We had a lovely 1 night stay over at the Kingsley,it was a flying visit due to attending a family funeral we didn't explore the area or use the spa on this occasion.The hotel staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
Our room was so spacious we opted for a superior family room ,walk in shower,small fridge and enough to sleep 4 comfortably.
Only small draw back was the lights (so many swiches but wasnt able to dim the main lights in the room)and all hotel information on the TV which we couldn't navigate.We had the cosiest sleep so comfortable and quiet ..breakfast was delicious with lots of choices .over all I would recommend this hotel and would stay again ..free parking onsite too .
Have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed. In particular this time had an amazing experience at the SpringBoard Restaurant! Leah, our server was an absolute machine and was practically running the whole restaurant during a busy rush. She is an asset to this team!!! Thanks to her again for an outstanding experience🌟🌟
I came for a Spa treatment here at the Kingsley as it was for a long long time on my bucket list. First of all I really enjoyed the facilities! Loved the different aromatic steam rooms and the Red Light room, as well of course the heated outdoor pool with the view over the river. Also the little refreshment at the end of the treatment was very tasty. However the highlight was definitely the treatment and the therapist (Kassey C) who really set up a relaxing experience - she enquired about the massage strength, she was suuuper gentle with my facial and in general her mannerisms and tone of voice were just so on point for ensuring a great relaxing experience. Thank you so much 🙏 Will definitely be back!
We have just had a truly lovely, relaxed stay at The Kingsley Hotel in Cork, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, everything was spot on.
The staff were all so polite, friendly, and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. 10/10 for customer service, fair play to them.
We also ate in the hotel last night and the food was fabulous altogether.
A special mention to Chef Maria, who went the extra mile and wrote a lovely “Happy Birthday” message for my daughter. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay extra special for us, a bit of magic you don’t forget.
Honestly, a real gem in Cork. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and very grateful. We’ll definitely be back again, so we will.
We had afternoon tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. We were celebrating two big birthdays and were really well looked after from start to finish.
A big applause to Matt, who did a fantastic job and was on top of everything at all times. He even noticed us looking his way as he passed with drinks and immediately came over with the drinks menu, explained what he had just served in case we wanted the same, and confidently recommended his personal favourite. Amazing upsell, Matt!
He also directed us straight to the bar afterwards, making the whole experience seamless. Outstanding service and a lovely celebration – highly recommended.
