Beautiful and unusual cathedral with an interesting history of multi faith worship. The different artistic values of Mosque- Muslim worship are juxtaposed with the Catholic- Renaissance period. The meeting place for the tour was communicated clearly well before and the format allowed you to wander off to look at what interested you while still listening to the guide.

They did refund. They were not there with the umbrella they advertised. We messaged them. The system is TOTALLY BOGUS. Know one was there to reply. No way to contact them. Leaving the next day and NEVER got to see tour.

An excellent guide who was full of enthusiasm and knowledge. I think 15 is about the limit for groups. More than that and it becomes harder for the guide.

Horrible! Our tour left without us because no one at Pancho Tours ever sent them our reservations. Because of this we also were not allowed in with our tickets. We lost time and money.

The guide for this tour did not show up, and did not response to our messages. Viator customer service was friends but unable to help. Your payment system did not work. We were unable to book another tour, after spending 45 frustrating minutes on the phone with your customer representative. A truly awful experience.

Our guide Ana was well-organized, knowledgeable and very passionate about the Mezquita-Catedral. She brought 1000 years of history to life! The place itself was incredible. Anyone going to Córdoba should not miss this!

If I could, I would rate this as "0" stars. The tour operator never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone. The Mosque-Cathedral was the reason we came to Cordoba. Please do not let this review stop you from going to the Mosque-Cathedral, it is amazing. Just use another vendor with Viator.

I book this experience, I arrive on the point appointment 15 minutes early but not body show. I wait in total 40 minutes...I try to contact them but no reply...Probably they received just my booking and for this they decided to cancel without to send me any email.Very very bad

The tour itself was great. I loved the history and it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. My only complaint is that this is the 2nd of many viator tours I have booked with the wrong meeting point. We got to the tour 15 mins early in search of green umbrellas as indicated by the instructions for the English tour. We found the white umbrellas for Spanish. Asked her for help she pointed us around. We frantically continued to look for the tour. Asked the many others at this point we were late and went back to the white umbrella for her to say it was her tour we were looking for. It set the entire tour off on a bad foot as my husband and I were sweating and upset at the run around. Viator and this tour company needs to update their meeting points.

Very interesting tour with the history of the building and explanations as to the importance of portions of the building. Anna put a bit of humour into the tour that kept us engaged. Not surprising a lot of people within the building so tough to navigate sometimes.

This is a unique place in the world, where different relegions coexist under one roof. It would be impossible to understand the history of it unless you do a guided tour. What an amazing experience that was!

I booked this “ small group “ tour. I luckily took a screen shot of the “ thank you for your payment “ , because I did not receive any follow up email. I checked the Spam as advised. So we arrived in Cordoba with no instructions. My screen shot produced no recognition from any umbrella people , or the ticket office. I phoned the head office with what I imagine will be quite an expense. The email was in Promotions. I found the green umbrella. We were ticked off. A large group ( 22 ) were milling around , not looking happy. It was 45 degrees. The guide was late off another tour where people had turned up late. ( Maybe shorten the previous tour where people turned up late ? ) So 20 minutes later … the poor guide , I think her name was Maria Consuela , it was not her fault , but she looked exhausted and was flustered. As we entered , a man in our group was refused entry because he would not take off his hat . On his religious grounds , so that is awkward. But this took up more time , our guide was very upset … too big a group. The Mesquite is exquisite. So worth it. But I would not do a big group tour like this again.

The visit totally changes, I think that the visit without the knowledge of its history makes 60% of the visit lose, the only drawback is that if it is a large amount without reaching “group” the price soars a little, it would be okay a proportional discount as people increase.
