The Mosque-Cathedral Monumental Site of Cordoba offers the beautiful complexity resulting from the mixing of the most diverse styles and artistic forms. From Hellenism to the Baroque, not forgetting Caliphate splendour, this building offers us a complete and unique vision of the history of art, a rich dialogue between cultures. Its history, starting as a primitive Visigoth basilica before becoming an Aljama Mosque and finally a Cathedral, rightly suggests that this is a living building, a building that has survived down the centuries. We are looking at exceptional and prodigious architecture that continues to excite and amaze everyone who sees it.
The audio guide was too repetitive. It lacked facts about the mosque and cathedral. It is difficult to along with the location as the numbering display is not in sync with the audio
Unable to use the audio portion that was paid for both links said access denied and that the code given it was not valid or expired.
Audio guide was very useful though it was at times very repetitive! The mosque / cathedral is outstanding and well worth a visit.
Impressive Mosque-Cathedral. It was our third visit in a few years and it remains impressive. To visit the mesquita one should count on one hour.
The mosque is absolutely beautiful and a must see but the audio guide is confusing as it doesn’t give great cues as to where you are
This was the perfect self guided tour! The provided links to the audio tour were easy to download. Had a bit of trouble finding the actual entrance but instructions from tour provided were excellent!
Amazing architecture and history
Got a voucher to take to a “meeting place” to collect the tickets - no address for meeting place and walked right around the venue checking. We got sucketed in by this company - no tickets and no entry. This was a scam
The Mezquita is impressive and amazing, but the audio guide was boring and repetitive ... of the 40 audio guide segments I listened to about 7 which all essentially said the same thing.
The audio guide starts before you enter the Mosque- Cathedral. We didn't realise this until we were already inside

We bought the entrance tickets with audio guide to visit the mosque cathedral in Cordoba. The building is truly splendid and we really enjoyed our visit. However the audio guide was dreadful. There was no clear format to the information or a plan to follow it. The aurator used far too many superlatives and went on and on, frankly ending up as a distraction spoiling our experience. We turned off the audio and enjoyed just exploring and observing. I will never use an audio guide again. Either explore on your own or hire a real person guide.
A truly memorable visit and one of the highlights of our trip to Córdoba. The Mosque-Cathedral is an extraordinary monument with incredible architecture and history. The audio guide was very easy to download and use, which made the visit much more comfortable and convenient. The map provided was also very well designed and helped us navigate the different areas without any difficulty. My partner is German and I am Spanish, and we both really appreciated being able to listen to the audio guide in our native languages. The explanations were clear, interesting and easy to understand, which made the experience even more enjoyable for both of us. Everything was smooth, well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. A highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Córdoba.
Cordoba itself is beautiful, lots to see…all walkable, nice places to eat/drink, less than half hour walk from the station. The highlight was the mosque which is simply amazing

A beautiful and comfortable way to spend a late morning. I was worried it would be closed due to the fire, but it was mostly open.
When we arrived at the Mosque, we were told our tickets were invalid - not official tickets. We were not admitted and had to go to the ticket office and buy official tickets. Have raised a complaint which has not been resolved.
The cathedral is a fantastic visit but we had huge difficulty getting tickets and no audio guide provided
This place is impressive with attractive architecture. I booked for 6 people with an option to change 1 day before visit. But since I can confirm my booking with no change, I made full payment well in advance. I did not have access to mobile data for several days before the visit since I landed Spain. So I was worried that I cannot receive the admission ticket scheduled to reach me one day in advance . I made a lot of efforts trying to reach the Agent both by phone (not working because the answer was in Spanish which I didn’t understand) and by emails asking the Agent to send the ticket to 2 other email address of my friends travelling together but unfortunately, also no response. Luckily, I have just managed to sort out my mobile data issue before the visit , hence receiving the admission ticket in time ! My suggestion: Agent can offer one other option of “non-refundable” so that clients can receive the ticket well in advance.
Bought tickets online and showed as we entered, very easy. Beautiful building. Quite cold inside so wear a sweatshirt etc. Lots if school parties the day we arrived so very busy, but still managed to see everything
Great little arena. Easy to get to.. the security was not a hassle. Stood during the concert and it wasn’t a problem. Security was OK.
The audio guide has no added value, there is a lot of explanation on site, or available online or to rent on site (with headset). Income information is displayed confusingly.
Very beautiful experience in October, a must-do visit, many at the 1st time slot offered at 10 a.m.,
We had to follow up by phone the day before because the tickets were not received. Only to be told that the time slot we had chosen was no longer available (there had already been a first change at the agency's request). We therefore had to change our entire schedule in order to get tickets. We were unable to download the link for the audio guide: we therefore paid more than the service received and also had to rent a portable audio guide on site.
We had not received a ticket. We had to call the service, then we were not told where to go.... We were given an audio guide to download that is 3km long..... I do not know if we saw everything, it seemed very quick to me.....

we had a ticket for 10:00, but because of the train delay we didn't make it. We could rebook for free to 11:00, that's great!
The place to see is worth the experience, however the guide is practically useless because it is unclear and at the entrance all the "attractions" have an audio guide included. Audios that are too long, wordy, and vague limit the understanding of a UNESCO heritage site that deserves more in-depth information.
A huge experience that was all worth the money. It was amazing to see two religions in one place.

The audio guide was not good. Until we had the tickets, we wandered around the area for 30 minutes. No one could help. But we then reached a lady by phone who sent us the correct tickets.

It was not clear to me how to use the audio guide. At the time of entry, I tried to access the audio guide in the app and couldn't find it. It does not exist at all, or if it does, it is very hidden. When I realized that the link came in pdf instructions in an email that was sent, it was too late. What is the benefit of having installed the viator app, then?
The ticket was no problem.Only the audio guide does not work. There was no help either. Not by e-mail and phone. Was a new customer. but will delete the app directly. By service I mean something else. I would have gotten the ticket cheaper. And goodbye
It’s theft! Do not buy from them. The ticket with audio guide was without audio guide. 36 euros lost. Dismal service with tickets received the day before. No way to know it was a scam. We had to pay for the audio guide a second time. To avoid at all costs!!!
Nothing to say about the visit site is exceptional but the sending of tickets is done at the last moment and not easy to receive you have an email with a link then a second link it is not very clear it would be easier to send the tickets. We took audio guides but never received the activation code
We have booked including audioguide, which also paid but have received without, complaint was rejected
We were at Athletic Bilbao Stadium before and the lead could not match this one. Overall, however, also interesting and also gives insight into the daily routine of a player - car parking, kitchen, locker room, massage, game etc. But quite high price for the visit.
