Hare And Hounds Hotel

I stayed at the Hare and Hounds the night before my wedding, and it was such a special place to spend it. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel, with plenty of character and a classic, stylish look. From my first call with Lucy on reception to the bar and restaurant staff, the service was exceptional and it felt like everyone took pride and care in everything they were doing, a real credit to them and a refreshing experience. The food was incredible, I ate in the main restaurant, but the bar menu looked equally fantastic. My room was lovely, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. I’d happily return and recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Booked the Game Keepers Cottage for three night as a birthday break. Such a pretty cottage great accommodation and clean with a hot tub. The staff were brilliant and very attentive polite and informative of the area. The food was first class in both restaurant and bar and could not fault the quality. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel. Thank you to everyone !

We enjoyed a great stay over the course of 6 days. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which was fantastic and had its own hot tub, which was lovely. The he property is very characterful with lovely facilities. We ate in the bar as well as having a cream tea, and it was all really good quality. The hotels grounds are really nice as well. It’s just 3 miles from Tetbury and we got Uber’s a few times, which worked well. The stand out part of the hotel is the staff though. Starting with Lucy and Cameron on reception who were friendly, helpful and lovely people. And on the waiting staff, Eliza was always positive, efficient and was great to chat to. But the real star was Victoria who was a genuinely lovely person, really engaging and represented the hotel to the highest level - she’s worth a special mention! Would definitely visit again!

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at the hare and hound in the Cotswolds. The decor maintained the theme selective to Hare and Hound properties. With the stunning rooms, that were large and well equipped. To the absolutely amazing staff, especially Liv and Victoria, who were the maitre de’s at both breakfast and dinner. Having a dairy and nut allergies was not something they weren’t willing to accommodate for, which was my biggest worry. The chef was fantastic and oh so kind and they have a large selection of foods that not only taste amazing but caters to these conditions. The property is beautiful and in a very cute and cosy little village called Tetbury. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.
