Some disorder when boarding the first bus. It arrived late and since the guide was waiting for us at the site, no one informed us when the bus was arriving. The shuttle bus is quite precarious.
We booked with Wow Córdoba. We did the guided night tour to Medina Azahara with Cristina and the experience was great, her passion for what she tells is evident. I would repeat it without a doubt.
Our rating for Patricia and Cristina is a ten out of ten, they are charming, they explained things to us, Patricia's tour of the Mosque-Cathedral was impeccable and she immersed us in the lives of those in that era. And Cristina, who accompanied us to see Medina-Azahara at night, was incredible and took us back to the Caliphate kingdom. Perfect service and attention.

We visited Medina Azahara with transport from Córdoba with Cristina and Cecilia, from the beginning they were very attentive and close, the historical explanation was very interesting and even told us the gossip of the time to make the visit more enjoyable, as well as showing us more private photos about the site. All visits include a free one-hour tour of Roman Cordoba in the afternoon, to which Angela also came. Again the girls made the visit pleasant and instructive. First of all, I want to make it very clear that my assessment has nothing to do with our guide, Cristina, who is a charmer and very knowledgeable about the history of Medina-Azahara. Cristina has done everything she can but the weather conditions have not allowed us to enjoy the visit. In addition, we believe that it should be noted in the information of this visit that there is a certain physical difficulty in several sections of the archaeological site, since there are several very high steps, some without railing, slopes in the rocky ground and very steep ramps. And finally a suggestion that could improve the visit a lot: the use of radio frequency headsets that would allow good listening, at all times, to the guide even if we are a little behind because of the difficulties mentioned above.
