money. The food was very good however.
Gaspar and Eric did an stupendous job attending us! please request them! Alex went above and beyond to assist us at all time! best place ever! will be back definitely SOON!
Our waiters Eric and Carlos were great!! Food was delicious and there was so much to do. We rode the jet skis which were awesome!!
The beach was clean and the employees were nice! We did the jet skis for an extra charge and I fell off far out in the water, but the guys running the jet skis were out there in no time helping me. I was really struggling to lift my weight onto the jet ski but the guy was so kind and helped pull me up and even checked on me back on shore. I'm so grateful for his help!
I thought I wasn't a beach goer, but my experience changed my mind, can't wait to take another one, already planning our next vacation and using your services
To begin with, we ended up here because I let our taxi driver take us after he showed us a picture of a seaweed-strewn beach at our intended destination (I later googled to confirm, and he wasn't lying to us). It's obvious that this place is a kickback-factory, which left me somewhat uneasy, but not so much that I didn't fork over $130 cash to get the "all inclusive" pass -- which included a meal, and unlimited soda, draft beer, and mixed drinks that were surprisingly not watered down. I did like how it was smaller with a laid-back atmosphere. It was sandwiched between Carlos n Charlie's and Paradise Beach, appearing to be the sort of little brother of the more popular neighbors. The loungers and umbrellas provided a place to sit and shade, so there's that. They were crammed in pretty tight, and we were lucky we got there early enough to snag front-row seats. San Francisco had some inflatables for the kids (and maybe adults who had been drinking...). Basically something fun to keep people occupied if they wanted to do something in the water besides swim around. Snorkel equipment rental was included in the package, but with the sandy beach there wasn't much to see. There also were a couple sit-down bars, a pool, and a couple shops, none of which we utilized or patronized. The pool looked clean and a family with young children was enjoying it as we left. The shops had the usual tourist tchotchkes. When we finished after about 4 hours of hanging out on the beach, I thought we would get billed for some drinks or food that we ordered that somehow weren't part of our package, but that wasn't the case -- all inclusive was all inclusive, and if you were going to order beyond the package menu, the waiter would let you know. I tallied up what would have been our total had we not purchased the package, and we broke even or even saved a few bucks. The prices seemed fair for a place that catered to tourists. Was the experience great? Not really. Was the experience absolutely horrible? Definitely not. Would I return? Probably not. Besides the aforementioned kickback issue, nothing about the place really impressed me. There are plenty of other clubs on the island to check out.
I have the good and the not great of this beach club. Service was fantastic! Our server was amazing. Always prompt and friendly. Kids enjoyed the beach toys that were available and they loved the jet skis. That being said- it was crowded. We had to wait for some others to leave before being able to get a chair. The neighboring beach club had twice as many water toys, chairs and availability, but they didn't offer the jet skis. I am not sure which beach club was better. If you have kids that want water toys, I would recommend Paradise Beach club next door. If you are just there for some sand and sun with amazing service, this is your spot.
The general inclination is to get off the cruise ship and do the downtown shopping or you rent a jeep/taxi and tour the island. Some folks take the excursion to a ruin. Once you get past all of that, maybe takes a trip or two, then you will want to relax and this is the place. there are numerous all inclusive beaches. the word all inclusive doesn't necessarily mean they have EVERYTHING you want but SFBC is pretty close. In Sep the seaweed had rolled in creating a stinking mess for everywhere that did not clean up the water/beach. Normally these all inclusive have a medium size area they rope off and control. SFBC has a swim up bar, it has decent food and beverages, Think American prices, they have Carlos and Charlie's nearby and they have couple of small shops that have essentially the same junk as you can buy downtown, Plus if you are there to buy cheap pharmaceuticals they have a small farmacia on-site . After having experienced the hustle bustle sales pitch portion of Cozumel, I would select this as my option on how to spend my time away from a cruise ship
Decent small place depending on what you are looking to do. 65 dollars price for entrance, food, and unlimited drinks of what they had to offer Considering that I’ll rack that price up on the ship with five drinks … beware, the restroom is horrendous... Lack of cleaning behind people...Overall my family and I had a great time had fun with the staff made it a memorable day with my family
To begin, this was a part of a cruise excursion. Before arriving at the “beach club” … we enjoyed a very exciting ATV experience. The second half of the 4 hours was to visit this beach. Bottom line … this beach was not fit for death row prisoners. Dirty, filthy and disgusting are the best adjectives I can use. We were bombarded with “Mexican Pharmacy” pushes, and the supposed allure of getting drugs with no prescriptions. Every square inch of this property was like a bad set from a low budget movie. We found two chairs, that were broken and covered in filth, and were harassed repeatedly to have a foot massage and had people walking around in hospital scrubs ready to rub your feet. The shops were your basic tourist trap, and I wouldn’t eat or drink anything based on the condition of the blenders and glasses at the bar. Royal Caribbean should immediately drop this as an excursion. Did I mention dirty? Frightening? Just don’t go for any reason. They deserve, at a minimum -5 stars.
To begin, Cozumel is not an affordable cruise port compared to other ports. Be prepared to spend some $$$$ Taxi to and from the beach club is $40, club entrance fee is $20 per person for basic pass. I think it is $50 or $75 for an alcohol and lunch pass. The club is worth it though! It wasn't crowded when we went, there are lounge chairs and umbrellas on white sand. You can leave your purse on the chair and it is safe. They have shopping, a pool, and tequila tasting. The best part is the beach! There are tons of fun inflatable slides trampolines etc. There are kayaks and paddle boards you can use for free. You can rent jet skis as well. Overall it is a safe clean beach club with lots to do for everyone.
BEWARE! - TOURIST TRAP! DON’T GO! - Taxi rep. at cruise port said this place was good (looks like this is a taxi company kick-back place because there were many taxis parked there) because they don’t nickle and dime and was calm. Get there and was charged $20 per person just to use chairs and umbrella at the front! They didn’t ask if I was going to eat or not (so don’t believe the other reviews). Dishonest people there. Also, it wasn’t calm at all. Not a place to sit down and relax.
An absolute dump. Avoid at all costs. Would not give even a 1 star. Would not even wash my clothes in the pool. We arrived, paid money and left in less than 5 minutes. Filthy dump.
Kids loved the bouncy toys. Nice beach. Nice staff. Sanchos is good too. Staff took great care of us. Love it!
Don’t go here. They charged me twice snd refuse to fix the charge. Since I live in the USA it makes it harder to get it fixed because it’s a different country and Capital One Bank doesn’t care
I enjoyed being able to swim in the ocean without having to wear bathing shoes. But both the service and food (that was included in my day pass) was poor. The whole place needs updating.
Had a GREAT time relaxing here. The staff was very attentive. The food was great and they had a variety of activities to choose from. Will definitely visit again.
outstanding experience, great prices, great operation great people. Highly recommended . Spent 2-3 hours jet sking and snorkeling
Perfect service, beautiful beach, great customer service. Eric is a very good professional, I will come back more often!!!
The beach is beautiful and the service excellent. Very good service. We were attended by Alfonso I highly recommend the place!!!
Caribbean beach with crystal clear sea. We got there by boat, a true paradise. The inflatables in the water are original. Saw some people riding horses. Wonderful place
I did parasailing and jetskiing as well. I went with my wife and daughter. The inflatable games in the water are fun, you're very entertained. In what I did the activities they stayed on the beach. The jetskiing and parasailing were amazing the sea there is spectacular and it's very convenient that everything is in the same place the attention was excellent
The worst beach very dirty , food without flavor and outside the culture of Mexico, fake guacamole without flavor , Camaron cocktail is full of Ketchup , drinks and the staff of the worst ,Carlos Albarca told us that he was the manager without attitude and rude and never wanted to help us, unkind that very dirty place and with many restrictions to use the spaces as we can not go beyond the limit that have as a business even if the place is unpleasant, we went on the recommendation of a taxi driver with whom they do business, in reality everything is business there but without love to their culture, we always go to Cozumel but this is the worst place we would visit from a place as beautiful as Cozumel. The worst place of the beautifull Cozumel, the beach and place so dirty, food ,drinks and staff terrible,Carlos Albarca said He is the manager but He is the worst with terrible attitude,We came everytime to Cozumel and We just wanted to change to discover something new but it was the worst decision that We took recommended by taxi driver that We realize that They only make business and They don't care about people relaxing. They lied even in the food guacamole is fake and drinks are horrible.
Real shit! Charge $20 without consumption! Dirty Mood! Rude reception! Stay away from this place! There are several other much better nearby
Nice beach, nice staff, moderate prices. On the whole quite ok and relaxed. For the water castles they charge extra money, I didn't like that
We loved the place, the beach has no rocks, the inflatables in the sea super fun for big and kids... many more activities to do. Great food served and very good, excellent staff. Definitely a place to spend an extraordinary day. We'll be back soon!
On our Caribbean cruise we also docked in Cozumel. We rented a car and drove here to the San Francisco Beach Club. The entrance fee includes sun loungers with umbrella, a free drink and the use of the facility. Stand-up paddling is also included and we enjoyed it a lot! After a few hours we drove further and explored the island.
