Victor was a great guide- friendly, funny and informative. He made us feel safe with the ATVs and was super patient while we shopped, swam etc. Riding in his top down car was a fun way to see the island. He also took tons of pictures of us throughout and so generously shared them with us. We highly recommend Victor!

We had an amazing ATV experience with Victor as our guide. From start to finish, Victor made this experience exciting and fun. We were led down amazing trails and felt safe and comfortable since Victor constantly checked on my family throughout the ride. The ride was exciting and stopping at the Jade Caverns was an unforgettable experience. The attentiveness of our guide and length of the trip was perfect. I highly recommend using this group for any future ATV trips —- especially ask for Victor.
Me and my dad signed up for the Tour, and we had a wonderful time! Tour guide Victor picked us up right from our hotel, he was friendly, personable and made the experience all the better! We got outfitted in face covers, goggles, and we were led around in the AVTS! We toured around the town and the cenote, before taking on the 24ft Jump! Our Guide videotaped us, and Sent us a ton of videos he captured of us driving as well as swimming!
The whole trip was amazing. From beginning to the end. The meeting location was easy. The ATV ride was easy and fun. Our guide Victor was really friendly and understanding. The cave jumping was exhilarating. Really cool to see the bats in the cave. As a bonus, the tequila tasting was the bomb. All in all, thank you for an amazing trip and your guidance Victor!!!!! Gonzalez family 2026 Vacation ❤️
Charlies Adventures ATV tour was an excellent choice for our family! Victor was a wonderful bilingual guide who answered all of our questions and was so accommodating. The trail ride was not too difficult and we all felt safe, the cenote is a beautiful serene place and hope that Chempita bar will open again one day! The Mayan village and Tequila tasting tour was also very beautiful.
Great experience. Victor was a good guide.
This is a wonderful family experience. Our kids love it. He even took us to an extra Cenote that had a crocodile there, which was awesome! Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable about Cozumel! We really enjoyed this activity.
VICTOR WAS AWESOME! Very nice and patient! It was a good experience very long and nice
Great experience! Friendly guide!
Found this company right out front of the Punta Lagosta cruise port where the taxis are parked along the road. Three of us paid $55 each for single rider ATVs. Trip lasted about 1.5-2.5 hours. Our tour guide met us right where the taxis were and walked maybe 3 minutes to the company car, the drove for about 20 minutes to the ATV office. Helmets were included in price, but they sell the neck gators ($5) to keep the dirt out your mouth and nose and goggles, $3 to rent for your eyes (highly advise getting these!). We also enjoyed stopping at the beautiful Cenote. Watched a few tourists cliff drive and just took in the historic and natural ambiance we rode back on the ATVs, did some tequila tasting next door (available for purchase also) and drove back to our port. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend and do this again. Thank you so much to Daniel, our guide for an unforgettable experience!
It was very interesting to see the cenote . Our guide gave us a wonderful history of the area and the ATV ride was fun! The tequila presentation was very informative. Even though we seldom drink they were very kind to show us and let us taste the samples. We also appreciated the hotel pick up. It was just my husband and I and the guide and the guide went above and beyond to show us the area. He was very personal and easy to talk too!!
This was a great excursion! Victor was prompt for the pickup and provided bottles of water for the drive. We started at the Mayan village where there was a festival occurring. We didn’t get to see any ruins, but Victor educated us some on the culture. The ATVs were a blast. We rode to a beautiful cenote where there were multiple levels to jump in. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Cozumel! So serene, lush, and full of bats. We then drove back to the Mayan village where we took part in a “tequila tasting.” I use quotes, because it was more of a sales pitch, but the tequila was incredible. In all, would highly recommend, especially if you’re the adventurous type and willing to take a plunge in the cenote!
Victor was an excellent guide. We had fun driving the ATV’s and swimming in the beautiful Cenote where bats flew about the ceiling. Visiting the Mayan village and sampling tequila was a great finale to the trip.
Amazing experience! And even better tour guide. Victor was so nice, funny, and knowledgeable. Will be back next time we return to Cozumel!
Amazing!! had so much fun. Great service.
Really good and fun. The guide was nice and helpful
Me and my girlfriend had a perfect time. Awesome sites.
Great communication leading up to excursion when I had a few questions. Easy pickup right outside cruise port and Jose did a great job as our guide.. Cenote was amazing and do the jump if you’re able!
Incredible experience with Victor! We had the best time and my kids kept saying it was the best day of their lives. Highly recommend!
I wanted to leave a 5 star review and would have if things ended better...the ATV tour was great. After the ATV tour we were sent next door to the Tequila Tasting...here lies the issue...they sold us different Tequila than what we tasted. We reached out to the merchant and they said they would refund us only not to. We spent $273 on 2 Tequilas. One that's supposed to be aged for 12 years...it's sad that the man tells a story of how it is a family business and his son was across the way telling another group the same thing. You should stop doing business with them if they are going to scam your ATV customers.
Best experience ever! Thank you so much! Victor did an amazing job! 4 wheeling and cliff jumping into the cenote was such a good time. Victor even took the time to make sure my 70 year old mom was comfortable!
8 of us plus the guide ripping through the jungle on dirt roads, we were moving. Most of the other tours didn’t look nearly as fun and they constantly pulled over. Having a guide who drives fast and lets you have fun makes awesome experience. The cenote was the perfect destination to cool off, do some awesome jumps and see cool critters. If you’re going to do an atv tour these guys should be your first and last pick!!!
Our tour guide Victor made the trip! The trip was amazing all the way around. The cenote was beautiful, the kids loved jumping in.
Great people and lots of fun. Victor was a great tour guide very helpful
Carolina was exceptional. We had a great time. I would highly recommend.
Very fun. Daniel was great. It was dusty but expected. Only plan on going in cenote if you jump. Otherwise you don’t need your suits.
We had an absolutely amazing time on this ATV tour! We got to ride through the town, explore a beautiful watering hole where we could jump in and cool off, and experience so much of the local nature. Along the way, we saw bats, turtles, butterflies, and even native raccoons, which made it feel really special and unique. We also enjoyed a fun tequila tasting and had time to shop at local stores, which was such a great way to support the community and take in the culture. Overall, it was such a fun, well-rounded adventure. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for excitement, nature, and a taste of local life all in one!
Rafael was great tour guide, knowledgeable, nice and always making you laugh
Victor was an amazing guide! He picked us up in a comfortable car and drove us to the ATV place. The town the ATV place was in had a fee to get in, but the entrance to the town was included with the tour. We got suited up with buffs and goggles and started our ride. We did some warm-up laps around the town the ATV place was located in, and began our bumpy, yet amazing ATV ride to the beautiful jade cenote. I have a fear of heights, but Victor gave me the courage to jump into the beautiful 24 foot drop into the cenote. We had more than enough time at the cenote, with little crowds. After our amazing time at the cenote, we went back to town to go to the included tequila tasting at the tequila museum right next door to the ATV place. After the tasting, Victor drove us back to the hotel. This tour was amazing, and I would definitely recommend.
Amazing! Victor is the absolute best ever! My kids would totally do this again!
You need to pay $20 per person in cash when you arrive. Also need to pay extra if you want mask or goggles. At the end they give you an unsolicited “tasting” to try to sell you way over priced tequila. Typical Mexican shakedown
This was exactly what we were looking for! Ritchie was our tour guide, and he did a great job! The communication was helpful and made things easy! He was waiting for us right outside our port. He was a very safe and friendly driver. He is passionate about the area and his job. He took time to take lots of pictures for us. We loved jumping into the Cenote! I took a backpack for our things, and that worked out great! We sat on our towels. This was a great experience!
Carolina was fun, friendly, and a great driver and tour guide. We totally recommend her.
Carolina is the best guide in the whole program shoutout to her, she gave us the best tour and experience
We did the ATV tour with Victor, and it was a blast from start to finish. He had lots of knowledge about the area, and made the tour really special with some great personal touches. We would do this again!
Victor was an amazing tour guide! We loved the entire experience- from having our own ATV’s to the Cenote to the tequila tasting- we had a great time! Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time. It was just two of us and we went early in the morning so we were able to take the tour by ourselves. There was a booth located On the lower floor of the port area. We paid $60 each for ATVs and tequila tasting. Everyone was super nice and amazing, there weren’t any issues with the Language. The tour Lasted about two hours so it was a fun thing to do before we went into the city for lunch. Our Tour guide Rafael was great, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history. It was my first time on ATVs and his instructions were super clear and made it easy for me to use. The tequila tasting was also very insightful, I will never drink tequila the same, lol we ended up buying a bottle there, and also in the square there was a nice gift shop that sold some blankets and other things for souvenirs. It was a lot of fun, the only thing is the guide just said that he would send our photos and I never got them. If I could get those That would be amazing. Besides that 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Victor was great, very positive and upbeat. Highlights: jumping into cenote, seeing the Pygmy raccoons, bats! ATVs were also fun, and tequila tasting was interesting. No high pressure sales, they were very gracious even though we didn’t buy any. Thank you!
We had a great time! Victor was an awesome guide!
Fun tour ! ATVs ran great, cenote was amazing, and fun to jump in. Tequila tastes great :)
Rafael was a great tour guide. We enjoyed our ATV and canote tour. We definitely enjoyed our tequilla tasting as well. We highly recommend.
Rafael is fun and makes tour intersected. Can’t wait to come back.
We had the best time on our ATV trip in Cozumel. Carolina was amazing from start to finish. She was so welcoming, patient, and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Was on my first cruise for my birthday and we had a catamaran and snorkeling excursion booked. Due to the weather it was canceled so we found ourselves with nothing to do for eight hours in Cozumel. We went to Mega to get some snacks and drinks- and came across this option! Victor was our guide and this day was honestly the highlight of the entire cruise! I wish we had time to do the entire experience twice! It was that amazing! I felt like the entire day was planned around me and my likes! I never once felt unsafe or awkward. I am so glad we came across this tour! I 100% recommend Victor as a guide! Especially if you’re a lady traveling! He was the perfect gentleman and made sure we had a safe and enjoyable afternoon!
We had an excellent time with Victor as our guide. Out ages ranged from 8 to 64 and everyone had fun. The ATVs were the highlight of our trip so far. The cenote was beautiful and we could not recommend this more! Thanks for an amazing afternoon.
Ricardo was amazing! He was hilarious and very knowledgeable. We would definitely do a tour with him again! He gauged our comfort level with the machines and went as fast with us as he saw we could.
Really great time. Our tour guide Victor was amazing, super fun guy and really nice. When I got on one of the atvs he told me to try another one because it was quicker and newer, dude really wanted everyone to have a good time. Fed some small little raccoon things with crackers he bought himself. Really nice tour of the little cave there too, water stinks because of the sulfer in it but honestly it was a super good time and victor made it really memorable. The ride through the forest was a blast and we were ripping it, I was surprised on how fast we could go. Costed us 90 American dollars I think or something around that, it was honestly worth the price. The tequila tasting after too was short but pretty fun. Honestly the drive too and from the atv place was fun too because victor had some wild stories lmao. Overall great experience and victor was awesome, would definitely recommend to check out.
Alejandro was an outstanding tour guide and made the entire experience unforgettable. The ATV rides were an absolute blast well organized, exciting, and safe from start to finish. What really set the tour apart, though, was Alejandro’s knowledge and passion for history. His explanations about the Mayan civilization were engaging, informative, and easy to follow, which added real depth to the adventure. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and about giving guests an authentic experience. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for both adventure and culture.
This was really awesome! It was raining when our tour started and we were pretty worried about getting wet, but we just committed to having a good time in the rain and riding the ATV in the rain was so fun. Richie was our tour guide and he was really funny and ensured that we had a good time. We didn’t go in the Cenote but we looked at it and it was beautiful. There’s also really cute racoon-like animals that made the cenote experience extra special. Thank you Richie!
Alejandro is the best excursion guide you can find in Cozumel. Native to the land and very knowledgeable. Treated my family like his familia!
