Absolutely fantastic tour with Augustina and Pablo as driver. Great time exploring the beautiful park and its views. Also had lunch and time for chocolate and beer. Super fun

Itinerary
he tour starts early in the morning with a convenient pickup from central Cordoba hotels beginning at 9:00 am. Get ready to experience the stunning mountain landscapes that surround Cordoba.
We will depart Cordoba via Provincial Route No. 5, passing notable landmarks such as the Miryam Stefford monument, and the towns of Alta Gracia, Anisacate, La Bolsa, and Villa Ciudad de América. Our journey continues along the scenic banks of Los Molinos Lake, passing through the charming villages of Potrero de Garay and Los Reartes.
Next, we ascend into the Sierras Grandes, traveling through a picturesque region adorned with lush coniferous forests.
We pass through the charming village of Villa Berna on our way to La Cumbrecita, an enchanting Alpine-style village renowned for being one of the few pedestrian-only towns in the world. This unique destination offers a serene atmosphere. Established by German immigrants in the 1930s, the village exudes a distinct European charm with its chalet-style buildings, cobblestone streets, and lush green landscapes.
Visitors to La Cumbrecita can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming in natural pools, and exploring the surrounding forests. We will visit the balneario "La Olla", the traditional Hotel La Cumbrecita and the ecumenical chapel.
The Capilla Ecumenica, is located at the top of the forest road, in one of the highest areas of the village, designed by Helmut Cabjolsky, one of the pioneers of alpine design in La Cumbrecita.
We will then continue at Villa General Belgrano with its particular central European physiognomy.
Then we return to the provincial route N° 5 through La Curva del Viento (the Wind Curve), where we will enjoy a spectacular view of the Lake and Dam Los Molinos. The tour finishes in Cordoba around 7:00pm with the drop off at Cordoba hotels.

I think the first stop at the dam could have been. Eliminated and mid time spent in the last place.
Really good day out. Efficient pick up. Julietta kept us to time without rushing us. Her commentary was excellent and she did it in both Spanish and English. So double the work. The villages were lovely and the driver was really good. I wish I’d bought a swim suit.
This is a fun day trip full of sightseeing from a van - the trip there was a couple hours, which is a long ride but worth the time and there’s lots to see along the way. Augustine and Armando, our guide and driver, provided not only excellent historical information but also additional recommendations of things to do while in Cordoba and Argentina. We visited two German villages, getting both a small village and midsize town experience. The village also had a walk to see a waterfall included. We had lunch there as well. Shopping was fun, be mindful of the siesta which caused many to close during the afternoon.
Fabulous outing but like another reviewer mentioned, not sure why I was charged $100 more than seemingly other passengers who booked? Think it’s because I selected English but tbh there’s not a ton to “translate”. You spend some time at the dam, then time on your own in La Cumbrecita and same in Villa Belgrano so there’s not much info you can’t google etc if you don’t grasp Spanish
Today we went to La Cumbrecita. Many, many thanks to the guide Gaston - he's made our trip so special! Very professional, attentive, caring - the best words toward him! Gaston, we are very grateful to you
We signed up for an English tour but the tour was in Spanish. I believe the price of the Spanish tour was less expensive. Do we get a rebate?
While I enjoyed getting out of the city and seeing the countryside and seeing different things. However I was charged way way more, than the price listed, and then had to pay for lunch and even water. I spent the day with a lovely Argentina woman who paid a minimal fee for this same tour,
Our only disappointment was that we were told to be at our pick up spot at 9 am. Shuttle didn’t arrive until 9:40 am. It was never explained to us on what to expect. Either A van or large tour bus or if it would be identified by a logo. Standing for 40 minutes and having no idea what to look for was disturbing. That communication could use some improvement. Otherwise, Our guide did a tour in both Spanish and English. We were happy to have the history and culture explained to us in English. We felt our guide did a great job. The van we were transported in was very clean and comfortable. We felt it was a fair price for the experience. We booked our tour though Viator. The tour was actually given by Nativo Viajes.
The tour company canceled the trip without notifying me or Viator. I found out by calling them when nobody picked me up. They did refund my payment, but I paid several hundred dollars on airfare and hotel to get to Cordoba - specifically to take this tour.
Wonderful countryside, quaint germanesque villages with plentiful sites for shopping for food items and gifts. Tour could have spent more time in La Cumbrecita as Las Ollas and the waterfall were a pretty good hike.
In summary fashion; the bus was an older Mercedes, it worked fine, AC was great, excellent driver and Anna did speak English but as always if your are fluent in the local, language that helps. However, she was always ready to provide answers to any questions. We would definitely undertake the outing again. It is difficult to round up folks spread all over the city so perhaps an early pickup would help. We were told 9:00 but were 2nd last to be picked up at 09:50. It makes for a long day but for,us it was worth the trip to get out into the countryside, the mountain/hilly areas.. and the sites were great. The stop at the dam and Lake Los Molinos was great and plenty of time provide to walk about y shops. The stop in La Cumbrecita was a highlight as if you have every been to Austria, Germany Area, you would think that is just where you had been transported to via “ Spock..2 to beam up”, however even better was to occur at the Villa General Belgrano, where you have indeed been placed In Austria someplace. Awesome. A Very Enjoyable Day and happy to have taken the excursion.
The tour really wasn't worth the long drive nor the money. This was made worse by Nativo providing the oldest crappiest bus I have ever been on for our tour on a day where the weather forecast was 34 degrees Celsius. So the bus had wires hanging out everywhere, the clutch sounded like it was about to go every gear change, the microphone didn't work and there was no air conditioning nor windows to open on the bus. We baked!!!!!!! The hotel pickups took about 1.5 hours and as I was on from the start I had already had enough by 1030 to be honest. Then we took the road south rattling along in the crappy HOT bus with the engine sounding like it was about to combust. We stopped needlessly for nearly an hour on route where there was only one working toilet for men and females to share. We didn't get to La Cumbrecita until nearly 1pm. Most of us had already had enough by this point as we were hot and fed up. The guide told us we had to go to the restaurant to get lunch and information regarding return times. Some of us refused to go to the restaurant as we had no intention of sitting for another hour plus after the long bus ride so demanded the return time. La Cumbrecita is okay but was it worth all that travelling and the cost of the tour. In my opinion NO! Even if we had had a decent bus it wouldn't have been. By 4pm when we met up to return to Cordoba most of us had really lost our sense of humour so imagine how fed up we were at another hour stop on route back in the baking heat on Christmas Eve when most places were closed. Utter utter madness. We didn't get back to our hotels until 7.30. JUST SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME TO GET THERE! I do not recommend this tour. Personally, I think we should have a bit of a refund given the transport we were provided with and no air conditioning on such a hot day.
What I liked about this tour was that it didn’t start too earlier. Pick up was after 9am. We visited all the place in the description so won’t list them. Overall it was a great experience - our tour guide Fernando was excellent at what he did and really enjoyed his stories. Our driver Maria was excellent too.
Beautiful places to visit, Flor our guide made the trip very pleasant. A lot of places to shop for souvenir
The worst of Cordoba..everything is a scam..horrible service..they do not respect the elderly. They make you walk 1 kilometer under the blazing sun.. I do not recommend it..a disaster
A very characteristic town that also has everything to enjoy holidays in even online jobs.- Totally recommend it for you to go and meet it.
BEAUTIFUL THERE ARE MANY PLACES TO VISIT VILLA GRAL BELGRANO CALAMUCHITA LOS REARTES LA SUMBRECITA VILLA RAMPAL RESERVOIR DIWUE LOS MOLINOS
We went to the summit. You have to leave the car in the driveway and they charge $10,000, it's to maintain the place. We were given a lot of information by Marcela Rojo, a divine total Worth visiting
My friend and I went on this tour on 27/12, a van picked us up in the apartment where we were staying and, for almost 10 hours, we can get to know incredible landscapes, the interior and the history of Cordoba, through the guide, Gaston, who told various things about the Province. First we stopped at Los Molinos, it was a very quick stop, it's a lake and we have a pretty view, from the side of some fairy (which didn't even have time to meet). The next stop was in La Cumbrecita, which is a very interesting village with lots of cool things to see and do, as well as souvenirs to buy. It's the best part of the walk. Afterwards, we went to Villa General Belgrano, despite the interesting architecture, there is not much to do there. It's more to buy things, because the maximum you have is a tower to climb for 2000 pesos and a little practice where they do the Oktoberfest. Given that, if you don't want to buy anything, I don't think it's such a cool stop. But overall, this was our best trip in Cordoba. It was worth it.
Very beautiful landscapes, the very stately village with a deep German tradition, very rich coffee cakes and their traditional products, the only negative the Creole ruins everything.
Beautiful, but you have to really want to walk and be in good shape, otherwise it is exhausting. There are many points to visit and it takes all day to travel. Recommended!!
Beautiful place to visit, very picturesque .We made the hike to the waterfall which is beautiful!!! there are many options to eat especially typical German foods. Pedestrian village to visit if or if.
Buen servicio, buen vehículo, puntuales, guía cordial y bien informado. El recorrido vale la pena. Recomendable para un día de tour fuera de Córdoba capital
The natural environment of the place is very beautiful, as well as the road to get to the town is attractive. Somewhat disappointed by the tourist structure set up that should be more cared for.
Beautiful, very nice city, many places with history to see and all the ancient architecture so impressive, it is the 3rd time I have gone and I would go again
Excellent, very good landscapes, very attentive people, there are all good restaurants, tea houses with a wide variety of sweet things, I think the only thing that the prices should be fairer
The place is beautiful but we had torrential rain that caused the river to rise significantly. It is a relatively long trip from Córdoba and we were not able to enjoy walking around the town, which can only be accessed on foot. Advice, before embarking on a tour to La Cumbrecita check the weather forecast and do not go if there will be rain.
Excelente trabajo de nuestro guia Gaston que nos dio mucha informacion interesante. Todo fluyo muy bien y se pudo disfrutar de todo
The tour was nice and entertaining. Very beautiful landscapes. I would have liked to have visited more places in the little summit such as the waterfall and among others that were pending.
You arrive and pay 4000 to park: then you have to go down quite a bit on foot until you reach the Pedestrian. If you go with adults who can't walk, they let you get off with the car. Then you begin the tour on foot Where you find businesses, restaurants, hotels and attractions such as La Olla, the Trout Lagoon, the Hidden Forest and the waterfalls that have a 500 meter climb of medium-high difficulty. A very nice walk
The place is a tourist trap.... There is nothing interesting to see. The "great" waterfall is nothing more than a trickle of water. The rest is pure marketing and selling garbage. I don't recommend going.
Bom passeio!
The tour is very complete and recommended. Although we had a cloudy day. It's beautiful. Laura our driver and Ana our guide, both very friendly and attentive!
Acceptable place to rest And do mountain tourism Advice to go in spring summer to take advantage of the rivers and mountains
We made with my partner the trip to La Cumbrecita from Villa General Belgrano where we were staying. It is a pedestrian village for walking and taking pictures. Very restricted passage of cars. It is good to carry a cane to support you if you feel it is necessary. There is good food, hot chocolate for the cold, ice cream, alfajores, beer and other products. I bought a Peruvian sack and handmade ornaments in very economical wool. If it rains it gets a little slippery. Nice place.
It is a magical, unexplained place the experience of walking there, in search of the Waterfall and Lake La Pot. The medieval style houses, the local friendliness, its gastronomy and what makes you feel like enjoying it. It's an obligation to go around if you're in cordoba. We stayed in calamuchita, a beautiful town that is not far from V general Belgrano and a microphone from there takes you straight.
It bothered me too much to be charged $1500 to leave the car in an armed car to steal tourists, since we all know it is a place that is walked. It would be better if they raised by offering more friendly services. Obviously I didn't come down.
The place is very beautiful. But infrastructure for older people to access the best places is lacking.
Very picturesque this small village in the mountains. Good example of nature friendly adaptation to create a spectacular place.
Excellent walk, with a guide who was telling us with a lot of solvency historical details, of the nature, the culture of the area. A beautiful place where there are several optional tours, but to be able to complete them all requires time. Excellent gastronomy and variety of artisan products offered to the public.
10 hours of great beauty! The whole day tour is important for those who like to walk and see the different attractions that La Cumbrecita offers!
Beautiful place between climbs and descents. Swiss German food. River. Lots of scenery. An amazing place that transported us to its origins in every construction.
El lugar es espectacular. Muy buen trato. Carlos el guía muy profesional, entiende las necesidades de cada persona.
Tour poorly conducted by the guide Ana da Nativo. Very young and inexperienced, Anita leaves herself led by those old Argentine unconfessable interests, and the tour becomes horrible.
A wonderful experience!!! The walk is beautiful and done on foot, there are many places where you can taste typical foods and drinks. You leave the car a few meters away and the visit is done walking, dream place between the mountains and a town with great European influence!!! Highly recommended and meters from other very important summer villas (like Villa Gral. Belgrano, for example!!)
The day I went to the Summit, I got up early so that I could walk through its mountains in the morning hours, at 1, it is already free, because the place is small and you can walk easily. The nice thing was to be able to sit down and enjoy a coffee, an ice cream, a beer and we even tried things that were not in other places in Cordoba like a fish and blueberry ice cream. I would come back without hesitation,
Beautiful place. Beautiful microclimates. Integrated Constructions to Mood. Remarkable climb to wank hill
The walk in general very good, the summit is a beautiful place and Villa Gral Belgrano is also worth knowing, our guide and driver were very good. What must be specified is that in the summary indicates that it passes through AltaGracia, which is not so since we only passed outside without stopping, also a detail of the minibus that had the engine inside and was very noisy.
