We got the time mixed up but they were still extremely accommodating and allowed us to go later than we had booked. Our Guide, Ernesto, was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about Cozumel! The ATV tour guide and Tequila tasting guide were also just as wonderful! We would absolutely recommend this experience to others visiting!

Our tour pick up and guide was Pedro and he was very friendly, informative and efficient. We had Moses as our ATV instructor and had such a blast through all the trails and the mud holes. It was a lot of fun. We then went to the beach club that was VERY clean, relaxing and the perfect quiet location. The included food was decent. We had chicken and fish tacos. Additional food and alcoholic bevs a bit pricey but large portions. This was an incredible value!! We will be back!!

My recent ATV and snorkeling excursion was nothing short of incredible, and a huge part of that comes down to our guide, Gabriel. From the moment we started, Gabriel was fantastic, extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive. He made sure everyone felt comfortable on the ATVs before we hit the trails, keeping the ride fun, fast-paced, and safe. The snorkeling portion was just as seamless; Gabriel went above and beyond to point out local marine life and ensure we had a great time in the water. If you book this excursion, do yourself a favor and hope you get Gabriel as your host. He truly elevated the entire experience. Five stars all around!

Edwin was amazing! The ATVs are by far the best part but having a knowledgeable friendly guide like Edwin made the whole experience worthwhile. It took us about 3.5 hours to go through it all and we cut snorkeling short due to my me and my wife being afraid of the ocean. Would 100% book again next time we’re in town!
This was the best excursion we did all cruise! It was so easy to meet our driver and guide Miguel at Starbucks and he drove us to the first stop which was the ATVs. This was amazing! Such a fun experience and great to be able to taste the tequila and chocolate also. Miguel was amazing and very knowledgable about Cozumel and the Mayan culture and history. He then took us to the beach club which was fantastic and he even took us snorkling himself which was amazing. Such a nice experience to do this just the two of us with Miguel! The lunch was lovely and service was great. 100% recommend if your cruise stops in Cozumel!

Great guide very kind, provided a good A/C vehicle water and soft drinks, we did our tour in Spanish as we are a fully bilingual group from Miami and like to keep things local. Great ATV experience, Lunch Fajitas were surprisingly decent, the new Paraíso Bajo Reef Club is quite nice. Tequila tasting while informative was a dragged out sales pitch which took nearly an hour and involved repeated annoying requests for tips. This resulted in a rushed experience at the beach club with our guide hovering over us to try to hurry us which after spending $1000 on this tour I had to push back on him to give us more time, we sat through their Tequila Pitch and some people bought bottles, it was now our time to enjoy the club we paid for. ATV staff took some awesome pics, package for 10 people was ~$200 - the lady at the MacBook tried charging me $217 by putting the POS in USD and blaming the conversion on the machine, I firmly told her to charge me $3700 in MXN Pesos which she begrudgingly did after talking back and forth and me showing her on the machine where to change it into MXN. Never pay in USD abroad it’s a scam. Overall I think the tour is worth it but tell your guide you want a quick tequila tasting and to take advantage of the beach. Don’t be afraid to stand your ground and push back, as a native Spanish speaker this was easier for me than others perhaps.

The package is well worth it, from the ATV experience, the Cenote to the tequila, tacos and chocolate tasting. The private beach is beautiful and the food is incredible.

We got to ride ATVs in the jungle, swim in a cenote, participated in a tequila tasting, visited a bar on the Caribbean side of the island for a killer mojito, snorkeled and had a wonderful lunch on the beach. We fell in love with Cozumel and we will certainly be back!

This was my second time with this same company. It was AMAZING both times. Our driver, Gabriel, was hilarious and so kind. He stayed with us the entire time, and even came snorkeling with us to show us the good spots. He pointed out many things we would have missed. He told us history about the island and pointed out interesting things along the way. He made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire time!

Our group of 4 moms and 4 17-year-old girls had a fabulous time! First off, the communication with this company is very easy.... You can easily text them and they'll get back to you quickly. Finding the pickup spot was simple (ours was the Starbucks at the port). Riding ATVs through the mud was so fun! I was concerned about getting super muddy but you can control that by not following the person in front of you too closely and resting your feet higher up on the ATV. Your bags are kept safe in a locker while you ride. Definitely bring insect repellent so you don't have to buy it there (it's very expensive). We enjoyed the chocolate, tortilla, and tequila tasting and it's not a hard sell. The beach resort was nice, too. They got amazing underwater pics of us snorkeling that were so good we had to buy them. The food was delicious, though not plentiful. We bought more food, including cocktails, fries, & chips and guac and did not regret it. Got back to port in plenty of time to shop. Our guide, Johnny, was wonderful. He was so kind and patient with our group. He was very knowledgeable about Cozumel and we loved talking to him in the van. Don't forget to bring cash because you'll definitely want to tip your guide! (No venmo or Zelle available.)

So fun! Johnny was great :) The ATV's were so cool; it was such an adventure! And jumping into the water pool was so fun! And, the snorkeling was very fun; saw many fish, and lunch was very fresh and yummy.

Edwin out guide was great! The atv tour I’m used to the ones in aruba which are much better. But if you have never experienced an atv, this one is great.
