All Inclusive Jet Boat To Isla Pasion

BEWARE THIS TOUR: The tour operator for this excursion never showed. We were at the specified meeting point 15 minutes early. Other tour operators were there for different tours, and we asked them about ours. They told us that specific tour operator hadn't shown up yet, but to just wait around and that he should show up soon. Long story short, we waited 45 minutes beyond our scheduled tour time, which was wasted time since we were there for only a few hours on a cruise stop. We kept trying to call the tour operator at two different numbers the entire time, but no one answered. We then decided to call Viator. Viator immediately took action and tried to call the tour operator directly. When they, too, couldn't reach the tour operator, they refunded us immediately. Viator also asked if we'd like their help booking another tour that morning, which we didn't take them up on, but we appreciated their quick, detailed assistance. In summary, this tour operator sucks, but Viator is a hero. They saved us time and money and ensured we'll keep booking our future excursions through them. :)

We had a fabulous fun day starting with the thrilling fast boat ride to Isla Passion. Once on this beautiful island, we were greeted by Roger who took photos of us at the lovely entry sign. We love that! He captured the day with photos in the restaurant where we celebrated by sister's actual 70th birthday! They put a sash and birthday hat on her and sang Happy birthday. The Saxophone player played great music to our ears! He was sooo good! The fish tacos were tasty and guacamole fabulous! We got wonderful massages on the beach and loved that! The girls are so sweet and made us very comfortable. We had the best ever day on this piece of paradise. It was extra special because we happened to be the only guests! We were treated like royalty! Thank you very much for making our day outstanding!

Ida and her team were amazing! Took care of our every need! The 360's were awesome and refreshing. Can't wait to return.

Horrible experience. The boat never showed up at the Aqua Safari Pier which was the stated meeting location. We came into Cozumel on a cruise ship that docked at the Punta Langosta Pier and walked to the meeting location about 15 min away. Waited about 1 hour when we saw the jet boat pull up to the cruise ship Pier instead of the Pier that we were at. They loaded the boat with cruise ship passengers who, no doubt booked thru the cruise ship, and took off as we watched. No communication about any change in pick up location either from viator or the tour company. Both ourselves, and another family of 4 who booked thru Viator were left. Viator did try to reach the company for us even before the boat showed up but they did not answer. Viator is refunding our money but we lost about 2 hours of our vacation walking back and forth and waiting in the heat. Not acceptable! I have the sense that the tour company over booked and favored those who booked thru the cruise ship over those who booked thru Viator

Not much to do & the pool is small

Took my Daughter for Fall Break. Had a wonderful tine! Very friendly unlimited food and drinks! Water activities. Get the Caribbean Donuts!

Great experience. Leo, Ernesto and Aida were very accommodating. Adonis and Miguel were excellent boat captains, making the trip to and from exciting but safe. Lots of fun!

The guides were so helpful after I mixed up my excursions. I ended up staying because of the beautiful beach and amazing beach.

Must do experience if you love roller coasters the ride was amazing! The trip to the island was beautiful and the people I need the service did a great job!

This was the best part of the cruise. I highly recommend this excursion. It was so much fun!! Juanito & to the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing. Very helpful, fun, energetic, and accommodating. From start to end was a great experience. The boat ride was so much fun, the island was beautiful, the food was great, the drinks on point, and the customer service was impressive. Do not go to Mexico without taking those excursion.

The experience was great! The two boat drivers were professional, friendly, and a lot of fun. They made the entire boat ride feel very safe, and we especially loved the spinning! When we arrived at Isla Pasión, Roger was the one managing the group. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining how everything worked and what to expect. The island itself is very quiet and peaceful, with warm water and a much more relaxed atmosphere. Personally, I feel like visiting the beach clubs in Cozumel could be more stressful because of the crowds and vendors, so this was a great alternative if you’re looking for something more laid-back. The only piece of feedback I have is regarding the food. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the tacos on the island, although the overall service was pleasant. If you’re looking for a different experience in Cozumel that combines a speedboat ride with a private island, I would definitely recommend this tour

Calm serene beautiful sandy beach with an amazing ocean breeze. Plenty of food and drinks. The sound of the breeze in the palm trees was so relaxing. Aqua twister Boat ride was super professional, super safe, quick, and fun! It was a great relaxing day! You can get massages there, maybe a little cheaper than the cruise. We did not have kids with us but there were plenty of things for kids. Exploring for animals, tons of hermit crabs, games, ocean toys, and of course the jet boat was thrilling!

We had a great experience on this excursion! We met up with our guide, Aida at 7:15am. I wasn’t exactly excited to meet that early but it was a win for us because the island was relatively empty while we were there. The speedboat ride was awesome. They provide a place to put your belongings so they don’t get wet during the ride…. Because you will get wet when they do the turns with the boat. Aida explained everything to us and gave us a time to meet back up with her. There are affordable massages there. If you’re on a cruise, I’d suggest getting one on this excursion rather than on the ship because it’s half the price. It was my first massage and it was amazing!! There are obstacle course floats out in the water to climb on as well as swings. There are two pools about 4.5 feet deep to swim in should you not want to get into the ocean. There’s also a kids play area. There were plenty of lounge chairs in the sun to choose from or tables with chairs in the shade or hammocks. The food and bar are all inclusive and all you can eat and drink. The food was amazing. We had the chicken fajitas. They take your pictures when you first get there and I never buy pictures because they are usually so expensive but these were actually affordable for two pictures taken. I’d give this excursion a 10/10 and will definitely be doing this again! Also, when we went, there was a lot of seaweed in the water and on the beach so the water was not clear for us. Aida did warn us prior to getting on the speedboat.

this has been one of the best excursions i have been on yet. the staff has been very friendly and is ready to help you with whatever you may need. Leo, and Juan were absolutely amazing and the food was amazing!

Highly recommend this excursion. Aida & Leo + many other crew members ensure everyone is taken care of & enjoying themselves. We go every year to this excursion and have been for 8 years. We have done the twister & the catamaran. Both are fun & safe rides. Loved the saxophone entertainment on catamaran to & from. Food is excellent. Guacamole is my favorite. They serve chicken, beef, pork, &/or fish fajitas w/all the trimmings, rice, beans, salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, French fries, tostadas chips, etc. Also they take care of all guest & guest w/special needs. They always assist one of our family members getting on & off the boat, walking pier, and offer a ride in the back of a truck designed with seating especially designed to help guest that find it hard to walk in the beautiful white sand. Very professional & friendly crew. Beach is clean and plenty of places to choose to relax, in the sun or shade. Unlimited non-alcohol & alcoholic beverages. Clean restrooms. There is a shopping area and family games you can participate in if you so choose. Highly recommend this excursion.

It was an excellent. The twister ride was great. The guide Leo was very nice and attentive to our need. Everyone on the island was very nice. The food was very good and the drink was good..

We were on MSC and booked this excursion with them. This is by far my kids favorite excursion of the trip. My son kept smiling and laughing when our guide Did the 360s. They kept us safe yet made sure we had soo much fun. The island was relaxing and the food was delicious.

Great experience with family. Beautiful island no more than 20-25 minutes from the dock. Guide was knowledgeable and made us all feel comfortable on the ride and gives a heads up when performing the spin. Would book again
