Grand Park Royal Cozumel - All Inclusive

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying at a resort or hotel. We had air conditioning issues starting on day one. We requested a new room and were moved, but unfortunately, the air conditioning problems continued in the new room until the day we departed. We called several times, only to be told that they were working on it. We requested an additional fan, and both times we were told one would be brought to our room. Neither time did a fan ever arrive. The lack of response and follow-through was extremely frustrating and made our stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the ongoing air conditioning issues, the lack of service, this resort fell far below our expectations. I would not recommend staying here and would not return.

The rooms were nice. And the location is very good. I would advise against this hotel because the food is not good. The best food In the hotel turned out to be hamburger they made by the pool. It is better to get a hotel that is not all inclusive and enjoy some of the nice restaurants on Cozumel

We had such an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was because of the incredible staff! The waiters and waitresses in the breakfast room were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, attentive, and ready to start the day with a smile. The bartenders were fantastic as well, especially Abisai, Maria, and Cosme, who made every drink and interaction that much more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ricardo in the snack area too. But a special shoutout to the Funtastatic team, especially Ivan and Joan! They truly go above and beyond to make the activities fun, energetic, and something you actually want to participate in. They have a way of making everyone feel included, whether you’re jumping right into the activities or just watching from the side. Their enthusiasm and positive energy really make a difference! If I could suggest one little thing to make the pool atmosphere even better, it would be a bit more music by the pool. The pool area can be pretty quiet at times, and some upbeat music would really add to the vacation atmosphere and complement all the fun activities the Funtastatic team puts on. Nothing too loud, just enough to give the pool a little extra energy! The staff are what make a resort experience memorable, and this team definitely made our stay extra special. We just got back from our stay at the Grand park Cozumel. We absolutely loved our time there! The resort is beautiful, with lots of greenery, beautiful pools and a clean beach (although a small place to walk). The food was delicious with different types of cuisine, (breakfast there was absolutely my favorite). The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and the entertainment team was simply amazing , providing all sorts of fun activities for all ages. A very special shout out to Carlos (part of the entertainment team) who really made us feel as if we were old friends coming to stay for a visit Thank you for making our experience memorable and keep shining bright! We appreciated our stay! Hasta Luego.
