We had very nice time here! Pleasant atmosphere, small but cosy rooms, enough for every purpose. Table for working on my laptop was very usefull!! Big bathroom with enough shelves for our toilet bags and stuff. Very kind and efficientvpersonal!
The hotel is conveniently located in Cork city centre, with a great selection of restaurants and shops on the street right behind the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was also clean and spacious, with good hot water, a good shower, and complete amenities. The staff were friendly and provided good hospitality. The hotel has a cozy, modern atmosphere, with a lively restaurant downstairs. Overall, it felt like a well-established and reliable hotel chain, and I thought it was definitely worth the price. The only issue during our stay was that the fire alarm suddenly went off during the night and woke us up. It was quite disruptive, although I can't say what caused it. Overall, a comfortable and modern stay in a convenient city-centre location, with spacious rooms and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
We did had some issues with our room the first day as the hotel was undergoing lots of maintenance and renovations but as soon as we told the staff they immediately offered solutions until everything was sorted. Overall great hotel, great location, and great staff & great Manager. Gym, pool and spa areas are great as well. Totally recommended
Absolutely SENSATIONAL stay at the Maldron Hotel Cork during our recent BBQlads visit to Cork. The location couldn't have been better – perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the city's shops, restaurants, pubs, railway to station (for visit to Cove) and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring everything Cork. What really made our stay special, however, was the incredible team. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to departure, nothing was too much trouble, and their friendly attitude made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed after busy days exploring the city and enjoying Cork's fantastic food scene. A huge thank you to the wonderful team at the Maldron Hotel Cork for their hospitality. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Cork and look forward to staying again on our next trip.
We had a wonderful stay at the Maldron Hotel this weekend. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, tasty options to suit everyone. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. Thank you to the entire team for making our weekend so enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend the Maldron Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
