Again, your handoff with your local tour operators was terrible. We didn’t get an email after the web confirmation from TA. Furthermore, a wrong meeting point was given through your confirmation letter. We ended up taking a taxi to the site (which was wonderful). We finally found the tour guide at the parking lot at the end of her tour. A total waste of tour cost of $54. Please refund.

Magnífico guía, Carlos, muy preparado y muy ameno. Excelente profesional. Gracias
It is a very nice experience, full of history, excellent guide Carlos, with his stories and the dynamics of the activity was very didactic and enriching
Very interesting the walk through Córdoba with our guide Carlos, who showed us interesting details of the most important attractions of his city, enlivening us with very funny comments and incredible stories, highly recommended!
Hay algunas cosillas a mejorar, como las lanzaderas deben ser más rapidas, pero en línea general muy bien. Ruth lo explicó muy bien.
The beginning of our visit was very unpleasant. Tripadvisor gave us a wrong address (did not match that of OWAY Tours) as a departure point: the Crescent Roundabout to catch the bus to Medina Azahara. The thing is, when the time came, nobody came. Fortunately we saw a group and a bus that seemed to have that destination but in another area, Red Cross Roundabout. It must be said that the roundabout where these two roundabouts are is very large and the pedestrian crossings quite far away. When we saw the aforementioned bus we ran and fortunately, and for the kindness of the driver, we were able to take the bus and make this visit. The mistake in the information could have caused us to miss the visit. Otherwise everything was positive.
They are not only stones, the place is spectacular, the visit is obligatory with guide if you want to truly appreciate it, our Carlos was very good, explained very clearly and without howling with excessive data making clear what is interesting, as well as contributing things with humor and criticism.
We hire guided tour to Medina Azahara by bus 20/01/25. An experience of 10. Sergio was our guide, exceptional attention at all times. With some very pleasant explanations. Very professional, you can tell he likes art and history. Fully recommended excursion. We hired him directly at OWAY TOURS office, the person who attended us, provided us with all the information of the visit and attended us fabulously.
I took three vpm tours to OWAY TORS.. MOMUMENYAL, PATIOS and MEDINA. Different guides and all great, answering questions and providing different insights... The service is also excellent
The level of our guide (tourist technician) was clearly improveable. Excessively colloquial language. Very little information about history, architectural technique, environment, etc...
Spectacular visit, with Carlos as guide has been the best, very well explained everything and very entertaining and interesting. I recommend it 100%
We did the tour with our Azahara guide and it was very good. She had a lot of knowledge about archaeology and was always attentive to our needs. Very nice experience. I recommend the visit since without a guide one only sees ruins without knowing where they belong or the whole history of themselves. She was waiting for us in the agreed place so I also recommend taking the option of taking with the included transport. Thank you so much!
Cristina, the Hungarian guide with a perfect Cordoba accent, made the experience very entertaining. He showed what is there and included it in a historical explanation that made the whole visit very understandable.
Our visit was with Artencordoba, and our guide was Antonio, a sweet, kind, young and very well prepared boy, who made us enjoy a magical experience. Highly recommended visit for all audiences. We are Cordoba but we do not tire of making these kinds of visits, since we take home part of the history of our city.
Very well organized. Elena, the guide, knew how to entertain and give all the explanations gracefully and pleasantly. He almost got us to forget about the “flood” that was falling! ;) If one day we have occasion we will recommend them. Thank you very much.
The professionalism, deep knowledge of the place and care of the group makes it one of the best visits I have made in my life as a traveler
Very good for Angela from Okay Tours. It makes the visit to Medina Azahara very enjoyable as well as instructive.
They cancelled us with demand of change of day of the activity and without offering refund of the money, after the change of day they changed the time of pickup by bus, the data of the bonus of the activity in how much to times was also wrong and the guide was not at the meeting point in Córdoba but at the shuttle of Medina Azahara (of which they also did not warn, we only got a message with 2 bus tickets without further explanation). A disaster, ever again
tour to medina orange grove great in a day with many people but thanks to the super guide Cristina for being aware of us, explain very well and be very nice. Thank you Cristina
We visited Medina Azahara with the guide Noah. The whole explanation was very interesting and managed to catch everyone's attention throughout the visit. Totally worth what it costs, very good value for money! 100% recommended to visit with Noe as a guide.
EXCELLENT the visit we made this morning to the Medina Azahara, Angela, our Guide, has shown us with mastery and professionalism worthy of praise, a vision of the Medina Azahara very interesting and above all very pleasant. Angela was super well prepared and documented, which has allowed us to get a perfect idea of the main areas whose remains we were visiting. It is a good idea to book this visit on this website.
Excellent our guide Paula, lives her work and infects her enthusiasm; despite the gray and cold day and the hundreds of tourists who were doing the same Tour
Great visit in the month of February, guided by our super guide, Paula! Everyone in the area was known and with art and disparity he explained every detail that the great Medina Azahara had. Any question, however convoluted, I knew how to answer and always, always, with the best of smiles. Thank you!
Impeccable very accurate choice! Oway free tour in Cordoba with Jose! A nimble, dynamic and fun historian! Recommended
Wordless. Paula, the guide, made the visit a unique experience. He told us the whole story with interactions that make the trip unforgettable. Congratulations.
Thanks for this excellent visit accompanied by the guide Paula all kindness and a perfect knowledge of the visit. With people like this it is nice to take these visits my congratulations on having guides of this quality
Free visit - you are nevertheless invited to leave something at the end of the visit - of great interest made by a local guide in Spanish or English to discover briefly but with plenty of funny anecdotes, the main places of Cordoba. Very nice. However, the pace is fast. The slowest - elderly or disabled - had to give up!!! Very good churros on the way!
A well organized tour to be taken with transportation and AT NIGHT. Small groups, like the one we take, are ideal. Our archaeologist guide was great: she knew a lot about the subject and communicated it in a pleasant way, almost like a story. The only recommendation is to improve the lighting of the trails and the furthest places, to be able to locate them well.
Basic visit, little developed by the guide.... They do not have headphones to keep track of the progress of the visit, so there is a lot of continuity and information lost. The duration did not reach 2 hours. During the visit we could see other tour companies rather more interesting.
The guide demonstrated his great professionalism. Visit highly recommended. We very much enjoyed all the explanations he offered us, in an almost private Mood. We were delighted to get out of it.
I would repeat, in addition the guide was an archaeologist and gave us a great number of details, so a visit to some ruins that if I had gone alone, would be nothing but stones and rest unearthed, became a walk through the past by the amount of details and information
Booked this tour, upon arrival at the meeting point for the bus in Cordoba itself my guide appeared to be at the bus stop at Medina Azahara. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved by a phone call from another guide who made sure I could just go on the bus. Felix did the tour, however there were English and Spanish speaking people and Felix had to tell everything twice. Not a very smart choice, what was quite a disadvantage for me. Felix himself told the story with enormous enthusiasm!! The tour ran late and as a result I was in danger of returning to my hotel too late to pick up my suitcase did lie at the reception. Felix then took me back to Cordoba himself and because of that I still made it! My hero of the day.
