Best Cozumel Atv Jungle Tour + Jade Cavern + Beach + Locker

The ATV experience was wonderful. First off, the operator was very accommodating because we had a dived plan for later in the afternoon so they took us at 9:30 am. The quality of the ATVs was great, high-powered and comfortable. The thing they don't tell you on the website that is fun, is that you can actually swim in the Jade Cavern and there are a few points at which you can jump off into the green water. The cenote is a collapsed cave and there are hundreds of bats under the ledges! Gretel was a great guide, always making sure we were together and driving at a good pace! The whole experience takes 2 hours if you swim. Recommended!

This place is very overpriced. We did an ATV trip. Guide's ATV died. My sister in law's ATV stalled every time she had to slow down. Mine almost did not start after the cenote stop. The cenote stop is a poor cenote - very strong sulphur smell. Rest of trip is just a little jungle, lots of trash along the way and them trying to sell you tequila tasting which we passed on. Back at the beach, poor guy working service was too busy. Waited 10 minutes for drinks a couple of times. Food was OK - but seriously overpriced. We had a handful of beers and a little food and nearly $200 USD. Only real value was the $85 for 30 minutes on a wave runner. Great, new equipment and worth it.

This excursion was so worth it! Alan gave an very exciting and informative tour of the Jade Cavern. We had a ball.

We had an amazing time. Oscar was our guide and provided us with a great ATV experience. We took some off road routes that were lots of fun to ride through on the ATVs. The jade cavern was interesting. I’ve never seen so many bats in person!! Our last stop was back at the beach club where we enjoyed some quesadillas, fajitas, nachos, and great drinks. We also got to spend time swimming in the ocean. The water was cool and refreshing. Overall I rate our experience 10/10 and I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed by the reviews and reserved this experience. When we arrived to the location I decided do not drive the ATV and I am glad I did so. First, there are only few lockers and not enough for everyone. Second, the helmets were incredibly dirty and no way I can put on such helmet. The rest of my family returned from the trip completely covered in mud so their clothes and shoes are not cleanable even after washing. The ride from the destination to the San Francisco beach was super crowded. some people had to seat between the seats. I do not recommend this experience to anyone.

Great experience!! Our family (ages 12-60) have very different levels of activity and we all were able to enjoy this!! Our guide was very helpful, matched our speed, and went above and beyond to ensure a good time. It was a great way to see the island!! Highly recommend this excursion with this company!

Oscar was AMAZING. He lead our small group of 4 on an ATV tour thru the jungle, making sure that every single one of us was safe and yet having fun the entire time. There are 2 sections of the tour where you're able to really let go and ride at top speed (based on your comfort level) and Oscar was kind enough to take videos for us. Couldn't praise him more, he was the best!

Carlos was AWESOME! The ATVs were in great working order and we had an absolute blast! Many of the beaches we saw had seaweed issues but this one was GORGEOUS! First time we did an "excursion" not offered on the cruise and man was this perfect!

We had a wonderful day at San Francisco beach. We were a group of 6 people did the ATV ride. We had a fantastic time with ATV tour in the jungle. Oscar did an amazing job to make the ATV ride experience memorable for us. We had two kids of age 6 and 7 in our group and he made sure the route we took is suitable for kids. Took extra care as and when we cross traffic. The staff at the beach were very courteous and welcoming. They provided great drinks. It's worth visiting this beach, I would go again.

We have been on many ATV tours in Cancun, Punta Cana, and around the world. This is an actual ATV experience. Not just riding on some pathetic dirt road as that may be exciting to some. We from Texas expect a real ATV experience and that is what Oscar provided. The experience was attended by my entire family which includes 3 young kids. Thank you and we are def doing this again.

Oscar was a great guide. I took my 14 and 19 year old on this excursion yesterday. We all had a blast. It was less of a destination/informational tour and more just ATV trails. My teens enjoyed the adventurous terrain through the jungle. You do have access to the beach club afterwards which was not clear in the booking. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Great excursion that was well organized with excellent communication and lots of fun guaranteed! Met at San Francisco beach club and took a 2 hour tour through the local terrain. Guides were very friendly and kept safety paramount.

OSCAR did amazing, he gets 5 stars! It was private with my husband and I! He went super fast and waited for me (who is slow, but allowed my husband to do whatever he wanted) for and took us in a super fun off terrain jungle! I gave it only 4 stars because we booked through jetski cozumel and the website said we would go to a cenote but the cenote was too far. Theu also didn't know about the food and drinks.

Oscar was an AMAZING guide! He was patient, he was caring, he followed all protocols and made it so much fun for us! This was my first time riding an ATV and it definitely won’t be my last. Oscar was amazing!! He was very professional and prepared us for a safe, action packed ATV excursion. San Francisco Beach club and staff were all very friendly and provided refreshments before and after the excursion. Transportation to and from the cruise port was very easy. I can’t wait to do it again. I highly recommend Oscar!!

It was awesome, it was the best 75 dollar I have spent, great experience the tour lasted 1 hour and I was amazed. Oscar was who gave us the raid and he was incredible.

Oscar was a great guide for our ATV tour through the jungle! Our teen boys had fun doing front & back flips in the cenote. They picked us up from pier since we were more than 5 in our group. Then got primo seating by the beach with a meal and two drinks. Only strange thing was when we paid the balance it seemed we got charged the conversation rate to USD both by the operator and our credit card company, so that was unexpected. Other than that all was great.

I booked both the ATV tour and the jet ski tour for our family of 5 coming off the Norwegian Epic for the day! The communication was great right from the start booking. We arrived and they let us practice in the driveway for a bit so our teenaged daughter could make sure she was comfortable. Oscar took us out and was fantastic! Once everyone got the hang of it, we were ripping through the trails! When we got back, we switched over to jet skiing with Alfonso. This was absolutely amazing!!! We traveled down for about 45 minutes past all the cruise ships and down into the most gorgeous water I’ve ever seen. On both tours, they stopped and got photos of us since we hadn’t brought our phone. Getting a taxi right after was super easy as well! This was legit a highlight of our trip!!

We did the ATV jungle tour, this package also includes the beach, a meal, two drinks and photo. The ATV with Oscar was amazing! He made sure we were having a great time and let us stop at points for pictures and to hear the "quiet" of the jungle. Once we got back to the beach club, things did not go as well. We went to get our lunch (tacos or fajitas) and drinks (beer, water or cola) and sat at a table, when a server came up, we were then told that we couldn't sit anywhere, we had to talk to Carlos. Found him and we were then given the option to sit in beach chairs or up by pool. We ordered and got the first drink and food. No one 'checked in' on how things were - food was good but we had finished eating and we were wanting our 2nd drink. Carlos finally came by and we asked for our other drinks. We waited over 15 minutes and went to find Carlos, get our drinks and go find a beach chair. Once sitting on the beach, no servers asked if we wanted anything else, not sure if our drink wear identified us as being on the package, the only staff to talk with us were the vendors. With that, we had been shown a photo but it was not the one included in the package. Went back to see Carlos who said Oscar had photos and I just needed to get contact information to him. Biggest concern was that though I bought the package through the San Francisco Beach website, I only had Carlos for service and he seemed to be always on the phone or dealing with issues, acted more like a manager, but then were is his staff? If the regular servers would have engaged with us, we would have ordered more drinks. If Carlos or staff would have engaged with us, we would have ordered more drinks and possibly added other excursions.
