Highly recommend this tour, especially if you don’t have much time in Cordoba. Francisco was a great guide, very knowledgeable and his English was perfect. It wasn’t a challenging ride so would be good for all abilities.
This is such a great way to see the sights of Cordoba and then to figure out if you wanted to spend more time there on your own. Going in the morning might be better than afternoon because it does get hot!
Was not impressed with guide. Tour was not worth the money. Didn’t give a lot of information about Cordoba. Would not recommend this tour.
Wonderful bike ride. Our tour guide was full of information about the city. There were no big heals and it was a lot of fun. Highly recommend. We saw all the beautiful sights of the city so we knew which ones to go back and see
Such a great experience. Very manageable cycle route, we didn’t have any problems even in the hot temperatures. It was truly such an interesting and enjoyable tour - Francisco is a brilliant guide with so much inside knowledge of Córdoba. We did the bike tour at the start of our holiday and it gave us such a great feel for Córdoba, and Francisco’s recommendations really influenced the rest of our trip for the better. Would also highly recommend having a browse around Francisco’s shop when you finish the bike tour - we picked up the most delicious balsamic vinegar and wine, both produced here in Córdoba. All in all, would highly recommend!
Francisco does a great job. He is fun and informative. He also knows so many of the people in town that he was able to have us peak in patios and stables his friends allowed us to view. This is a special community he has with the people of Cordova!
We joined the bike tour with Descubre Córdoba and found it to be a fantastic way to explore the city. Francisco, our guide, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very passionate about Córdoba. The tour was conducted at a relaxed pace but still managed to cover a wide range of key sites, along with plenty of personal insights and local context that really brought the city to life. We would highly recommend doing this tour at the start of your visit. It provides an excellent orientation and a solid understanding of Córdoba’s history, making it much easier to plan and enjoy the rest of your stay. The itinerary offered great value, with stops including a traditional patio, the hammam, the Royal Stables, a church, the Roman Bridge, and other notable monuments throughout the city. One small tip for future visitors: Francisco also runs a wine shop and wine tasting tours from the same location, so it can be a little confusing at first — but the bike tour does indeed start from the wine shop. Overall, a well-run, informative, and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.
Great time! For a Dutchman Fransisco is considerate of pace and abilities. Total distance under 6mi/10 km. And flat: 185 ft/56m of climbing. Nothing strenuous. He loops around the city and gives you good vistas of the major sites, then he goes through a corner of the old town and visits some spots of interest. He gave us a chance to poke around in some of the patios (a famous feature the Cordovans are proud of) and other sites he took us to; we didn't feel rushed. Through him we found a good spot for lunch and a place to buy hand-painted fans. And we saw a wedding. It was all easy and low-key--a great experience!
Francisco, Was friendly and knowledgeable of Cordoba. Easy bike ride, interesting historical facts. I really enjoyed this bike ride. I highly recommend.
Lovely, easy ride with an excellent guide who showed us all the beauties of Cordoba! We enjoyed every moment, it's suitable for everyone, with very comfortable bikes. Totally recommended! Córdoba is the perfect place for a bike tour. Thank you!
Excellent way to see the city and learn the history! Our guide even showed us several of the beautiful patios.
Francisco was fantastic! Was willing to accommodate our last minute booking and gave us an extensive overview of the beautiful Córdoba that was perfect for our day trip! Highly recommend!!
Great bike tour of the city with Franciso who spoke perfect English and provided a great commentary on Cordoba. Very easy cycling and coverd all the main attractions.
Bikes in good condition and comfortable. Tour progressed at very relaxed pace appropriate to our small group. Just the right number of stops and historic background. Gained a good overview of the city on our first day with lots of ideas for the remainder of our trip. Would thoroughly recommend to any who has ever ridden a bike before. Our guide was great and answered all our questions with good knowledge and humour. In all a very pleasant 2 hours.
Francisco was very nice and made sure everyone toured safely. The information was very well presented. Loved visiting Teresa's patio.
Excellent and easy way to see the whole city, 2 hours great tour and good bikes, would highly recommend see all sites and a couple of churches
A great way to see the city. I was a little concerned about safety but everything was fine. We went on the early tour when the streets were less crowded. About a third of the time we were on designated bike paths. Still, I would have felt better if helmets were provided. Good pace. Easy ride. Great guide.
This is a great way to see and learn about Cordoba. The guide was great and provided an overview of the city and its history. A fun way to spend a couple of hours in this beautiful city.
My wife and I really enjoyed our bike tour of Cordoba with Francisco. He was friendly and knowledgable about everything in the city. We'd highly recommend any tour with Francisco!
Excellent tour to understand the city and basics and if you are tight on time then this is something that you should really do !
Good overview of city. Clever route, easy to cycle, even though often up hill! Some lovely spots, patios were lovely.
My husband and I had a bike tour today which turned out to be a private tour as we were the only ones booked. Francisco, our guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. He answered any questions we had. The route was very flat so would be appropriate for most people, even children. The tour included all of the big tourist sites but also smaller sites of interest, such as the picturesque courtyards. A very enjoyable and interesting trip!
excellent way to see the city even in the heat. Nice leisurely ride and Francisco was very knowledgable about the city and local area
Great tour. I arranged an ebike but the route was mainly flat on cycle paths or cobbles. Francisco was great and gave us a good overview of the key points in Cordoba. Would recommend as a starter to your trip inCordoba.
It was a great two hour tour showing us all the sights of Cordoba as well as some hidden gems we wouldn't have known about. The bikes are great and easy to ride. You learn a lot of history about the city which was great!
Really enjoyed our knowledgeable guide and the opportunity to explore the city at a different pace as offered by the bikes. My teens like that active aspect of touring on bikes and we got to know other tour members in a way that doesn't happen as easily on tours where the guide is constantly talking.
Francisco was a very engaging interesting and knowledgeable guide who brought Cordoba to life for us. I found his tour to be the ideal way to learn the city.
Super bike tour with Francisco. The bikes were well maintained, comfortable and set at the perfect gear. Francisco was very friendly, full of local historical information and gave recommendations for other activities too within Cordoba
Lovely tour, a great intro to Cordoba at a good pace. Bikes were well maintained. Thank you Francisco. Highly recommended.
Fernando was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the city. Great way to get a feel for / sense of the city when you first arrive.
Francisco was a great guide! The circuit was really good and the patios were spectacular! Really enjoyable ride and good recommendations for things to do later.
A great way to understand the city of Cordoba and see which sights and areas you want to spend more time in. Fransisco was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes were well maintained and the tour was easy relaxing cycling. Thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting Cordoba.
Good way to see Cordoba. Stops were very interesting and good for pictures. Bikes were well taken care of and easy to ride with few hills!
A really cool and relaxed bike tour to see some of the highlights of Cordoba and get your bearings. Francisco was very nice and knowledgeable, he also provided recommendations for activities, websites and restaurants. Definitely recommend for day 1 of your stay!
Our tour of Cordoba with Francisco was so informative. Not only did he give us historical facts but he provided us with insights into making the most of our visit. Riding the bikes was fun and felt safe, especially as it was a Monday when a lot of the attractions were closed.
Nice tour with Dutch speaking Gide. A lot of nice history and information about Cordoba. Francisco is also the owner of a wine shop where you can book a wine tasting experience. The best of two worlds 😉
Great experience! Francesco is very informative, the tour is highly recommended. I suggest including children aged under 9in the tour, perhaps with tandem to allow whole family enjoy the ride. Well done Francesco..
Really great thing to do in this beautiful city. Great host, felt safe on easy-to-ride bikes and saw all the main attractions. Very informative too. Recommend it.
Francisco was very knowledgeable and helpful - providing additional recommendations of where to visit and local knowledge. Really good trip to do on day 1 and get your bearings in the city.
A good overview of the city. Great way to get oriented when you first arrive in Cordoba. Guide was nice enough, and knowledgeable, but seemed to be on autopilot, and just going through the motions. Only 4 guests, but no effort to learn and use our names.
We had a great few how's. Our guide was helpful and knowledgeable and took us to places in Cordoba that we hadn't discovered.
What a great bike tour! Definitely worth it, you learn a lot of insights about Cordoba! Francisco is an excellent guide!
Fabulous tour and Francisco, the guide, is terrific. A good balance of information and riding around Cordoba. A good break from cathedrals and alcazars (fortresses).
We saw all of Cordoba highlights in 2 hours, and yet it felt leisurely. What a wonderful way to see a city! Our guide not only shared interesting highlights of Cordoba but he also left us with recommendations for restaurants and other experiences to try out. I would highly recommend doing this tour!
Francisco was friendly, good fun and informative. The bikes were good quality. A two hour bike is an excellent way to see Cordoba.
This was an amazing ride and so fun. You are able to lean about cordoba in a short period of time. Francisco was so knowledgeable and informative. He even provided an overview of restaurants and tours based on his recommendations. I would give him a ten if possible!!!
A very nice start to explore Cordoba Good explanation and nice visits on the way !!! Patio’s churches and historic buildings
Very Informative! A great way to see and learn about Cordoba in two hours. Definitely recommend for a casual morning ride.
This was a brilliant way to see Cordoba with the knowledgeable and friendly guide. Highly recommended! The bikes were easy to use and it was a real benefit to our trip to get some local knowledge about the city.
