Full-day (2 X 2 Hr Lessons) Surf Experience Newquay: All Levels

Just completed 5 x 2 hour lessons over 3 days and had just such a great experience! All the instructors were amazing, super patient and really knowledgeable. I definitely felt I was in safe hands and learnt something new from each of them so thank you Jack, Mike, Andrew, Sam and Finn for getting me up and working on my turning. All the staff at Escape were super friendly, the facilities were great and I really appreciated the hot showers after each session - would definitely recommend!x

We have just taken our son for his 3rd lot of surf lessons (2x2 hour sessions), he absolutely loves it! All of the staff are so friendly and remember him every time he goes. We book him in every time we holiday there. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have surf lessons!!

The surfing instructor was amazing, able to help me to stand in the board after few waves. Good facilities and outdoor showers.

We were a group of mixed abilities and Rich was such a patient and fun instructor. Always encouraging and enthusiastic, we all managed to stand up and do some real surfing. This wasn't our first time with the surf school as they have been so great in the past. Thanks Rich for such a great time!

My teenage daughter and her friend did 2 half days. Not a huge amount of surf but they had amazing fun. My daughter had had a session at a different surf school previously and had found it frustrating and hard and not managed to stand up. This was so much more rewarding. She learnt much quicker, was a lot more confident and loved it. Would definitely go back. Easy to book and staff friendly. My only slight 'issue' was that on day 2 there seemed to be a number of people in their group who were struggling to stand up, so the girls got little attention and were left to themselves for much of the session, although it didn't spoil their overall enjoyment.

Great 2 days. Pigeon and Ruben fan instructors and location excellent. All kit provided and very safe. Was bit cold one day, but warm showers at surf school helped. Highly recommended.

I did the performance weekend course, completely fantastic, so professional, learnt so much, highly individual coaching and feedback, I have lots of things I can now practice on. Skate session was awesome, I felt I really understood what position I need to be in for surfing, it felt like a massive shortcut in the learning curve of that, just to practice doing it now! Immaculate smart comfortable facilities, such an awesome friendly welcoming team and everyone on the course, delicious food, video and photo feedback, just jam packed amazing weekend of learning, lively people, amazing waves, so much surf knowledge shared with us, can’t rate Escape Surf School high enough, thank you all so much, what you do is fantastic! Honestly, we couldn't of asked for a better surf school and definitely the best in Newquay . We have been back multiple times - Reuben, Mike, lyndsey, sim, Glenn, Henry are all amazing and we will be coming back for years to come! Shaun and Emma

Our 2 teenage sons 14 and 15 absolutely loved their surf lessons with Escape. They had never surfed before and by the end of the first lesson were getting up and standing on the boards. The instructors were very professional and friendly..We will be back for more lessons when we return to Newquay.

Had such a blast with escape. The instructors were awesome and really encouraging which made my group enjoy it even more. Will definitely be back out of season when its a little quieter and really master those waves. The location was great too and the changing facilities were nice.

Simply the best. !!! Been having lessons 5/6 times but went with escape was fortunate enough to get 2 hours with mike young. Learned more in 2 hours then in the 14 hours at other surf schools. I did a weekend surf with the guys at escape. Super close to the beach, great equipment and nice hot showers to warm up after the surf. We had video analysis and information booklets about techniques for improving. We were giving fitness programs to suit our level and a number of really useful work out routines to improve our surfing. I have been putting into practice what I learned and will be back for another session in the near future. Thanks guys.
